Went to through the drive thru this morning to get some food and the girl working had an immediate attitude over the speaker. Then I get to the window and she was just incredibly rude. Learn customer service because I still chose to say thank you and have a nice day even though she had the worst attitude ever. If you don't like your job get a new one. Dear Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, I am writing to report a severe health violation that occurred at the Hardee's located at 1212 W. Osage, Pacific, MO, on September 19, 2023. I had ordered a Number 2 meal with large fries, a large drink, and four apple turnover pies. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, I noticed the drink was medium-sized instead of large. When I informed the attendant, he angrily snatched the cup and disappeared from view. A different person returned with a drink that I subsequently discovered contained trash. I reported this incident to the restaurant's management. Their explanation--that the trash came from their machine--is unacceptable and raises further concerns about public safety. Photographic evidence is attached for your review. I urge the Franklin County Health Department to conduct a thorough investigation into this alarming incident to ensure public health and safety. read more

The food would have been good if it hadn't been so GREASY. napkins, bag, and wrapper appear wet because of the excessive grease used. Biscuit breakfast sandwich and burrito were poorly prepared to contain as much fat as it did. The nutritional info Hardee's puts out does not contain accurate info if this would be considered the norm. Clean it up folks cuz its just NOT good. read more

This place is a joke. You will wait about 10 minutes to even place your order in the drive through. Don't bother.

I visited this location on 12/14/18 at 1:37, as it says on my receipt and got greeted by the most unfriendly cashier I think I've ever met. I ordered a Frisco Burger and a 1/3 lb burger. Only to be yelled at while ordering because, I called it a 1/3 lb burger instead of a #1. I will make sure to take my business and money somewhere else because of this one employee. You never yell at a customer. Ever. read more

Ordered 4 chicken tacos.Got home and much to my surprise they forgot the chicken.Lettuce and cheese in a tortilla....yum.

This store requires a negative score. The employees are not trained well. The whole customer facing area was not clean and full of flies. Our table had about 10 lingering around us. There was a smokey smell that one could assume was from the friers that filled the whole building with a disgusting scent. When walking in there were employees not in uniform behind the counter bagging and making their own food while crying. I personally will never visit this location again and recommend to all my friends to avoid it. read more

Burgers recently have tasted burnt on the outside of it. I'm not going back until it's fixed

We live in Pacific, so we eat here more than we would normally. This area, and especially this town tends to use too much butter & grease in their cooking, and top that off with the fact that this Hardees does not seem to clean their cooking oils as often as I would prefer. If you're in the area, there are better options, but for fast food, it'll do. Breakfast is the "best" time to go here, and my sweetie says their Biscuits and Gravy are actually pretty good, and the Cinnamon Rasin Biscuits are always good. Lunch & Dinner offer the standard Hardees fare, but it is a dual restaurant which also includes Red Burrito. Hardees will sometimes have a nice flavored burger, but most are limited time & just when I get to like something, it seems to disappear. At other Hardees I like the Frisco Burger, but as mentioned before, the over buttering of the toast has made me order other burgers at this location. They do fairly well with the Fresh Baked Buns as they normally have less butter. On the Red Burrito side, I like the Southwest Chicken Taco and Chicken Taco Salad. Their Beef Tacos are ok. They used to have good Beef Super Nachos, but this location does not make them the way they show on the website & adds LOTS of onions, so we stopped ordering them. The biggest disappointment is the environment. No matter what I order, it seems to come out smelling like old fry oil (even when I just get a soda)! On top of that, the staff are not very friendly and often inattentive. My sweetie says it's better if you go in, but we've gotten so frustrated by receiving the wrong items/toppings. The people have never actually been rude, but it's been close, and I can count on one hand the times I've been smiled at in the almost 5 years we've lived here. Overall, it'll do for a quick meal, especially at breakfast, but if you have the time...try another restaurant. There is better in town. read more

The food was served hot, the manager that was taking orders was very very quick and very nice. This was the first time i have went to a fast food restaurant and actually saw the manager running back and forth from drive thru handing orders to the drive thru person to taking orders in the front. He was literally running so that everyone got their food in a timely fashion. My order came out quick and right. Which is more than i can say for Mc donalds. I will definitely be returning back to hardees again. read more

I like this place I feel bad for them because they have to deal with stupid customers who are dumb and don't understand a fast food job plus they have a dumb timer I heard so considering a bad franchise owners and dumb customers they do pretty well read more

I was going to go through the drive-through and order my food but the lady told me to give her a second so I said OK. 20 minutes roll by I haven't heard from her so I ask her are you ready now? She replies no, somebody is in front of you they ordered inside so I can't help you. Last time I go to there, there's just no reason to wait an hour for fast food. read more
