Poor presentation Like Southwest Salads and my family gets one about every week. Lately, they haven't had the Southwest dressing so I always ask before buying. Today they had the dressing BUT the salad was warm and barley covered the bottom of the container. One didn't even have very much chicken. I called, talked to Chelsea, the Manager. She said bring them back and they would give me a refund. After being at Doctors since 11:45 am and it was now 5:15 pm that was not an option. I want to start by saying I go to this Mcdonalds 4 plus times a month mostly on Sunday mornings before church. I know for the past 2 maybe 3 months the orange juice machince has been broken. When I pull up to the drive through to ask I met with honey it's broke (never gone be fixed). The sad part is the employees are aware that this has been reported but not going to get fixed (why is it still on the menu). I also have a problem when I ask for my food (chicken nuggets & fries) to be freshly cooked it's a problem (heavy breathing of annoyance). on a couple of occasion I've gotten food that was not freshly prepared but told by a manager it was. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The poor customer service & nothing being fixed is sad deserves a negative rating, but I'm only allowed to give a 1 star. read more

Because ordered 4 burgers 1 value fries and a combo large. Pull around they trying to give me a fish sandwich and ice cream told them that wasn't mines they said pull down. We went back to this McDonald's today for the first time in several months. It was a mistake. The food was to go so we didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. My wife ordered a Big Mac and they did not put anything on the top layer, No meat no nothing not even sauce, just plain bun. I would give a 0 if I could. Orders are never correct and they pull you around to the front to wait no matter what you order, then leave you there for forever if they bring you anything. True story, about a month ago the drive thru lady tried to fight me. The reason? She forgot our breakfast burritos and was a huge snob about it. I ordered a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich which has two buns, a piece of crispy chicken, a tomato and a piece of lettuce. Two of the four steps required to make a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich. There were only TWO more steps, add a tomato and a piece lettuce. Went to the drive-through and the employee was rude. I asked speak with a manager and she was worse than the employee. I called corporate office to report the incident and the managers name. They were absolutely fantastic and very apologetic. If you're going to work with the public you need to be courteous if you cannot be you need to go home. My family and I went to pinson al. Location of McDonald's on Sunday oct. 17th around 4:00. We waited 30 mins in 1 line open place for food not to be fresh, didn't get a receipt order wrong they complained with us yelled n got rude.
