I wish words could explain how distraught I am that I arrived back at work for my lunch break and this very McDonald's shorted me 6 nugs. I used to only go with the 2 double cheese bc you get the second one for a dollar, but when I found out you could do the same with nugs I started adding them on as well (a little too much food I'm aware). I am traveling from Las Vegas. Have been to McDonalds all over from East Coast to west Coast some better than others but I have never experienced the poor management like this McDonald's before. There's no seating inside and it was not really busy. You were not able to order at the kiosk so the young man was taking orders. My husband and I ordered and were waiting for our order when the one worker asked the female manager a question and she just went off on him like a nut. Yelling with her hands swinging! She was so unprofessional but wait when she was done with him a customer asked her about there food and she was telling them off. I wouldn't usually write a review for McD's (because then I'd have to admit I feed my kids here) but the customer service at this location deserves a shout-out! Trying to fill my gremlins up with Happy Meals and had an issue with an app coupon. Gracie at the register and Danielle, who I assume was her manager, were exceedingly patient and made it work. Never did I get the eye-roll or attitude as if I created the app and the dud coupon myself (which is a shockingly common attitude when things go wrong with a businesses own offers and tech.) They also didn't try to make me feel petty for persisting with a $3 coupon (cuz I would have dug my heals in out of principle...and never returned.) Can't say enough good things about these women and their customer service. Also overheard a managers' meeting that was taking place in the restaurant and was impressed. Clearly good leadership. This McDonalds do not have the best Customer Service. And this is the only McDonalds in Pacific. It is better to take the extra drive in Eureka. We tried drive -thru and eating inside and They tend to mess up on our orders alot. They also put too much ice in our cups so that means less to drink. ugh! I think they may be trying to get folks through the front counter and drive thru too quickly. Therefore this may be the cause of them messing up on orders. One of the worst experiences at a McDonald's. First when I check my bag of food, they didn't put the sauce I asked for, no biggie, so I asked for it. They told me they ran out of it completely, which was weird, but whatever got a different sauce instead. Which not super happy cause I really wanted the new spicy sauce, and since they were advertising for it on the menus and signs outside I didn't think it would be an issue. Then drove off and opened up the food, and sure enough, I ordered the new spicy nuggets, and when I look inside the box, they're regular nuggets. I like this McDonald's. During the last snow storm, everything was closed and they stayed open. It's near our house and they always get my order right. My biggest pet peeve is when you ask for large soda in a Styrofoam cup instead of plastic, 90% of the time you won't get it right. However, this McDonald's actually does it right. read more

So right off the bat it wasn't as great a place to sit down and eat after a long 3 hour drive, with 3 hours ahead of us. We ordered our food, got drinks & sat down to eat. They didn't have the McRib which was kind of surprising to me since that's all my mom chooses to eat from McDonald's but not a big deal. The fries weren't hot or salty, the nuggets were cold and my mom said her chicken sandwich wasn't good, at all. After proceeding to throw our trash away & refill our drinks, I saw the most DISGUSTING shit ever, ROACHES, and not just one, but two grown roaches & little baby roaches climbing all over the drink fountains & behind the pipes for the sweet tea. They went into the little hole where the pipe was when I went to fill up my drink, GROSS. I have never in my life seen something so nasty, I immediately wanted to throw up knowing we had just sat down to eat here and they have roaches crawling on everything. As far as fast food restaurants go, this is one of the better ones in Pacific. The past couple of years they have gotten cleaner and less greasy (which is a rampant problem in this area). While I've had better McDonald's in my life, this one is ok. The best thing is that they have some of the friendliest fast food workers in town. However, they do have a spotty history of giving us the correct food, so make sure to check your bags. Overall, for a quick meal, you'll be ok to go here. We like their breakfast, especially the Egg McMuffins, Hotcakes, and McGriddles. For dinner, the Filet-O-Fish is better than most other fast food fish sandwiches, and the Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken and Southwest Dressing is great. The only thing we'd recommend avoiding completely are the Mozzarella Sticks..which are disgusting. read more

It's either to the Burger's are smashed, the bread is hard or the fries are cold and soggy. I am pretty sure the same person owns both places. Not to mention getting rid of the foam cups. I stopped in for a quick breakfast before work as I saw there was no one in the drive- threw line..they were rude and rushed me threw my order process..i paid and went to pick up window..After a couple of minutes I received my drink..a couple more minutes went by and the drive threw employee then said for me to pull up because they had no sausage ready..mind you they had no car behind me at this time..So I complained that a week earlier I came threw for a single cheese burger and was pulled forward for 5 min..she got the assistant manager and she opened the window and proceeded to hand me back my money and said if I wasn't willing to pull up I can just take the money back and leave..outrageous!..its pretty bad when if you make a complaint they are so confident because they are the only mcdonalds in town that they can treat you any way they want..tried to call the complaint number that was displayed and they never called me back either..so ill spend a couple extra pennys and take my business to hardees or drive to another location..Karen read more
