An off the interstate stop and choices are limited so this worked out perfectly. The drive thru line was long and the parking lot was full as well, so I wasn't the only traveler looking for a quick breakfast. The impressive part was how quickly the cars moved through the line and the food was hot and fresh. Someone needs to find a District Manager - an Owner - SOMEONE who MIGHT understand what the first word in "FAST food" is.... ............and explain it to their employees. 2:25 Pm on a Tuesday in April - parking lot was empty - sat behind three cars ahead of me. I sat in line for 28 minutes!?!?! TWENTY EIGHT MINUTES?!?!?! IN A FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU?!?!? I could get faster service in a dine-in restaurant! I was truly baffled. Were they cooking each order one at a time? As I pulled up to the last window to pick up my food, I watched thru the window as three employees seemed "busy" doing anything other than serve customers. The young girl at the window finally arrived with my food - no smile. No appology - and she seemed "annoyed" to even have to open the window and hand the bag out to me. I asked if there was a reason for such a long wait - she just rolled her eyes and SHUT THE WINDOW!? No response? Really? I will be writing a letter to the corp offices. I used to work for McDonalds and I am SURE they have not let their level of service drop to this level.... At least I hope not. I have went to plenty of McDonald's in my life time and this one is definitely a no go on my list. When I get to the order and tell them my order they would tell me back what I ordered then sent me to the window. But as I got my food, the fries are always cold, the food is not the warmest, they always mess up my order giving me extra sandwiches or just giving me what I didn't order entirely and it's just a bad experience for me. The inside is like the typical McDonald's restaurant, grease everywhere, trash on the floors and all but the service could be better and the experience! read more

I can honestly say this is thw worse experience with McDonald's we have ever had. All food was luke warm and not fresh. Counter person was unengaged ( that's being kind). Slow service. I was going thru the area about lunch time on a trip to KC. I stopped and used the bathroom thinking I would grab some lunch. After looking at the DISGUSTING bathrooms I made my way back to the car. If you cannot keep up with bathroom cleaning how are you even cooking in this restaurant. It was the worst bathroom I have ever seen. Poo in one toilet overflowing and wet floor in the other stall. I'd give an F- if possible. I stopped in this morning with my special needs brother. First we used the restroom it looked like the outside dumpster blew up in there. The dirtiest bathroom I've seen in decades. Me 44 driver. We told the cashier she looked at us and said, and what do you want me to do. Again my brother is special needs. He went to order a two for five. The first cashier would not ring up the two for five instead told us we have to order two sets of two for five. At this point I step and tell her no it's one order and repeated the order. At this time she called in another older more experienced cashier. Same thing again double orders. At this point embarrassed and frustrated my brother said that's fine. First the bathroom we couldn't use. Now an order for a little 5 dollars is 13 and some change. He won't argue anymore. We sit down and start to eat. The free water cups we ordered they charged us for. Next our order was wrong so he went to the counter and embarrassing ask for the right sandwich. The topper he couldn't eat by this point. We asked for a togo bag. At this point the older cashier told us they can't give a togo bag unless we make a togo order. On top of what we ordered. Inside was completely filthy. You could see the grease on the walls, door handles, and keypad. The floor was absolutely disgusting. You could see the footprints and your feet stuck to the floor while walking. Yelp stated this location closed at midnight. We pulled into the drive thru at 10:50 on 06/13/22. We were ignored. We drove around to the front door to see they closed at 11 and employees were standing inside. We drove back into the drive thru lane and were again ignored. We then went to leave and watched three employees leave at 10:58. Most establishments stop serving food at closing time and do side work before leaving. Clearly these employees had to get home and shouldn't work this shift. All we wanted was fries. They could have answered and said they weren't making more food. read more

Even for a McD's, which I don't really like to begin with, this location is depressing. It's fairly clean, I'll give them that, and that's a compliment considering how packed this place must always be considering it's just off the highway. The food can take forever to come out. I mean 8-10 minutes for a burger and fries at McDonalds. The bathrooms are tiny and laid out terribly. The parking lot can be a fight to the death for a spot, if you can even get in past the line of lazy fat people that cannot even get out of their cars to stuff themselves with a 1200 calorie lunch. And special orders are apparently meaningless - "no cheese, no onions" means cheese + onions to them. Two other people around me had the same thing happen. read more
