If I could put zero stars, I would. No napkins no ice in my Coke or Sprite too much ice in my water tea had to go inside to go get the napkins that we are missing at this time. I have been ordering on the app and picking up breakfast right after they open at 5:00 am The staff is quick and every one of them has a smile and have great attitudes. (Which is really nice first thing in the morning. ) I don't buy very much fast food but this has been a really nice way to start my day. Good job Pace McDonald's!! read more

McDonald's serves his purpose at times their breakfast McMuffins, quarter pounders. A friend of mine stopped and tried the renewed steak egg cheese bagel complained about how bad it was and ate half of it. I couldn't believe it was that bad as I used to like it. This morning I went and got one and managed to a little more than half of it. I don't know what the creamy white stuff was on it, but all I could envision was mayonnaise and I hate mayonnaise on breakfast sandwiches. Back to egg McMuffins. read more

Food is good, however they don't even know how to update the McDonalds app. They don't have a shake machine right now, but the app says that shakes are available. People don't want to drive there after ordering over the app just to be told that they don't actually have shakes even though the app says they do. Not to mention the workers were not very nice when I was trying to get a refund for the shakes. They kept trying to just put it off and get me to leave. It didn't feel very welcoming. read more

I had not ate here since the remodel. They did a great job. However when you walk in it smelled like they had mopped the floor with a dirty mop. The whole place smelled awful. The food was old. The burger was so dry it had to be an hour or more old. The fries were cold and had been sitting there for a while. Perhaps if the staff did not have their friends coming in and talking about other people they might have been able to focus on putting out a quality product read more

I don't even know why I stop here. Two other times they have not only turned lights out on me at the ordering window in the back at 10:04 pm. But they never get my food right. They take forever for it to be thrown together and I know that the job SUCKS, I did fast food for 11years. But when you take an order over the headset it's not pleasing at all to get "what can I get for you" "is that all". That super annoying and I hate to bother people but I myself just got off work and I'm just trying to eat my first meal of the day and feed my kid. At least don't sound like you would rather be ran over by a Mac truck than taking my order. I won't be back. I don't require much or anything really cuz I GET IT. when you have a business this poorly run I'd consider either cleaning house or closing the doors. had to wait a crazy amount of time for two simple meals. rude workers on top of it all. and when you always have the ice cream machine broken I stop believing it's broken and think it's lazy workers not wanting to clean it. read more

If I could I would give zero stars. I went through the drive through and their was smoke coming out of the windows, I asked what it was and the employee told me that a fan or something was broken so none of the smoke from the grill or dryers was getting vented out. Her eyes were really red and watery. I ended up having to come in to buy another drink and saw that the lobby was super hazy and saw all the employee's were struggling to breathe with really red eyes and taking turns going outside for fresh air. read more

This mcdonalds QUIT having SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNTS......I was charged $1.89 for a large cup of coff the other morning.....today I was charged $1.69 for a small cup of coffee.... the cashier told me a few weeks ago that the Owner quit giving SENIOR DISCOUNTS....a small coff was less then a dollar....I refuse to go to this mans McDonalds any longer if he treats SENIOR CITIZENS this was.... they got our order wrong. they didn't mix the gravy with the biscuit. we ordered two sausage biscuits and they only gave us one. she clearly asked me how many i wanted and i clarified that i wanted two. they didn't even fill my cup all the way up. i asked for a large cup of water and they gave me a water bottle. read more

One of the more efficient McDonald's that I've been to. I stopped here most days when I was in grad school at UWF and pretty much always ordered two double cheeseburgers with no onions (and sometimes no pickles). The burgers were always fresh, juicy, and never messed up, like they are at Pcola Mickey D's. I like this place! read more

This is the worst McDonald's around here. Service is slow. I tried the premium wraps twice. The first time it was horrible, but it was right when they remodeled and added new menu items, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited a few months and tried again. Horrible again. Plus, when going through the drive-thru they almost always get my order wrong. I go out to Avalon or the one further out in Pace. read more
