complete TRASH I ordered on the app to make it easier waited 25 mins behind the customer that was in front of me also waiting when he was served I said excuse me can you check on my order it had now been almost 30 mins the manager looked and asked the employee who's food is this sitting on the counter above where the open fridge was just cooling it down even more she said I don't know it's been sitting here she said remake the fries etc. so it's hot and it's his food and pointed to me she then moved the bag and disappeared for a few mins came back tossed it on the counter and I asked did you remake the fries and nuggets she replied yes I'm pretty sure they didn't and just put them in the warming basket and reinserted them into the fry carton and handed them back because they were not hardly even warm and tasted like dry potatoes. We waited in line for 20 minutes got our #3 combo and drove to our next stop. the hi-c was watered down. my friend realized she did not get a double quarter pounder w/ cheese so we go back. the lobby was closed so we got back in line to just talk to someone through there. waited another 30 minutes. they said there was nothing they could do because i didn't talk to anyone upfront(but we did not realize it was wrong until a few minutes later) and bc she did not have anything with my name saying i got the wrong order or my receipt there was nothing they could do. i said i had the receipt still and it's correct on the receipt but i didn't receive the right order. they still insisted that there was nothing they could do so i order my correct sandwich and had to pay for it. we WAITED AT THE WINDOW to be sure it was the correct order. yes we should have called in but with the other reviews i don't think it would have done much. the pictures are of what i receive which was a big mac IN a quarter pounder box. our other stop was Arby's and HIGH praise for Arby's. food was FRESH HOT AND NOT GREASY(like i was expecting) AND THEIR HI-C WAS OF GREAT QUALITY! read more

First time I can ever say I have been completely disappointed with a McDonald's Dropped in to feed the grandkids lunch and let them play at Play Land. Soft drink machine was disgusting. I remember cleaning the soda machine when I was a teenager nightly. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned. It is noon and both ketchup dispensers were empty. I get that our purchase was $6 for 2 happy meals but there was a dozen employees running around doing I am not sure what. Iris encounter 1 young lady sanitizing the Play Land area and I appreciate that as it is probably a full time job. Thought franchises had processes in place to keep this experience from happening. read more

Pulled in a couple weeks ago and ordered 2 McRib, got home and the manager had put a McRib and a chicken nugget. Tried calling and no answer. Two days later stopped for lunch and the same manager came to the window. I explained what happened and he yelled at me that I should have called. Explained that I did and he just gave me a rash of crap. Figured I just would not go there again. Well tonight I stopped and ordered a fish sandwich and a hot caramel mocha. Got to the window and they asked me to park in slot 2 to wait for my hot caramel mocha. After about a 10 minute wait a young man handed me my drink and said here is a pie for your wait. I thought cool they understand their mistakes. Got down the road and took a drink, hot water no caramel and no whipped cream. The manager seen me never said a word then a young lady employee walked over to the counter texting the entire time bent over grabbed her purse and head to the restroom and never said a word to me.
