The lack of standards set at this establishment is astounding and completely unacceptable. I don't know what's worse: the customer service or the severe lack of attention to most of the orders that we've placed here. If it's not incorrect, it's incomplete and the frequency of these occurrences is unbelievable. It seems as if no one even bothers to check to ensure that any orders are done correctly. If this had happened once or twice, okay but for it to happen all the time? Absolutely not. This McDonald's is in serious need of better management. I'm surprised they're still in business. If I could give negative stars in a review, I wouldn't hesitate to. read more

Orders often wrong. Like I always order drinks without ice and 9 times out of 10 I get ice. One time I ordered chocolate chip cookies and they gave me two sugar cookies and in a separate bag a chocolate chip cookie. When I went back in to ask what happened they were like "ohhh we are out of chocolate chip". Employees seem over bored with their lives, not that I can blame them. Every time I come they always hand you the food but only reach a couple inches out the window so you have to basically climb out of your car to get it. It's also either going to be a medium wait or a very long one for no reason. Food is not good and I don't hold McDonalds to a high standard anyway. If it wasn't for the lack of anything near by I would never come here. read more

After many consistently poor experiences at McDonalds in general and this McDonalds in particular, they have reached a new low. Placed an order at the counter for food to go. Looked it over as best I could before I left, but since I was literally thrown in one big bag, I didn't notice that all the hashbrowns we're missing. All of them. Went home, put the food on the table, made my discovery, went back up, spoke with the mgr and was met with amazing indifference. Won't be back. And will do my best to avoid all McDonalds, as I should be doing already anyway. read more

Just went through drive through. For some reason, redeeming a "free coffee" coupon is too hard, so they charged me for the large coffee and gave me a small orange juice for free. After leaving drive through, I tried sipping on my coffee which spilled all over me because they put a cracked lid on it read more

McDonald's - a cup of coffee in a car - Fast Food Near Me - Odenton, Maryland

Sitting in the drive thru currently and have been here for over 30 minutes... on a Sunday night at 8:30pm.

What even is the point of ordering what you want. You get whatever they want to give you, and you never notice until you have left their drive thru line that you've sat in for 20 minutes. I don't think they've ever remembered the apple slices in my kid's happy meals, they consistently make my iced coffee wrong (I ask for no ice, doesn't seem like a hard thing but they mess it up every time). Just don't go here. There are better McDonald's nearby. read more

I'm about to light these comments up like a Christmas Tree. I've been utterly disappointed several, I mean SEVERAL times. It's right next to my house unfortunately so I keep trying to give them a chance but today was my last day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have given me the wrong food over 4 times! They gave me fries that taste like fries from last week reheated! There employees hateeeee their job and machines are always down !!! If I was rich I would pay the owner to shut this one down. That's how tight I am. read more

What can I say about this place there slow its takes forever to get your food and every time I go there they always forget to put something I ordered in my bag. The woman who works the Cash register during the day cares more to talk to her friends then to take your order. I will never go back there Again read more

staff is very rude. they once got my order wrong, and scolded me for "ordering it wrong" rather than apologizing. I don't expect all smiles or incredibly polite employees, but to be antagonizing (as they often are) is really annoying. i am going to start to drive 15 mins out of the way to go to the next mcdonald's instead read more

Went to this McDonald's on Friday, 10/25. Francine who was filling my order, was eating French fries that were from my order and she was not wearing gloves. Quite disgusting and unsanitary. Won't go there again. read more

