Osage, Pacific, MO, on September 19, 2023. I had ordered a Number 2 meal with large fries, a large drink, and four apple turnover pies. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, I noticed the drink was medium-sized instead of large. When I informed the attendant, he angrily snatched the cup and disappeared from view. A different person returned with a drink that I subsequently discovered contained trash. I reported this incident to the restaurant's management. Their explanation--that the trash came from their machine--is unacceptable and raises further concerns about public safety. Photographic evidence is attached for your review. I urge the Franklin County Health Department to conduct a thorough investigation into this alarming incident to ensure public health and safety.
