By far the best Burger King location I have visited. Things have really changed a lot lately...the food is awesome, made quickly and correctly....always served hot. The safe is very kind and professional, especially the manager Rico and cashier Adrian...they always make sure each visit is a good experience. The store is clean and well kept. I've been to Burger King multiple times, and it's consistently been a bad experience. Our location is not a good place to eat. There was one time we went through the drive-thru and they said they were out of meat which honestly makes no sense for a burger place to still be open. The food is never good, we're often missing items, and sometimes it's not even fully cooked. It's just overall disappointing and, at times, disgusting. I will not be eating here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Food is good, standard BK chow. We enjoy the Smokey flavor of the burgers over the flame. Service at drive thru when busy takes a long time and the food comes out rushed without consistency (Mustard n catsup all over the side of buns, veggies are thrown on or hanging off bun , frequently only one slice of pickle. You have to rebuild if you like biting into everything in each bite. Takes about 10-15 mins for each vehicle in line when busy , and I don't mind the wait if burgers came out complete and prepped with care Outside of building and lot ok. read more

Order anywhere else than here!! Okay ‍ Not sure where to start! We placed a delivery order from the Burger King app last night at 11:00 pm. The Uber delivery driver had to wait an extra 15 min to get our food. Considering it's a touch less ordering experience he wasn't able to check in the order. Once delivered we were missing 4 items from our order. The driver confirmed that was all he was given and apologized. It's obviously not his fault. I contacted the location and there was no answer, on the 3rd try I left a message. Our Uber driver returned with large fries and a large drink from Whataburger! Trying to make our experience right.. (( he didn't have to do that, yes we tipped him, again!)) Jeff, our Uber driver stated he drove up to Burger Kings drive thru window, honked and knocked trying to get their attention. He was looked at and ignored, the location was closed 10 min till midnight. They close at midnight. Mind you JEFF is amazing! BTW is anyone knows him personally.. send me a message. We could use him on our team at my place of employment. Back to my story: I called again 4 times as well as left a message.. NO RESPONSE. This is not the first time this has happened nor have I left a review. We definitely will not be ordering from Burger King again. Someone really needs to look into replacing management and reteaching customer service. I have also left a Google review. Burger King never seems to reach out to inquire about complaints. Went In for breakfast,9am ish.... no one in parking lot... thought it would be quick. Walk in , don't see anyone for a couple minutes. Then a man with a head set greets me, asks what I want proceed to tell him my order, and walks away ? Then, appears back at the counter and tells me a total ...... and I tell him I wasn't done ordering when he walked away. A well made whopper can definitely stand up to a Big Mac or a number 1 from Whataburger, but in the wrong hands a Whopper can be like a crude homemade colon cleanser. Some local fast food drive thru lines in Pleasanton can run all the way out to 97 so a little known secret is you can get in and out at Burger King much quicker. Yes they will foul up your order. Yes they will run out of everything and yes their computers will crash and you'll have to come back in 30 minutes, please, but oh what an amusing event you will experience. Tonight was no different. My beautiful wife ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich but they were out of "those" buns. " But you do have buns, right?" , I said and the guy behind the speaker said, " yes". "But no those buns." Ok. I promised my beautiful wife I wouldn't say anything or start any crap so I placed a very simple order and pulled up. As on guy is handing me my change, folded over like he was scoring crack or something another guy's arm reaches out and hands me two crumpled up bags of "food" while the first guy says, pull up and we'll get it right out to you." The girl comes to the speaker and says I'll be with you in a moment. I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came back to the speaker! :-( I then pulled up to the drive thru window. After sitting there for a couple of minutes, a girl finally came to the window! She literally look like she had been asleep! There were three cars behind me that also did not get waited on that also pulled up to the window. Like any other Burger King, one gets a good meal, but with this one you also get complaining from the employees and sideways looks, because they have to serve you. While placing my order, which seemed to be difficult, because of the way the employees (yes, plural), were looking at me. I felt the need to apologize and did, but instead of being assured that I was the customer, and that there was no problem, that wasn't the case; I was actually told how they don't like to receive difficult orders when they are getting slammed. Which I thought was strange, because Pleasanton is such a small town and there was no other people in line. I understand people get tired, and was asked by an employee if I understood that (which I replied, that I do.); but as a customer, and am a paying customer, and indirectly pays your paycheck: I do not need to hear your complaints. I do need to be treated well, and be made to feel like my business is appreciated. That is all. About 2 years ago I got deathly I'll from consuming the chicken nuggets at this restaurant. After I ate them a few hours later I felt my stomach was getting upset. My work requires me to travel to Pleasanton from San Antonio occasionally and on my way home to San Antonio I had to pull over in Poteet to throw up off the main road. I threw up on my dress shoes my slacks all over the road the grass and I threw up so much after awhile some one who lived close by came outside to check what's going on. I couldn't even drive 10 miles with out having to pull over and puke or poop. I spent the next 3 days unable to hold any fluids or food or medicines. Diarrhea and throw up was my life. I slept at my gfs house and in the middle of the night woke up to puke. Eventually I woke up to vomit and her brother was taking a shower which was on the second floor. I tried to rush down the stairway but suddenly couldn't hold it in and puked all over her mom's stairs. Embarrassed and deathly I'll I tried covering up my mess but the damage was done. Thanks burger King! Every one I know hears my story and I forbid the people I love from eating at any one of your restaurants.