I do not even want to give this pathetic establishment one star. Every time I have been to this location SOMETHING goes wrong. This includes long wait times, dirty space, failure in getting the order right, hoodlums and trouble makers lurking outside of or in the restaurant, etc. But one experience I had just takes the cake: HAIRS IN MY MOCHA! After getting halfway to work and taking the first sip of my mocha, I realized there were little black hairs in my drink. Appalled, I immediately called the Mcdonalds and told them I was returning in order to show them what was in my drink. Upon my arrival, the manager looked incredibly unhappy to see me. She had a big attitude and was completely unapologetic for giving me an unsanitary drink. On top of that, her appearance was horrid ( blue lipstick and fake eyelashes). Her manner of speaking was very unprofessional, uneducated, and VERY antagonistic. Is THAT how you are supposed to treat a customer? Funny thing is, the owner happened to be there that morning. I heard the manager go up to the owner and tell him that there were hairs in the mocha. He then approached me and told me he did not see hairs. REALLY?? I just heard your manager TELL you there were hairs. I found it incredibly pathetic that the OWNER would try and trick customers. He claimed he did not know how that would happen because it just a machine that they put the ingredients into. Well, I guess someones hair got into that machine...maybe it was the managers eyelashes. I was so fed up with this ugly situation that I just took my refund and left. Of course, I deserved much more. I will be contacting corporate. read more

They did not let me know that several items were not included in the meal set, doubling my cost

Truly an awful experience. I went in the app and ordered dinner for my family. When i went to pick it up, i was greeted by a store manager who was on her cellphone. I know she saw me because when i went to speak she stuck her finger up at me and turned away. Twice. Apparently whatever was going on in her personal life was not important enough to step away out of view of the customers BUT important enough that she could be rude Enough to ignore us and shove her finger in my face. When she finally wrapped up her call i politely said that i was here to pickup an order i placed online. Without looking she said "I ain't got nuthin here". I replied that she had t even looked at my order number, maybe she can enter it in and check, she refuse and insisted that she "knew" they didn't have any orders. I asked again, insisting that she check, since they had already taken my money. She said she didn't take my money "McDonalds did". Unbelievable. Bottom of the barrel staff at this location. Take the extra time and go to the one on RT 3 next to IHOP they are great. The location on Annapolis rd, needs to be shut down. read more

Wish I could leave no stars...little fucker behind the counter has no people skills. Mumbles and can't understand his kind of talk. Would rather play basketball with the trash around his register and trash can than wait on a customer. Walked away from the register to the office in the middle of my order. All the other staff, just as ignorant. Perfect example to why I visit any McDonald's maybe three times a year. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS. read more

My one star rating is in comparison to other McDonalds. This place is a wreck. It's slow, food seems always cold. Parking lot drive through configuration just baffling. read more

It's a McDonalds. What else can you say? Really? What else? It's one star dining. And that is what I gave them. Plus I'm sure this is where my debit card got skimmed. Anyway. It is what it is. It's a McDonalds. Don't get me wrong, I've eaten at McDonalds all over the world. And the European ones are better. But none of them rate much more than 2 stars at the best. read more

First, they wouldn't give us our cups until the food was ready. We have 3 boys at our table who are thirsty and hungry. Then, we have to stop and ask for EVERYTHING. There's no napkins, no ketchup, the only thing you can get yourself is your drink and that's AFTER your food is ready. Our meal had to be interrupted repeatedly so we could get things we wanted. Also, my bagel sandwich is barely even toasted and tastes like crap. Will never come here again. read more

Don't expect fast service at this McDonald's location. The staff moves at a snails pace. This location does however offer a 10% discount to military and veterans. read more

This restaurant (fast food joint) is typical of most other McDonald's these days. I give it one star for giving a 10% discount to military and one star for cleanliness. Otherwise, I see no other reason to go to a McDonald's. Quarter pounder hamberger was dry and the fries are blah. Another thing it seems that you need to play close attention when giving your order because they routinely make mistakes. Personally, I beleive most fast food chains overall have went down hill during the last 10 years. They are also beginning to price themselves out of business. read more

I'm a self proclaimed "health freak", but sometimes I'll need something quick. Usually try to avoid fast food as much as possible. Tonight I opted for McDonald's and I so regret that decision. The customer service was terrible, as usual. The beverage was pure carbonated water, the Apple pies were burnt like someone lit a fire to them, they forgot the straws, and the put the wrong dressing in the bag. I think I covered everything. Also, I've expressed problems with customer service to management, but nothing has changed. Proceed with caution and make sure to triple check for accuracy. read more

