They are very slow getting food out to costumers in the lobby. Waiting on breakfast to come out. People that come in after us already got their food and we are still waiting. They finally came out and said they had to drop hashbrowns so we had to wait another 10 minutes before we got our food. Now it has been 30 minutes. All they wanted to do is wait on drive thru and doordash. We went up there 2 times to see where are food was and they would not even come up to see what we needed. This is not the first time this has happen. It has happened almost every time I go into that store. They always say we are training so it takes time. I understand that but not when other people got their food before we got ours and we had already been there already 15 minutes or so I don't think so. We didn't even order speciality food. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns and 2 breakfast burritos and drinks. Most of that is pre-made already. Something needs to happen about them not waiting on customers in the lobby when they need help instead of have customers stand up there waiting on someone to finally come up and ask if they need something. Completely incompetent crew. Took 18 minutes just to get a coffee that tasted like garbage, takes forever just to get the attention of a crew member for customer service and they act like they don't care. This is a "last minute, don't feel like cooking, kids don't want anything else" type of place to visit. Nothing exceptional except how long they can make customers wait for their order. I've been tempted to leave the window even AFTER I've paid just because the wait time is so long. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the .99 cent coffee coupon available in the app. The employees working the drive-thru windows are usually amazing! Friendly greetings, personable attitudes, and genuine smiles; the managers have a good sense of who to put up front to represent this particular franchise. Definitely makes you ALMOST forget you popped in for an iced coffee and a sausage biscuit almost ten to fifteen minutes prior to getting it. Other than that, don't expect anything impressive from this rapidly deteriorating fast food chain. The prices are ridiculously high (which I admit is a nationwide thing and irrelevant to a particular store), the food is subpar at best, and the place could use a good old fashioned wipe down from top to bottom. The most annoying thing, and it may be somewhat petty, is that an order of multiple drinks is never labeled. For instance, three to four times a week I stop in to get my wife and myself iced coffees. Hers is always plain with an added shot of espresso (she needs a little jump waking up in the morning) and mine is always plain with NO liquid sugar. Each time I place this order I have to ask which is which when I'm handed the drinks and 9/10 times the response is "uhhh, hmm. Huh. Uh, I'm not sure". It's two &$@?!% drinks! I'm almost certain if this town got a Wendy's or a Burger King the Golden Arches would crumble and we'd no longer have a McDonald's. Pretty easy to stay afloat when your only other "fast" food breakfast option is Sonic. Also, the incompetence of some of the employees makes me wonder how they even filled out an application. My favorite experience at this particular McDonald's happened years ago when my 13 year old was around kindergarten age. He hated the sausage but loved the biscuits. So, when I ordered two biscuits for him and two sausage biscuits for myself I was stunned to see that a plain biscuit cost (at the time) like .50 cents more than a sausage biscuit. I said "surely this isn't right??" They confirmed it was. I changed the order to 4 sausage biscuits; two with no sausage. Price of the order dropped by more than a dollar and the employee was gobsmacked. I had a little chuckle at that and thought to to be a one off mistake from a teen who may have been out a little too late the night before. No. It wasn't. It was a forewarning of what to expect from the next (almost) decade of choosing to be a customer at the Paris, Arkansas, McDonald's. Stopped in to this McDonalds in Paris, AR , and waited 30 mins for my order, when i asked for my order no one knew what was going on. Manager was outside talking with what looked like her boyfriend , and the rest of the employees didnt know what to do. Then she came in yelling at everyone. Other customers came in to complain as well about orders not being complete. Not to mention my order was not complete and incorrect. Will definitely not come back! read more

Worst establishment I've ever ate at. The employees are all teenagers running around chasing their friends while business is running. Had to order on the kiosk due to i couldn't get an employee to assist me. Took them over 30 mins to give us our food and drinks due to they kept running around with their friends. They also allowed their friends to rough house, scream , cuss , and spill drinks everywhere. I guess there isn't a manager on duty or it's a teenager too. read more

Food is greasy and soggy. There was this one time where a employee scammed my grandma for her money and had to pay 40 dollars for 2 mc chickens. My grandma went to complain and the employee said "you didn't give me the money " and tried to steal my grandmas food but my grandma snatched from her and ran off .40 bucks waisted. Today My Husband took our 6 and 7 yr old granddaughters went to Mc Donald's to eat. He went in restaurant ordered their Happy Meals at Counter and went into Dining Area. As the kids were starting to eat an employee entered area and told my husband they were not allowed to eat in the Dining Area it was closed because of Covid. (My husband had eaten in their Dining Area twice this week.) My husband told the employee that the girls were going to eat their meals that he had just paid for. The employee proceeded to tell him to throw the food away and he could have a refund. My husband told employee he was not goung to throw their food in trash and so employee picked up their food and threw into trash and handed my husband his money back. I just learned this employee just completed management training .WOW!!!
