Freddy's is THAT place. This spot has everything: burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese fries... all the comfort food dreams. I ordered the California Style (obviously), plus cheese fries and a frozen strawberry cheesecake custard. The burger was insanely fresh and juicy--zero dry patties--stacked high with cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Absolute perfection. The fries? Thin shoestring style (elite choice), hot, crispy, and absolutely drowned in gooey cheese. I was already in love, but then came dessert. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake concrete and... I'm still thinking about it. Think DQ Blizzard but 1000x better. Fresh strawberries, tons of graham cracker chunks, creamy custard, whipped cream on top--straight up dangerous. I will 100% be back because I now need to try literally everything on this menu. If you're even thinking about stopping here, DO IT.

The one thing I would say stood out enough to detract from a 5-star experience was an overall lack of service. You order inside and they bring your food to you, but service is slow, and both days we noticed that the staff don't really engage patrons unless spoken to first. This can make it very hard to figure out exactly how to order, if seating is self-service (it is), etc. it was insanely hot when we visited, for example, and while one day we were able to get larger glasses for water, the next they refused to give anything larger than a glorified shot glass...despite serving our mimosas in the same larger glasses. Overall it just read of a young team that was slightly disconnected and not overly concerned with customer experience, and that's something that made things take longer than necessary and put a slight damper on an overall wonderful experience.
