I don't understand how the app allows me to order a coffee for counter pickup YET the doors are LOCKED!

picked up 2 McRibs today, one was a mess, the other had bread so hard, you couldn't eat it, $15 for yuck!

This place along with the other fast food places in this town is a disgrace. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cookies . They told me to pull up to parking spot number 1 after 25 minutes I decided to go inside and ask what was going on they said they forgot to put the cookies to cook and they laughed I walked out and left. This has been my first time to this location of McDonald's... my husband and I had such a bad experience at the Burger King next-door that we decided to try McDonald's today. I would have to say that the service is not at all helpful... You also have to wait for your food even though there is no line. Our food was very fresh, but the double quarter pounder with cheese had one hamburger patty that was not cooked all the way through. It was still pink on the inside. We actually showed up at 10 o'clock this morning and the breakfast menu was up. I ordered a number three and what we got was not the breakfast meal, but it was the lunch menu. It was hard to place our order, and talk to the young lady that was working at the cash register, because when we expressed that it was difficult to hear her, she made no comment and told us to pull up and wait. This McDonald's used to be okay. They had a pretty good manager for a while. Apparently he's no longer here. Today we ordered at 11:06. We finally had all of our food at 11:24. Several minutes after we'd ordered, we were told there were no chicken tenders, so one order had to be changed. My husband had to be persistent to get the $2 cost difference between the tenders and a Big Mac refunded. And he apparently angered the employees when he had the audacity to ask how much longer our order would take. After that, he asked for ketchup, and was rather rudely told they didn't have any. No ketchup, a lengthy wait for fast food, a drink area that was messy and not fully stocked, and attitude from the employees to boot. Guess we can take this off our short list of fast food places to eat on the Westside. read more

If you want to come to McDonalds that gets only 20% of orders right and runs out of some of the most basic things like ketchup packs, then this one is perfect for you. The outside of the McDonald's is usually gross and always has trash pretty much everywhere. I went to the bathroom one day and it was just as bad. I let an employee know and all she had to say was that it wasn't her job to clean the bathroom. They move fast sometimes, but since the person taking the order doesn't seem to pay much attention, the orders usually end up wrong. Oh don't even get me started on the attitudes. That is just one of the perks of this wonderful establishment. :) read more

Got there before 10:50 pm waited at drive thru no answer but 3 cars in front already ordered @ 10:59pm lady came on speaker saying we are closed so why wasn't order taken when we first drove up instead of us sitting there for almost 10 minutes to get told we're closed and this happens very often at this location! read more

Terrible in the mornings I was thinking someone was having a bad morning after 3 cars left from not getting service at the drive thru t 4 in the morning it says open 24 hours but it's only one are two people there and for three mornings in a row nobody answers the drive thru and if they do answer it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food Terrible Service read more

I witnessed the owner of this McDonald's almost run over the Martin Brower delivery guy, and then berate the guy even though the owner came in the wrong way. He was very nasty. Because of this I'll never eat here again. If he can't show any compassion to his delivery driver. Forget that. read more

McDonald's is one of the few restaurants that won't allow people to dine in. I'm cool with that but what I'm not cool with is the fact that they have the worst drive through experience in plaquemine Louisiana. The employees talk to you so disrespectful. You always have to wait for your food. Every time I go through their drive through my order is incorrect. Well today I used the app to order my food before I got there and they still got it wrong. I also had to wait yet again. I will not be ordering here again I'm tired of getting whatever they feel they want to put in my bag. I promise you they never give you what you pay for. read more

I'm actually writing this review in the drive thru line on my phone. That's how time you spend waiting in line. It doesn't matter if there is 5 cars or 15 cars in front of you, it still takes at least 15 minutes to get through to get your food. Slowest and worst managed McDonald's in South Louisiana. read more

So after the first bad experience I had I tried again and this time I ordered some cookies. The lady who took my order told me they had just made some. So i ordered 4 of the cookies. Made it home and went to eat the cookies and couldn't the cookies were hard and not even edible. It was a waste of my money again!! read more

This is by far one of the worst drive through experience I have ever has anywhere. The drive through attendant literally cut us off half way through our order to take two other orders that must have been more important then mine. When she did come back to us she rudely stated that I would have to pull up to complete my order. read more

They claim their ice-cream machine is down EVERY SINGLE time we go there. It wouldn't be as upsetting if it wasn't confirmed by multiple workers (that I know personally) that it isn't in fact broken, and just simply to inconvenient to clean. It's not just the ice-cream ordeal it's everything. I just don't get it. How can the chicken nuggets and fries be so stale? Now, this is just the Plaquemine location. I would definitely recommend going to the next nearest Mcdonald's location! read more

I went to this McDonalds and waited 15 minutes in line. They took orders from multiple other cars and I was left waiting there. By the time I was able to order, several cars who got in line after me had already ordered. I was left waiting to order at the drive through for entirely too long. Not the cleanest location I've visited. Had to walk around soda spilled on the floor to get to a register. Food was fast and came out hot. There was a television near our table. The program was extremely inappropriate for the small children with me. It was a Mauri-type show. My grandchildren do not need to hear whether or not her boyfriend failed the lie detector test or if he had "s*x" relations with another woman. Asked the manager to change the program. She informed me that their policy is for the televisions to broadcast news programs only. She blamed it on the worker cleaning the lobby. She turned it off and apologized. read more

Worst McDonalds' I have ever been to in the 20 states I've traveled. They are rude and you cant understand a word half of them say. They will stand there with your order in hand and gossip about stuff for 5 minutes, or on their cells texting. so unprofessional. They do not know the phrase your welcome. The little old lady manager seems to scared to correct anything, Five o'clock am they served hours old biscuits that were hard. They are always out of ice cream. Just a sad pathetic business, but if it makes you feel any better we then went to burger king and it runs about the same.
