If I could rate them a zero I would. No matter what you will sit in their drive-through for over 20 minutes! And if it's fast, they ended up messing up your order bad! I will not go to this McDonald's anymore. read more

No egg on a bacon, EGG, and cheese bagel. Cool, thanks. Won't be going back to this location. Already had to overlook that they never give out syrup for hotcakes either. Just scamming people at this point... read more

We don't eat a lot of fast food but this McDonald's is about a mile from our home. I have yet to order here where they have gotten the order right. Today we ordered two identical breakfasts, both with extra egg. Well they got the extra eggs right because they make extra money on that, but there was no sausage on one of them. This happens every time. It's as if they're purposely leaving components out so they can pocket a bigger profit off us. read more

Idk what's going on at this location but dang they sent us hard fries, a fish sandwich that was straight trash & one patty on a double quarter ponder. I hope the manager reads this. We're done here ! read more

This is the absolute slowest place I've ever eaten food is ok service slow no ambiance

You can not order anything here without them messing it up. I payed for 3 hash browns they didn't give me any. I told them I didn't have them. They took the bag for a few mins then gave it back. They gave me nine and they refused to give my receipt back to me. This is not the first time this has happened either. They are absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. None of the workers can do their job correctly and it really shows. Most of the time they're fighting and arguing with each other. Please go to another McDonalds that will actually give you the food you pay for. I'm sure they're all just eating it in the back because they're all fat. It's genuinely insane how bad it is. read more

We were lookin for breakfast when we found this MaDonald's in Palm Coast, FL. The facility was relatively new, clean and well maintained. The staff inisde the restaurant were personable and pfofessional. Ordering wss quick ad easy and our food was delivered to our table in about 5 minutes or less. Everything ws hot and tasty. Restrooms were clen and obviously well-maintainned, read more

This McDonald's in this area SUCKS, they always forget your shit and mess up your order. I ordered a meal today and I asked for chocolate milk, no chocolate milk. And whenever my father orders his favorite sandwich, they always end up doing it wrong or giving him one he DIDN'T pay for. read more

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. Don't bother. They will get your order wrong literally every single time. I actually had a dine in experience one day here where we were getting food and I asked what kind of drinks they have as there is no longer a machine where you can just get your own. The guy said coffee or soda. I said I don't drink caffeine. He said orange juice. Mind you it's lunch time, I said do you have anything else? He said no. I got the orange juice. Well they have lemonade, apple juice, chocolate milk, kool aid, tons of stuff. Today I ordered breakfast at 1020. When my bag arrived it was one coffee and 2 pieces of bacon, when I called to say hey you guys must have missed a bag I was told we aren't serving breakfast anymore. Well you were when I ordered and you made the mistake... any normal place would give the person the 5 meals they paid for... nope! Unbelievable. Does the grill vanish at 1031? Hash browns and eggs cease to exist? I had stopped going to this location years ago bc they have never once got an order right, ever. There is always missing items or stuff made incorrectly. The only thing that is actually consistent is the guarantee that your order will be wrong. Just go to the one on old kings. Do not waste your time, money or energy on this terribly run location where even the superiors are incapable of correcting orders that are wrong. read more

Went to pick up 2 Big Macs and fries to bring home. The bun was hard as a rock and went to take a bite the whole burger fell apart!!!!. Thank goodness the fries were good the rest sucked!!!!!!!;nt to puck read more

This place used to be really good until they remodeled it and now they removed the soda fountain from the front and the place where you can get ketchup and napkins. The front counter is always backed up and it takes forever to get a refill or napkins. The over-worked staff now has to work even harder to compensate for this billion-dollar company's attempt to save a few pennies. Disappointing. read more

Utter freaking chaos. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Mc Donalds has become the most unorganized fast food place ever, but this place takes the prize. A complete shit show every time i go here. Placed order at Drive-Thru, but queried them on any deals on French Fries (Dollar Menu or Otherwise) ... Nope, we aren't offering anything .. wasn't happy paying $2.29 for a small Fry. Trouble is, when I got home, the McDonald's website offers a once per day $1.00 Deal, on a Large French Fry. Too bad this McDonalds is so wrapped up in their profits that they can't pass the offer on to their Drive-Thru customers. Note: I won't bother mentioning that both Quarter Pounders we ordered both looked and tasted burnt and were as dry as they looked. read more

Truly terrible ... from the food, to the service, to the attitudes of the employees! I looked at the other reviews and honestly the owner must just not care - this many people can't be wrong! This place needs an entirely new staff and a management team that cares. Shame on the franchisee who owns this location!! read more

Absolutely terrible staff obviously poor or no training. Reflects poorly on the management of the store. Ridiculous wait times !!!!

