This is the absolute slowest place I've ever eaten food is ok service slow no ambiance

We don't eat a lot of fast food but this McDonald's is about a mile from our home. I have yet to order here where they have gotten the order right. Today we ordered two identical breakfasts, both with extra egg. Well they got the extra eggs right because they make extra money on that, but there was no sausage on one of them. This happens every time. It's as if they're purposely leaving components out so they can pocket a bigger profit off us. read more

You can not order anything here without them messing it up. I payed for 3 hash browns they didn't give me any. I told them I didn't have them. They took the bag for a few mins then gave it back. They gave me nine and they refused to give my receipt back to me. This is not the first time this has happened either. They are absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. None of the workers can do their job correctly and it really shows. Most of the time they're fighting and arguing with each other. Please go to another McDonalds that will actually give you the food you pay for. I'm sure they're all just eating it in the back because they're all fat. The worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. Don't bother. They will get your order wrong literally every single time. I actually had a dine in experience one day here where we were getting food and I asked what kind of drinks they have as there is no longer a machine where you can just get your own. The guy said coffee or soda. I said I don't drink caffeine. He said orange juice. Mind you it's lunch time, I said do you have anything else? He said no. I got the orange juice. Well they have lemonade, apple juice, chocolate milk, kool aid, tons of stuff. Today I ordered breakfast at 1020. When my bag arrived it was one coffee and 2 pieces of bacon, when I called to say hey you guys must have missed a bag I was told we aren't serving breakfast anymore. Well you were when I ordered and you made the mistake... any normal place would give the person the 5 meals they paid for... nope! Unbelievable. Does the grill vanish at 1031? Hash browns and eggs cease to exist? I had stopped going to this location years ago bc they have never once got an order right, ever. There is always missing items or stuff made incorrectly. This place used to be really good until they remodeled it and now they removed the soda fountain from the front and the place where you can get ketchup and napkins. The front counter is always backed up and it takes forever to get a refill or napkins. The over-worked staff now has to work even harder to compensate for this billion-dollar company's attempt to save a few pennies. Disappointing. read more

Placed order at Drive-Thru, but queried them on any deals on French Fries (Dollar Menu or Otherwise) ... Nope, we aren't offering anything .. wasn't happy paying $2.29 for a small Fry. Trouble is, when I got home, the McDonald's website offers a once per day $1.00 Deal, on a Large French Fry. Too bad this McDonalds is so wrapped up in their profits that they can't pass the offer on to their Drive-Thru customers. This place is too much. I don't know how it's open. the drive through closes after a certain time, and ordering inside is a joke. I ordered 2 mcflurries. I saw 2 done and then put on the side for about 20 minutes until they called my number. I didn't think they were mine because they didn't have the correct toppings.. I said this and they did fix it. But the other one was all melty.. I stopped yesterday around 4:00pm. I ordered a fish sandwich, Diet Coke and medium French fries. The fish was so bad...very dry bun, cheese not even melted, fish warm, and hardly any tarter sauce. My Diet Coke was so flat and it wasn't diet it was regular. It was one of the worst fish sandwiches I've ever gotten. Went through the drive thru and left. The nastiest mannered people I've ever seen work here. So rude. They do not even speak to you throw your food towards you and nothing. Managers are no better. This place despretly needs new managment. Everytime I come here it takes OVER 30 MINUTES for a very basic order even when there's very few people in line.
