To add insult to injury, the time in the drive-thru is absolutely terrible. Since I order in the app, I can't just drive off when I have to wait too long, but I have waited upwards of 30 minutes or more to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable. I've been a regular customer for eight years and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jerry, who mentioned that he is one of the sous chefs told me a little bit about the place. This is a scratch kitchen for just about everything on the menu. The portions were perfect for us that day (they seemed smaller than normal but we weren't starving anyway.) He very politely handed them to us plate by plate and came back twice to check that everything was well. I HAVE to mention that Alex even used proper English which isn't common in daily conversation. More often than not, people choose to use slang. This is likely one of the best visits to Cracker Barrel that we've had in a long time. Alex should be promoted to a peer trainer!
