An off the interstate stop and choices are limited so this worked out perfectly. The drive thru line was long and the parking lot was full as well, so I wasn't the only traveler looking for a quick breakfast. The impressive part was how quickly the cars moved through the line and the food was hot and fresh. I will add that there were napkins in the sack, which is a win considering most of the time it is one or none. This may the credit for the 4th star. read more

Someone needs to find a District Manager - an Owner - SOMEONE who MIGHT understand what the first word in "FAST food" is.... ............and explain it to their employees. 2:25 Pm on a Tuesday in April - parking lot was empty - sat behind three cars ahead of me. I sat in line for 28 minutes!?!?! TWENTY EIGHT MINUTES?!?!?! IN A FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU?!?!? I could get faster service in a dine-in restaurant! I was truly baffled. Were they cooking each order one at a time? As I pulled up to the last window to pick up my food, I watched thru the window as three employees seemed "busy" doing anything other than serve customers. The young girl at the window finally arrived with my food - no smile. No appology - and she seemed "annoyed" to even have to open the window and hand the bag out to me. I asked if there was a reason for such a long wait - she just rolled her eyes and SHUT THE WINDOW!? No response? Really? I will be writing a letter to the corp offices. I used to work for McDonalds and I am SURE they have not let their level of service drop to this level.... At least I hope not. I would STRONGLY suggest folks avoid this restaurant... ............unless you have half a lifetime to spend sitting in the drive-thru and enjoy rude employees. read more

Bathroom filthy and it is early morning. Had to clean toilet before I could use it. Disgusting!! Food overcooked.

I have went to plenty of McDonald's in my life time and this one is definitely a no go on my list. When I get to the order and tell them my order they would tell me back what I ordered then sent me to the window. But as I got my food, the fries are always cold, the food is not the warmest, they always mess up my order giving me extra sandwiches or just giving me what I didn't order entirely and it's just a bad experience for me. The inside is like the typical McDonald's restaurant, grease everywhere, trash on the floors and all but the service could be better and the experience! read more

got here and there was a couple people working and talking orders. Two girls were working there buff off and running back and fourth

I can honestly say this is thw worse experience with McDonald's we have ever had. All food was luke warm and not fresh. Counter person was unengaged ( that's being kind). Slow service. Another customer brought up cold fries. Another customer walked out without being waited on. I don't have high expectations for fast food, but this was bad. read more

They were super busy and still got our food out quick and the food still tastes good 5 stars would recommend

Been waiting for 20 minutes! They are busy but watching the two making sandwiches is beyond pathetic! They are moving slower than a snail! A lady said I've been waiting for 30 minutes! They all seem to think it's funny! They keep asking where are we? Someone says doesn't matter just keep putting things together! They are more worried about the drive thru! A customer just complained and was told oh well let someone else complain and see what happens! The manager is just putting orders together as slow as he can! What a joke! Ordered at 7:42pm it's 8:08 and still counting! read more

Do you enjoy spending too much money on mediocre food that will take at least a half hour to receive? If so, this is the spot for you.

They are getting the remodel done and it's looking really good so far. See pics. Great staff. Family friendly. Good prices. Clean place. Plenty of parking. And decorated for Christmas! Long lines, broken menu at drive through. Fries soggy and burgers cold. $22 for crap

I was going thru the area about lunch time on a trip to KC. I stopped and used the bathroom thinking I would grab some lunch. After looking at the DISGUSTING bathrooms I made my way back to the car. If you cannot keep up with bathroom cleaning how are you even cooking in this restaurant. It was the worst bathroom I have ever seen. Poo in one toilet overflowing and wet floor in the other stall. Paper all over the place. JUST GROSS! Obviously I didn't eat there! UGH.. Clean it up! read more

Always disappointing! I'm not one to complain but, over the last year 10 different occasions, they have got my order wrong. Get a 10 piece nugget meal get four, get double quarter pounder and get a cheeseburger etc... The wait is ridiculous. I normally just go somewhere else but, once in a while I give it another chance and get another mix up order. What's it talk to get this place to get their crap together?! read more

