I ate here a long time ago and left a one star review. I came back again today to try again and I went to the drive-through. There was one person ahead of me and I sat there for literally five minutes no joke, a solid five minutes no one had taken their order. Visited Taco Bell with some friends. We're not eating lettuce right now so we had our usual bean Burrito extra sauce, grilled. They were perfect. I also tried the new $3 steak Monterrey jack Burrito. It was good too but I probably would get that again. Just like the original Taco Bell items. The people here were nice not sure why this place gets a bad rap. We ate in the store. As a fan of Taco Bell since my college days, nothing beats a fresh quesadilla! This location does it right. They are clean and the service is quick. I frequent this location and haven't had any issues. It's convenient to my house and one the few late night spots available. read more

I've tried to give this Taco Bell multiple chances, but it's honestly the same issue every time we come here. Our order is almost always wrong or missing something. At this point we have to sit there and check everything before leaving, or we end up having to go back inside to fix it. What really doesn't make sense is they're usually not even busy, but it still takes like 15-20 minutes for a mobile order. Waiting that long just to have stuff missing is frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, but this has been consistent since January and nothing has changed. Just wish they'd be a little more accurate and on top of things. read more

Pretty inconsistent with getting your order right, it's legit a 50/50 percent chance that they either forgot to make a change to the order even when it's been put in the system, or they forgot items. Does not taste bad but service is hurting read more

This Taco Bell has been pretty consistent. The line was a bit long, but moved and a swift pace. My daughter wanted a Mexican pizza no beans extra meat and a hard shell taco (her go to) and I had a reward in my app for a nacho bell grande (minus sour cream) and I also ordered the chipotle grilled chicken ranch burrito. Everything tasted good, however the chicken burrito could've used more chicken and less lettuce. read more

staff came out of kitchen to cuss at me for "taking the wrong order" when another customer and I order the same exact thing and they called my name. She told me I needed to pay for both, and proceeded to escalate the situation all while using language in front of a family with small children... cussed and raised hell while returning to the kitchen. I know Taco Bell is known for fast service, but this location is beyond what we'd called fast food. I pulled up and seeing how packed the drive thru is, I went inside thinking it'll be quicker. My first thought was this location isn't as big and it's connected to a gas station. What I notice is that there hardly any employees working the counter and they were all focus on getting the drive thru orders made first before tending to the customers inside. I went with the $5 nacho fries box and let just say that who ever thought of the idea of serving French fries at Taco Bell need to be fired. I just wanted to see how they taste since I heard so many people bragging about how good they are, but they were tasteless to me. The manager who I talked to on the phone was horrible and had a attitude. She refused to give me her name .I brought my receipt and food back with me . The had forgotten two things a soft taco supreme and a grilled cheese burrito. She set there and called me a liar saying the food was In the bag when I clearly opened every wrapper with her In front of me where everything was in the wrong wrapper and she said that she couldn't replace them nor give me a refund . This location has had a reputation on the, shall we say dimmer side. That being said, having been in multiple times recently, they have really stepped their game up. I got a Nacho Party Pack on my most recent visit, and it was absolutely beautiful. As a former chef, the reality is we all eat with our eyes first, and a "fast food", quick-service style restaurant tend to be on the struggle bus when it comes to achieving this balance. These guys are finding their footing and it was a pleasant surprise! The presentation has improved tremendously, and their customer service has definitely taken a leap forward. For those of you they have been put off by previous experiences, (the 1 star reviews), I can confidently say, you will be pleasantly surprised. Second chances are rare in this industry, but a second chance at at first impression is warranted. New management, and some newer faces around here have gotten the ball rolling in the right direction! As you can tell, I am a frequent flyer who's kids love TB, and I frequent this particular one often. I'm glad to say this is now something we ALL look forward to. Well done Taco Bell Team! Redemption is a dish best served with a smile, and you have succeeded on both accounts. I will be back because I want to, not just to placate my kids. Without a doubt the slowest and worst Taco Bell there. Drive Through was so backed up, they asked people to leave because there was no where else the cars could go. This could be understandable if it didn't happen EVERY week. Literally (not figuratively) if you come after 6 you will be asked to leave drive through by the rude staff. read more

Ordered online. Spent $32.11. Get home and was missing several items. Called the store and spoke to the "manager" who told me that I would need to return to get the missing items or a refund. When I told her that if I came back I wanted the entire order remade, she refused saying that only 4 items were missing and there was no need to remake everything. Who wants cold gross soggy Taco Bell? When I asked for her name she refused to give it. She gave me her manager's name but this person doesn't seem to ever work. Go figure.
