Very nice young man at the drive thru. The food was reliable and fast. The facility was clean.

Stopped in for a late lunch while I did some quick work on my laptop. The cashier was cool and even asked about our day -not something you get at a fast food place a lot. The portions on the tacos were epic. Felt like I was back in the early 2000s when the Taco Bells I went to seemed more generous. I keep forgetting that I don't like the Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito very much. I want the old grilled stuffed back. Not their fault per se. LOL. My one little gripe is that the guest wi-fi speed is worse than my cell phone hotspot, but you don't really come to Taco Bell/KFC for that! From the KFC side; We split some honey garlic saucy nuggets and they were bomb. We had to go back for some cherry pie bites (new KFC menu item). It took an super-long time to get them, but they were rather tasty. Would like more cherry filling on the side perhaps. These would also be smart to sell alongside some ice cream. if i could give 0 stars i would. they don't know how to make an order correctl. they're always forgetting food items or giving you the wrong thing. they never put ice in the drinks because i guess it's too much work. everytime i go they forget straws. they honestly just need to fire the entire crew and rehire. i don't know who's in charge but they suck at their job. read more

HORRIBLE! We had a pick up order and it was supposedly done at 7:04 but when we arrived we had to wait 40 minutes! Another thing the manager never changed gloves! She went to the window touched other customers cards and money then went back to making food! That's very unsanitary! We travel for work and are glad to not be coming back. read more

Let's start to say here latley I've been coming here custmore service hasn't been all that well. Then I came through to get food again as i wanted to try out some new options. They had the lobby locked down, so it was drive through only. I'm in a semi and couldn't fit through.. so I called to see if I could order and pay at the window lady was very rude, hung up on me, the service at this place is slowly going to hell. If you drive a semi don't stop here for food odds are you won't get severed. I wouldnt recommend anyone wanting fast food to go else where. read more

First thing, in the drive through, the lady was snobby and rude, we asked for a minute to order and we were given maybe a minute before asking if we were going to order. Then when we asked for hot sauce, we had asked for 10 of mild and 10 hot. I was charged and given 10 sour cream instead. When we got our food, it was cold and missing an entire meal. The food is always good, the service on the other hand is a little different. The people at the drive through always seem to be in a bad mood, barely talking to you and the wait sometimes is a little long. The environment is nice and clean inside the building though and can feel comfortable but the service really brings it down to 3-4 star for me. ‍ read more

Pulled in for lunch and was met by some friendly ladies working the drive-through, who said I had some very handsome dogs and asked if they could give them some free treats, which they enjoyed immensely. I received my order and it was very good. read more

They said that they "didn't have any chicken" for the KFC side of the restaurant and "didn't have any shells" for tacos on the Taco Bell side. They were rude and refused to serve a vast majority of the menus, because they didn't want to work. read more

Yesterday evening I placed a pick up order through the app at 11:21 PM. I promptly arrived at the Taco Bell drive-through at 11:51 but did not get up to the window until around 11:56. I pulled up to the window and stated that I had a pick up order I placed through the app. From then on, we were basically berated by Angel, who told her she was a store manager saying that since it didn't pop up on her food screen, she didn't make it and that the store was now closed (even though it wasn't. it closed at midnight so we still had a few minutes). She had said my name and confirmed that she had the order on her end, but it didn't pop up on whatever screen it needed to for her to see it & make it. The issue was clearly on her end or with her system, but she did not apologize & was so rude! She also closed the kitchen early and refused to make us anything, even though it was not yet midnight. I see a lot of one star reviews, but I'm bumping it up to 2 because the cashier was very polite, helpful, and apologetic even though the rest of the service experience was abysmal. We waited 17 minutes to get our order because they were that far behind . It didn't appear to be that busy and the staff was working hard, but they apparently just needed more help, so I don't want to blame the employees - seems like more of a management issue. Our food was prepared correctly and was good, but maybe anything would have been good after almost 20 minutes waiting for 'fast' food. If you are traveling on the Interstate in southern Iowa there is not a wide variety of options, but you may want to try a different one than this if you want to keep moving. read more

Incredibly filthy. Saw the filth, and left without ordering. Spilled food that had been there long enough to be dried on the counters. As I was leaving, saw a group of young folk, maybe 4 or 5 of them, sitting by and on the dumpster smoking. All in uniform, so I gather they were "working". I have stopped by a number of times, thinking surely a new manager, an owner that wakes up and smells the coffee, might make good changes.