I'd give an F- if possible. I stopped in this morning with my special needs brother. First we used the restroom it looked like the outside dumpster blew up in there. The dirtiest bathroom I've seen in decades. Me 44 driver. We told the cashier she looked at us and said, and what do you want me to do. Again my brother is special needs. He went to order a two for five. The first cashier would not ring up the two for five instead told us we have to order two sets of two for five. At this point I step and tell her no it's one order and repeated the order. At this time she called in another older more experienced cashier. Same thing again double orders. At this point embarrassed and frustrated my brother said that's fine. First the bathroom we couldn't use. Now an order for a little 5 dollars is 13 and some change. He won't argue anymore. We sit down and start to eat. The free water cups we ordered they charged us for. Next our order was wrong so he went to the counter and embarrassing ask for the right sandwich. The topper he couldn't eat by this point. We asked for a togo bag. At this point the older cashier told us they can't give a togo bag unless we make a togo order. On top of what we ordered. Extremely sickening to be treated like that. The service was so bad I would fire ever single person on morning shift. 4/10/23 about ten am. Please address this. Sooner than later. read more

Inside was completely filthy. You could see the grease on the walls, door handles, and keypad. The floor was absolutely disgusting. You could see the footprints and your feet stuck to the floor while walking. We didn't get the right change back, and our our drinks and french fries took forever, we could see our food was done, but they wouldn't bring it out to us. read more

drive past this place as fast as possible. 3rd time in a year we visited this store( yeah we are slow learners) ..last time was gawd-awful and we gave them the benefit of the doubt this time around and found to be equally appalling food and service. wait time from order to getting food was 20 minutes (last time was 45 minutes) food was cold and almost impossible to enjoy anything about it..Fries were hard and cold and bun was hard and meat cold. others in the store were expressing the same type of issues we had. read more

I drove by and grabbed some food, and had food poisoning the very next day. This was the only food I had that day too so I know I got it from here. My burger did look a bit strange, bun had burnt sesame seeds at the bottom but I didn't think much of it at the time. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Stopped in about 11:20am for a "quick" lunch. When walking into dining area, every table had a number waiting for food. Thanks should have been a clue. Then noticed people coming to counter wondering where their food was. There were 15 people running around bumping into each other behind the counter, most doing very little. Total Chaos! I only got my food after complaining. Do not stop here! read more

Yelp stated this location closed at midnight. We pulled into the drive thru at 10:50 on 06/13/22. We were ignored. We drove around to the front door to see they closed at 11 and employees were standing inside. We drove back into the drive thru lane and were again ignored. We then went to leave and watched three employees leave at 10:58. Most establishments stop serving food at closing time and do side work before leaving. Clearly these employees had to get home and shouldn't work this shift. All we wanted was fries. They could have answered and said they weren't making more food. read more

Fast for the amount of food ordered. Ok food. Customers at drive thru were rude while we were eating in the grass

Even for a McD's, which I don't really like to begin with, this location is depressing. It's fairly clean, I'll give them that, and that's a compliment considering how packed this place must always be considering it's just off the highway. The food can take forever to come out. I mean 8-10 minutes for a burger and fries at McDonalds. The bathrooms are tiny and laid out terribly. The parking lot can be a fight to the death for a spot, if you can even get in past the line of lazy fat people that cannot even get out of their cars to stuff themselves with a 1200 calorie lunch. And special orders are apparently meaningless - "no cheese, no onions" means cheese + onions to them. Two other people around me had the same thing happen. read more

workers were so unefficient and the employees did not know what they were doing and then the manager walked in and started talking to the limited staff about her day as they were suffering trying to keep with the small amount of orders they had. grand total took about 25 mins to get 4 sandwiches .... and i'm 21 so i really don't give a fuck but wow this was awful read more