I'm not "lovin' it". This place reeks. Disgusting. I thought all McDonald's were supposed to be clean. Obviously not all all of them. This one deserves an award for most awful. I'm here at 8am. Clearly no one cleaned the bathroom last night at closing or this morning. Fecal matter in the trash can? Really? Yes, you read that right. Broken benches in the dining room, flies buzzing around. Dirty tables. yeech. read more

Typically stay away from fast food but was in a rush and this was close by. Can't speak for the inside dinning but the people in the drive thru seem clueless. They close their lobby before the closing time and it's annoying. I just wanted to sit and eat because I am tired and hungry and they said no. It closes st 11 and I walked in at 10:20, that's forty minutes before closing time, if you can't do the math. Very upset and hungry. Would not go here. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. No napkins no tops for soda. Register doesn't work properly. Dirty, slow and ghetto. Should be closed down.

This place is a joke. Every time we get food from them something is missing. This time out of 3 sandwiches 2 were missing. Fries were cold and soggy(couldn't even eat them). The one sandwich that we did get the chicken was old and dry. Save your money and go somewhere else. Five guys is right across the street and is awesome. read more

I agree that service is bad and slow. And it's never been clean any time I've been inside, no matter what time of day or what day of the week. Speaking of which, when do they make the food fresh? 'Cause it sure hasn't been within an hour of my coming here - ever. read more

This continues to be the worst McDonalds I have been to. Too bad since I live so close. Two days ago I was told to wait at the drive through order section until I gave up after 15 min. No response. Usually, the order is fine, food is fine. Customer service is horrible. I am a regular i go to mcdonalds 4 out of the 7 days in a week. The morning staff is great, super nice. I went there saturday night, it was absolutely horrible. Lady had a terrible attitude, and she started rushing me. I politely told her to not rush me, she then gave someone else the mic. and i finished my order. I pull up to the window and she gives me my food and states "Catch an attitude with me one more time I will refuse your service, bitch" She then threatened to call the police after i would ask her how i caught an attitude and why she would refuse my service. (Neither of which she answered) This lady should not have a job if she can not control her temper. Good luck in the real world! Sorry McDonald's but you lost another regular. read more

This is possibly the worst McDonalds in the area. Incredibly rude employees. I would say that they are also not intelligent, but perhaps it's just that they're not trained. This place is out of everything all the time. I have been there when they're out of burgers, out of whipped cream, out of buns. The sizes of the drinks change randomly depending on when you go. The drive thru ALWAYS shorts customers on food. Often the evening employees have their own children running around the place. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

Literally walked in...stood at the register and they saw me and for 10 min no one came so I left with no food

This just happened today 3/ 30/2018. I used their drive thru and ordered french fries and sundae. When I was getting my order, the guy in the window gave me soda and sundae. I told him that I did not order soda; my order was french fries large. The nice guy gave me a large fries. When we tasted the fries, it was soggy and od so I again asked the guy to replace it with fresh fries. Then the guy told me i had to pay; so I gave him my credit card. Then I was still waiting for my fries, and Ihe gave me my new receipt and I was checking if he did not charge me double. While I was talking to guy and looking at the receipt, all of a sudden, a lady in old rose shirt (i guess that's their uniform) showed up in the window and screamed at me " YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE, MOVE UP!!!!! OR ELSE I WILL CALL THE POLICE!!!". So I said, MAy I please speak to the manager? And she screamed back and said"I AM THE MANAGER!" IWILL CALL THE POLICE RIGHT NOW!!!!" Why was she threatening me ? First of all, she never asked what was the problem? They never asked me to move up and the guy was accommodating me in the window. The manager acted like a low level, low class, person in her way of handling the customer's issue. Nevertheless, i moved up ..The nice guy gave me my fries. The fries was burned and old! Please look at the picture I enclosed. The guy told me that the name of the manager was Gloria. This is ridiculous. I have never encountered something like this. I am a regular customer of that store. That is the first time I saw that lady who introduced herself as manager. But if that is the kind of manager they have, for sure ..I will never go back to this store. This store used to have great managers and great fries. read more
