I want to start by saying I go to this Mcdonalds 4 plus times a month mostly on Sunday mornings before church. I know for the past 2 maybe 3 months the orange juice machince has been broken. When I pull up to the drive through to ask I met with honey it's broke (never gone be fixed). The sad part is the employees are aware that this has been reported but not going to get fixed (why is it still on the menu). I also have a problem when I ask for my food (chicken nuggets & fries) to be freshly cooked it's a problem (heavy breathing of annoyance). on a couple of occasion I've gotten food that was not freshly prepared but told by a manager it was. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The poor customer service & nothing being fixed is sad deserves a negative rating, but I'm only allowed to give a 1 star. read more

We went back to this McDonald's today for the first time in several months. It was a mistake. The food was to go so we didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. My wife ordered a Big Mac and they did not put anything on the top layer, No meat no nothing not even sauce, just plain bun.
