5th car back at drive thru when I got in line. 35 minutes before I got my food. Worst drive thru service ever. The 4 cars ahead of me sat forever at the food delivery window. They must have started preparing the food only when the customer was at that window. Unfortunately, there was a curb so I couldn't escape without damaging my car. Went inside to place an order and the man behind the counter said my voice scared him. When I asked why he said "idk" and started laughing taking my order. It took 15 mins for one order and I could visibly see employees standing around just watching while the man who seemed to be the manager did everything. Another guy came in screaming about how he thought his shift started at 4 not 2. Stopped here on a road trip for a caffeine fix. I should have known it was a bad idea when it was attached to a gas station... but I needed coffee and there was nothing else around. There were only a couple people in line when we walked in, leaving us to assume a rapid process. Wrong. The girl manning the register was completely incompetent. If you walk in and there is a blond woman at the register you need to turn around, get in your car, and go through the drive-thru. We went in because the drive-thru was wrapped around the building but I'm sure it would have been faster. My girlfriend ordered a medium caramel frap with no whip cream. "You want a large?" No. "You want a mocha frap?" No. "Do you still want the cherry?" WHAT?!?!? No... I guess... I ordered a medium mocha frap. "You want a caramel frap?" No. We had to repeat our order at least five times, no exaggeration. We took our receipt and stepped to the side for the next person to order. At this point people started streaming in. Rather than waiting to take the next person's order and make our frapps, she just kept taking order after order. People waited and waited. As customers began grumbling and complaining we got to know each other. We met a nice older lady who said she too was just waiting for a "drink". After about 10 minutes somebody else noticed the massive failure and stepped in to clear the queue. He saw the nice older lady's order. It was just a fountain drink... which the customer actually makes. All this woman had to do was reach down and hand this lady a cup... but that didn't happen. This nice lady waited about 15 minutes for someone to hand her an empty cup. We got our drinks (my girlfriend ended up with a large) shortly after that and left, never to return again. read more

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's that I have ever been in. My son used their ap to order. He ordered for our family. He sent me to go and pick up the order, but it would not let me punch in the numbers to pick up the order. So, I waited in line to explain. At the speakers, I was told that they could pull up the order at the window. So, I waited. Five cars later, at the window, I was told to repeat the whole order again. The manager (I did not realize that she was a manager at the time) stared off into space without noting anything I was saying while I repeated the whole order. She, then, told me that I would have to come inside and they could pull it up. I had to unload my 3 year old granddaughter and go inside and wait again - only to be told that they couldn't pull up the order and that I would have to repeat the whole order again and pay again and that they did not know whether it would still charge on the ap. I waited another 40 minutes. In the mean time, a family that had been there longer than me had reached their limit. The woman had noticed hamburgers sitting on the counter for a long time. She said, I sure hope those are not mine. Sure enough, they grabbed them to put in her bag and she told them that she did not want those cold hamburgers. The husband came up and said that they had waited long enough, that they did not want cold hamburgers and they wanted their money back. The manager told him that she was not allowed to give money back. He got angry and began cussing, but he was not threatening, nor up in their face. He insisted that they were giving him his money back. One manager got on the phone to their boss and the other one called the sheriff's office. They finally gave the man his money back. He left and then, the sheriff's department arrived. I never use the type of language that man used, but I did feel that he was justified and it was completely ridiculous to call the sheriff's department for their ineptitude. It took two hours for me to get cold, yucky food. There was never any apology to me, nor to the other family. The only nice thing was a woman who saw how long I had been there with my granddaughter told the employees that they should at least give her a toy for how long she had been waiting. They did do that, but a customer is the one who suggested it - not them. I won't ever go back. read more
