I stopped by this McDonald location since it is near my wife mom place. We were already in the plaza picking up things so I placed my mobile order through the app for counter pickup. I got the large fries and large coke. I also placed an order for my wife through her phone for the filet o fish and the free medium fries since the Angels won. I selected counter pickup but it somehow glitch and went to drive thru. When I walked inside of the place, I asked the worker if I can change it to counter pickup since it didn't allow me on the app for some reason but he didn't know so he got the manager Erica to help. She was confused too with the all but after a while, she was able to do it. The French fries that were made last night was not good at all. They were missing favor and seasoning, even adding ketchup and black pepper didn't help. The parking here can be limited depending on when you come because it's in a busy plaza. They still have self serve soda machine and it's a different machine from other McDonald's location. My wife like her filet o fish which was the only good part from our visit yesterday. read more

I would have given this place 4 stars if it wasnt for the girl handing me my food. I've learned to not expect stellar service from fast food places and mostly ever have mediocre experiences, especially sicne we mostly mobile order so there isn't much to go off of, but imagine how bad this service was that I am writing a reveiw for a mobile order. The first girl who took my voice code was very pleasant and nice. I pulled up to the second window and was immediately just handed drinks and food with barely enough time for me to put my food and drinks down before grabbing the rest. This all happened without as much as the girl handing me the food saying a single word and looking at me, eventhough I said hello to her. She handed me the meal box completely open, they didn't even bother to close it and she didn't even tell me when she was done handing me things so I had to ask if that was all and I'm pretty sure if the window wasn't there she would have thrown something at me with how annoyed she was that I asked the question. I would have given this place 1 star if it wasn't for the girl up front, me receiving the order correctly and the food tasting good. If this wasn't the only close McDonald's, I'd never come here again. read more

I have to take the blame for the horrible service I received. I should have read the prior reviews and not gone here. The app didn't work. The drive through made me go park to get two smoothies. Today I took my toddler and infants to this McDonald's. As soon as you walk in, the restaurant is freezing cold. Approximately 50 degrees. I asked the staff if they could please turn the temperature up. Some of the workers there laughed and said the manager is on break. One of the guys made a comment saying they keep the temperature down because of the homeless people walking in to sleep or hang around. The temperature never got adjusted unfortunately. read more

I've been buying food from this location for 25 years because it's the closest one to my house. Food has always been mediocre at best. But that's what I expect from McDonald's. But tonight my food was unacceptable and unforgivable. It was around 9:30pm. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. Some nugget combos and an apple pie. The cheeseburger's bottom bun was hard as a rock.