This McDonalds is the pitts!!!!!! No service,.no counter help, no one to take order. Waited to.get my food.after I ordered. The my Chicken sandwich only covered half the bun. Food: We ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, maple sugar oatmeal, hashbrmedium black coffee with two creamers, and a cinnamon sugar cookie latte. The McMuffin and black coffee were fine, however, the cinnamon sugar cookie latte had all the syrup left on the bottom! Service: There was a clear lack of communication between the employees. I could hear the manager yelling at the cashier about where our order needed to go. Nonsense! Side Note: The guy in front of us who had been waiting a while left in a rage. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Go through the drive thru. Order two sausage egg mcmuffins. Get order, start to drive away & check order. Sure enough only one sandwich. Park. Go inside. Takes 5 minutes too get any help. Get second sandwich. Drive home. Sit down to eat. One sandwich with sausage. One with ham. Store only 1 mile from house so drove back & got my money back. Will NEVER go too this location again. They want $15 an hour?? read more

This place is too much. I don't know how it's open. the drive through closes after a certain time, and ordering inside is a joke. I ordered 2 mcflurries. I saw 2 done and then put on the side for about 20 minutes until they called my number. I didn't think they were mine because they didn't have the correct toppings.. I said this and they did fix it. But the other one was all melty.. Also they were making mistakes left and right and just handing out the mistakenly made food to all the customers.. people were waiting there over a half an hour for their food. The employees couldn't care less about their job. read more

Zero organization the manager running around for 10 minutes asking were her bag went that was given to the wrong customer that took off after waiting 30 minutes & we're still waiting McDonald's needs to strip the word fast off there sign & just put food. read more

I stopped yesterday around 4:00pm. I ordered a fish sandwich, Diet Coke and medium French fries. The fish was so bad...very dry bun, cheese not even melted, fish warm, and hardly any tarter sauce. My Diet Coke was so flat and it wasn't diet it was regular. It was one of the worst fish sandwiches I've ever gotten. Went through the drive thru and left. If I'd know it was going to taste like that I would of brought it back. Couldn't even eat the bun. So stale. Never go there again. Feel I should be refunded!!!! read more

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!! Been in the drive through 25 mins and haven't even paid yet!!!!! The girl huffed when I asked for no ice and acted bitchy about me paying with a 100.... To continue just got food after 30 and it's cold!!!! Supposed to be hot. Not coming back read more

I usually enjoy most McDonald's but this one... The people were pretty rude at the drive through and the buns were hard stale (not toasted, stale). I've been here a few times now and it's been pretty consistent. I'm probably not going to make the mistake of returning. read more

The nastiest mannered people I've ever seen work here. So rude. They do not even speak to you throw your food towards you and nothing. Managers are no better. Screwing around with employees playing on phones leaning on the walls watching while customers are waiting to be waited on. No one really cares in that place. It's a shame. Then if you ask for something because they forgot it they walk away and just ignore you!! I mean it's really ok if something was forgotten, just acknowledge it and fix it. No harm no foul. I can't believe the place is still open but hey people gotta eat right? I'd rather drive to the other side of town to goto that Mc Donald's. read more

The worst McDonald's we have been to in the world! No service, no ice cream, no shakes, no burgers with 8 guests in the lobby waiting and 7 cars in drive thru! Where is the owner? They need to see how bad this store is...the manager was looking for workers to cook food! Place was filthy and no cashiers! They are so slow, you could make your own burger faster! They actually were sending everyone to the computer screen to order...for what you have to workers or food! This is not the 1st, 2nd or third time we have tryed to patronize this establishment and each time it was worst! Don't visit this place! read more

I've had it with this McDonald's! I've been coming here for 3 years and 3 years is enough I've been hating on this particular McDonald's ever since the first visit. 95% of the employees are high schoolers and they FUCK up my order 2/3 i go here. I ordered just a Quarter ponder WITH cheese. Yep. No cheese, and all the topping were unfortunately perfectly placed in the center of my burger (dont fucking know why) so half my sandwich tasted like bread and tasteless overcooked meat. At least i ate....something. A well deserved 1 star. read more
