I went inside to order while passing through the area, so never been before. Lady at the register kept getting confused about my order. I was only ordering for myself and two other people in my family, so it wasn't a large order. Not sure if it was a language barrier or not. A guy came over to help. Still ended up with something wrong in my order. Also, I ordered 2 iced coffees(they don't tell you it's 50 cents up charge with a meal) with cream only. They came out practically white because there was way too much cream. I asked if they could empty some out and put just coffee to even it out. He took it and did, but it came back with zero ice and still pretty white. I just took it. I was very pleasant with them and thanked them all multiple times and I never got a you're welcome or much of a comment from them at all. It was like talking to a wall. There were about 10 people working in there and I was the only customer there. Also around 6pm when you think it would be busy. The whole experience was a little weird to me. Worst fast food service around. They make you park your car so the line doesn't get backed up, in reality hiding the wait time for people pulling in. On average it's a 20 min wait to get your food. Management is obviously lacking at this location. Garbage food comes with garbage service just another reason not to eat it. read more

Worst location, total rip off. Ordered happy meals for my kids - they charged extra for a juice box, made no mention that they don't give out happy meal boxes or toys or apple slices for kids meals at this location (but they certainly charge full price for them). They tried to not give me my drink I had already ordered and paid for either. We had to pull over and wait "for the food to be done" but all of the food we were given was ice cold anyway. Paid over $30 for one adult meal and 2 kids meals for toddler, only to get ice cold food that would make us sick. Would've gotten a much better value just going to a sit down restaurant. read more

I ordered a English muffin with sausage/cheese a little xtra toasted, I paid they didn't have me a receipt and then they told me to pull up because it wasn't ready. I live in Boston and my family and I are up for the King Richard's Faire. Decided to stop here. Big mistake. This place is filthy. The girl at the counter gave us our food in bags, never asked us if it was for here or to go. They need to change their oil cause their fries are disgusting. I made the mistake of buying 2 filet,o,fish and a large frie and chocolate shake from there, I have been going to mickey d's since 1964 the sandwiches must have been reheated 10 times, they were absolutely disgusting! they didn"t even remotely taste like the filet o fish I remember, and the fries had the same consistancy as wet spaghetti , the shake had an aftertaste like onion , it was gross and these delicacies cost me 20 bucks. so instead of makng new food they must just keep reheating it multiple times which goes to show poor management equals poor job performance and a terrible product but you can bet I will never set foot in another Mickey D"s in this life. read more

I don't think I've ever experienced such a poor operated place, first off I was ridiculed for not wearing my mask when the mandate had ended, I've been vaccinated for some time now and as stated by the CDC I am not longer required to wear a mask as a vaccinated citizen, I was demanded to wear a mask by the cashier with blue hair who then had a temper tantrum because I kindly declined. Which was totally unnecessary to begin with, but to make it better I had the manager personally tell me to wear my mask or he wouldn't serve me, which is funny because I had just placed my order. He then begun to swear and yell because I was being uncooperative with his immature attitude. Best part of the whole story is a co worker came in with without a mask completely, as he should, and was then yelled at by the manager saying he would " Skull f**k you if you come in here without a mask", I wish I was joking. My order was completely wrong, my friends got different and or incorrect meals, I've been coming here for years and have been all over the country to positively say this is the most poorly managed McDonald's I've had ever visited, Please review your staff, they just may well make or break your business. read more

Writing a review of a McDonalds is pointless since most are okay and don't warrant reviews. This one however is the worst I have ever visited. It sits on busy main street in Carver down the road from Edaville Railroad and looks a bit fancier from its counterparts with a smaller sign etc. It is a smaller location but cannot support the capacity that visits this area. The place is run by the most confused and disorganized staff I have ever seen. They have lines of people streaming out the door and the 12 year olds that run the place are a mess. They screw up every order and take forever. They ring up wrong items, give away food to the wrong guests. How the heck can you screw up a burger? This place does and more. Skip this mess and drive down the road to other places to grab a bite. It may even be quicker. read more

Today ordered 2 ice coffees Simon at the register was very nice and polite. Not 100% that Simon was his name pretty sure. All the employees manager included had their cell phones attached to them texting. (Other than Simon) who apologized for the mistakes. It took 3x to make our coffees correctly. If people worked instead of being on the phone maybe it wouldn't take that many tries to make a coffee correctly. Not like the old days where you get the welcome to McDonald's with a smile. To say this place sucks is an understatement. They have a bunch of ignorant, incompetent kids working there who can't get an order right if their life depended on it.... Last night I ordered ONE HAPPY MEAL, they had me pull up to a parking spot and wait over 7 minutes for one happy meal. I actually had to go in to get it, considering its been some time now and when I walk in, my order is sitting on the counter "waiting to be ran out to me" and the lady was so rude saying she has 700 other customers as well... Mind you, there was no more than 5 people between drive through and the dining room. Not to mention, their food sucks. Never have I ever had to wait 7 minutes for one happy meal at a FAST FOOD joint, I could see if I ordered a whole bunch of food but over 7 minutes for French fries and a 6 piece nugget is rediculous. and To receive an attitude because I got sick of waiting is rediculous.
