Grabbed a sausage biscuit with cheese, hash brown and coffee this morning to share as we had lunch plans so just needed a light breakfast. The restaurant was clean and service was surprisingly good with a friendly clerk actually bringing our food to the table with a smile. Our food was served hot, as ordered. The parking lot is a bit tight but adequate. I saw the negative reviews but our experience was really good and the bathroom was very clean too. read more

Got a breakfast sausage and egg biscuit and coffee from drive through. There was no mayo in the bag but the biscuit was otherwise perfect. The coffee was so watered down it was like drinking hot water. I actually just poured it out and ate the biscuit without a beverage. The drive through seems to have the latest equipment but you could barely hear the gal talking the order. I had to have her repeat here every time. Also the two drive through order spots are very close and I could hear the other one better than my own which made the ordering more confusing. McDonald's corporate needs to audit this site and fine them for the watered down coffee. It's ridiculous and a big rip off. Definitely reason to never get breakfast there. read more

Wow I've been to A LOT of bad McDonalds and this one somehow shows them all up by a country mile. My food came out cold, my drink warm, and the employees hair in my fries. The customer service was terrible I waited around 30 minutes for a meal. The wait was so long that I went to go inside and what did I see. Four employees hanging around doing absolutely nothing. I was ignored the entire time I was in there until I stopped someone taking an order outside to see if it was mine. To be honest instead of visiting this dumpster fire of a restaurant you should go anywhere else in the area, even a literally dumpster. read more

Possibly the worse service from a manager I have ever had. Her name she would not say but she yelled for a Kellie. This woman slammed the window in our face, would not let us finish a sentence, spoke rudely, it was over a 80 cent sayings on coffee with our code from our phone. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Great place to get breakfast This restaurant is located on the west side of N Ridgewood Avenue (aka US1) just past 10th street in New Smyrna. It has the classic look of a McDonalds with the old style lighted double yellow arches. It is pretty easy to get to off US1. As with many McDonald's restaurants, there is a limited amount of parking around the restaurant. I visited the drive through on this latest visit but also stopped into the restaurant proper. The inside was clean. There is a small seating area near the street that was also well kept and clean. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and efficient. I ordered the breakfast burrito's and a tea. It was prepared quickly and reasonably priced. I would recommend this location for fellow travelers. read more

This McDonald's restaurant is pretty cool architecturally I don't know all the history behind it but it looks like an earlier version in regards to design with its giant arches integrated into the structure. I definitely need to snap a few photos, it's unique to say the least. I've only stopped in a few times and I've never had a negative experience my orders have always been accurate and the food was fresh and hot. The staff seems to be on the younger side but that's typical for Mickey D's. They have dual ordering lanes you pay at the first window and grab your food at the second. Over-all it fills the need, my trips to any McDonald's is usually because I'm in a hurry and this is why they exist in my mind you definitely know what you're getting. read more

It's important to note that this McDonald's is right next to both the middle school and high school. That's the main reason in why I'm giving it four stars. As a teenager myself, I have shared a lot of good memories here, however, directly after school hours, this place can sometimes be slightly unbearable. With that being said, I had a really bad experience in this McDonald's with other rude customers, and I'd like to say that the customer service made me feel very welcome after the fact. Nonetheless, the food here is actually pretty good for McDonald's. Not necessarily better, but good. read more

I have seen so many reviews about unmasked employees at this location and I had to leave my own. I have been here multiple times for $1 cokes and EVERY SINGLE TIME the employees are wearing "chin diapers". The staff isn't friendly and IF I ever do order food, it is absolute garbage, usually cold or overly salty. Go to the one off SR 44...way better and they wear masks (not always properly unfortunately). read more

Anytime I am here on business I always stop in at this McDonald's. The staff is always cordial and happy. LaDonna (?) works in lobby and is always smiling. My son absolutely loves McDonald's normally. This last time we ordered from here it was horrible! And I mean enough to make me never come back. The food was nasty and over cooked and was straight up cold and some of it was completely wrong. My son wouldn't even touch it and I don't blame him. Regularly gets my order wrong. Just today they shorted me a large fry and added meat to my vegetarian daughter's order...again. They frequently ignore the request for no meat on her egg mcmuffin. Many times I've found items missing from the order but on my receipt. Generally I go back to get the missing items, but I'm tired of having to do so. read more
