The worst fish sandwich ever. The picture tells it all. The fries were the usual good greasy McDonald's fries. Nothin' like 'em. My unsweetened ice tea actually tasted like tea, not colored water. My husband's Big Mac just wasn't quite right. A few bites were almost spicy. What was up with that? But that fish sandwich. The 1/2 slice of cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and there was absolutely nothing else on the bun. No lettuce, no tartar sauce. And dry as could be. Had a little drive through lunch moment with my mom, and the quarter pounders needed a little time to cook/milkshake machine needed remixed so we sat in the reserved spot and waited for maybe an extra minute before the food was ran out to us. We couldn't tell if they forgot the milkshake or if it was just taking longer, so after we ate we called back about the milkshake. The lady on the phone was super nice, and another nice lady ran out TWO milkshakes and even a couple pies--one apple and one cherry cream!! We didn't even know the cherry one existed until then! Delicious pies and milkshakes and fresh burgers = 10/10 thanks McD's people!! read more

McDonald's never been our choice but was given a gift card so we gave it a try. MISTAKE! first order was the order was not complete. Due to health reasons we must have no salt on the french fries and they loaded them with river of salt. The sandwiches were poorly made the the nuggets when old and as hard as rocks. We gave them a 2nd chance now forgetting my granddaughters apples, Once again even when the order is placed with no salt again I contacted the store and they informed me that I need to contact the manager tomorrow morning. I did and they told me I needed to contact the manager from last night. Games! worst service, worst food worst management and staff. Terrible!!!! First of all I am allergic to cheese. I come here and get two double HAMBURGERS. I come through and I get two double cheeseburgers. Again can't have cheese. So I call and they say that my burgers have cheese and they put my name down in the book. I come back to get my free burgers about a week later and they say my name was never in the book but they still gave them to me anyways. So someone must have forgotten to put my name down. Best food I ever ate in my entire live I love that place so much and gave me my favorite toy

I could not find side salads on the menu since it's been changed, so I had to ask. The drive thru woman said there were three and did I want a small or large. Pretty obvious I wanted a small. Then she asked what kind of dressing. I said I wanted to know how much it cost before I ordered it. (I had already asked how much actually.) I waited for an eternity for the answer. Then gave her the cash and change fell on the ground. She said, "See, you can't do that." Offered to get it and she said she would get it later. Then she acted so incredibly put out by the fact that I had destroyed her day that I went to get it anyway and she very Fakely said it was ok and she would get it later. I was so incredibly annoyed by her demeanor I had to hold my breath at the next window. The young girl there was nice. The I pulled over to Walmart parking lot to open up a brown disgusting probably 3 day old salad. That manager should be fired. read more

Usually, I do not write a bad review about any establishment but this McDonald's is so extremely filthy from the floors to the tables and the condiment section that I felt I had to say something about it. Attitudes seemed poor and I could tell they weren't very happy when we asked if we could have our table wiped. Somebody needs to step in and restore some law and order. My advice for now is "Don't Eat Here!!!" I will not return. read more

Everything was great up until I was to get my food. They asked me to pull up to the railing which I did and I've been waiting here for 20 minutes just on some chicken nuggets. I went to this place several times trying to give it a chance and every time it's a let down the foods always cold the fries are greased logged and rubbery the burgers are not done enough. Worst McDonald's ever!! I visit it regularly for morning coffee or tea and its always a ten minute process in the drive through. They have had me pull over and wait on food when I was the only person there and after a very long wait I went inside to see what was taking so long and they forgot to make my food!!!! I could write a book with all my bad experiences at this location. This place is absolutely horrible with ignorant careless workers. Do yourself a favor and just keep on driving. read more

Stopped here for breakfast this morning. The tongs for the hash browns fell on the floor (not looking as clean as the average McDonald's). Then were thrown in the bin with the hash browns. They continued to get hash browns for the drive thru with them. I tried to say something about this but no one would listen till they brought my wife's to our tray. I mentioned about the tongs being on the floor and not wanting the hash browns. This was met with disgust from the I believe "shift manager". Who went to the back and supposedly got a clean pair. Then proceeded to get another hash brown from the same bin that the dirty tongs were in. Informed her of that and with disgust she took them with no offer of refund. GM was contacted and was to call me. Never happened. Contacted office no answer. I'm writing this because of obvious health violation and attitude about it. read more
