This is a pretty decent McDonald's, I've been here several times and have never had anything wrong with my order or any real complaints. The line in the drive thru can get rally long and go into the street. When this happens I just go inside and there's usually no one in there so I get my food pretty quick. Quicker than if I had waited in the line, so if you get here and there's a long line just go inside. The employees are also usually really nice when I come here. I've seen some people give them a hard time and they take it pretty well. They don't seem to lose their patience as quickly as other McDonald's locations and I've never experienced or seen an employee be rude. read more

I am disgusted! I finished my drink and after I love to open the lid and chew on ice but when I opened the lid, I see a dead fly in the ice! I called and talked to the manager and all she said was that I can come back and she will replace it for me. I ALREADY DRANK THE DAMN SODA WITH THE DEAD FLY IN IT WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER! The young chick working tonight at 8 PM is not friendly and has a rude attitude. Can't use the words please thank you or you're welcome. I tried multiple times to be polite and have a nice attitude with a smile. When it's not reciprocated, it's really annoying because I work in customer service as well so I know that it's really not that hard to crack a smile and use your manners. Absolutely rude service. They messed up my order, no ones perfect right? Drive back to have my order corrected and asked the manager to provide me with a complimentary 3 cookies for having to drive back and make my kids wait for their missing food, manager was very rude and said no I can't do that. There was never an apology for missing an entire bag of food either. Really a multi- million dollar company cannot afford to provide a complimentary cookie for an error that was made by their staff, I was missing 3 fries. McDonalds will not go out of business based on one my 1 review but I wish Norco people would have better customer service. Horrible service, I only go here to reward my son for a good week at school. He is into the toys that they provide. The drive through was a fiasco, I specially asked what toy was a part of the happy meal, and they told me it was one of the ones he had not collected. That was at the pay window, at the pickup window they gave me a totally different toy that he already has. I go around to the door and go to a register and explain that I wanted the toy the 1st person had shown me. The manager bluntly said we don't exchange toys. And I explained to you can keep the toy and will no longer be patronage your facility and will propagate a negative review going forward. I would never normally bother to do a review for a McDonalds but because of past issues with this location I have to give credit where it's due. Went through drive-thru this evening and received my order pretty quickly and extremely fresh, the fries were piping hot and crispy , the cheeseburgers and nuggets were even fresh. Unfortunately I work graveyard and have little fast food options that are 24 hours. This location is never consistently open. After speaking with them it turns out that Sunday-Thursday they close at a certain time. While Friday and Saturday they are supposed to be 24. Until you drive into the drive thru and see a cone in the way. They also like to make people have cash transactions at graveyard. When I get to the second window I receive my order which was completely wrong of course I don't notice it until i get back home (which is more frustrating), and I did not receive any utensils for my breakfast platter. Thus McDonald's is OK I have never really had any issues with my orders, but what does bother me is they almost never participate in the food promos that the other locations offer. Example. Both the McDonald's in eastvale and on hidden valley have happy meals for $1.99 & right now the other 2 locations has a 4 cheese burger and 2 medium fries meal for $6.48, 4 mc chicken and 2 medium fries for $7.48 or 40 chicken nuggets and 2 medium fries for $11.48.
