Hey look, it's a McDonald's and for the most part, if you've been to one, you've been to all of 'em. I do have to say, this experience was pretty dang seamless though! We were moving my mom into the neighborhood, and realized it was already 1:00 before we'd even eaten anything yet. We had to opt for something quick, and this McDonald's was lightning quick. You won't exactly find many Nevada residents wearing masks during the pandemic, but all the staff at this location were. They did contactless payment as well. We had a decent sized order and they nailed every part of it, and better yet, the food was perfectly hot when we received it. There's a McD's by my house back in KC where everything comes out tasting two days old, but that wasn't the case here. read more

I'm a local here in Naveda and this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Never once have I been greeted with a smile let alone even a nice attitude. I'm constantly told the things that are out of stock where they really just don't want to make and clean things. It's just getting annoying you think with two stars McDonald's will try to do something about this franchise, but it all seems to go downhill. Fort scotch McDonald's treat me very well. Never had any problems over there, but here is dreadful. read more

This is a disgrace to the entire brand of McDonald's. I paid $8 for a egg McMuffin the size of my fist. And worst of all I ordered a vanilla latte, and they forgot to put the coffee in it. When you're on a tight budget like me this can't be happening. read more

I was the only one in drive through and yet the service I received was not satisfactory. they've tried to park me instead of just making my order with no 1 else in line. the parking at this store has gotten ridiculous because they will park you then 20 seconds later. Bring you your food rather than just handle your order at the window. The management does not know how to utilize the parking correctly. And they just do it for every customer, regardless if they have an order ready or not. yeah, I understand they have times to meet this is getting out of hand because you are aggravating. The building has been remodeled but I think it's the employees that need the remodeling they hire just any one here infact most of the works quite and always get rehired later the food is slapped together like it's a race idk how many times iv went to get my kids a Happy meal and the fries was ether far from fresh or the nuggets was not fresh it's ether one or the other it's kinda the hang out for the local crack heads it's the only place for them to get free WiFi I try to avoid this place at all cost any more there is so many other fast food options that are local that are better options if you care about your stomach please don't go here read more

Well if i wanted a salt lick I would eat on some farmers land and enjoy the cows salt lick. Cold stale fries. Lots of eye rolling and sucking of the teeth. Burnt quarter pounder. If I pay for a large fry I would like a large fry. Not and order of small fries stuffed in a large piece of cardboard . No masks at the window. Since yelp said I am on a roll. Terrible. Fries were cold & over cooked. Chicken nuggets were half fried (that's new). Service -- well it's okay -- it's McDonald so can't ask for much. I would try a different location first before coming here. read more

I'm never impressed with their customer service. They don't greet you nor do they thank you when you leave. Their food is usually cold and and their ice cream machines rarely work. Don't worry, when something is wrong with your order, they'll continue to blow you off just as they did when they originally took your order. read more

says they close at midnight (12am) but yet here i am at 11:06pm making this review because i am absolutely flabbergasted at the fact that i can't get any cookies. go through the drive through & no one answers, call the store & no one answers. just to leave the parking lot & see EVERY SINGLE employee worker sitting at the bottom of the mccdonalds sign. & yet they want & expect to be paid $15 an hour. rant over for now. i will be back in the morning bright & early to get my 13 pack of chocolate chip cookies & they better be fresh. read more

This place is horrible. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and a big mac. Once I got home my "grilled chicken" sandwich had no chicken on it! At least the big Mac was made right. So I called the store to let them know and the manager pretty much called me a liar over the phone. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

It's ok, they have their fair share of messups at the drive through, especially for a picky eater like me that has to have everything "Plain". Prices are reasonable, cleanliness is ok. Just be sure to check your order before you drive away. read more

As McDonald's go, this one seems to be a pretty decent place. I had to wait for a grilled chicken salad for 17 minutes last night, but the manager was way cool about it and threw in some free stuff. They occasionally get a little slow (especially the night crew), and you'll get the wrong stuff every now and then, but for the most part, it's accurate and fairly speedy. This place is chalk full of patrons who believe that line etiquette doesn't apply to them and attempt to cut in line (the morons who don't understand how the one line, two ordering locations system works), but that's not really the restaurant's fault. However, I wish they'd run off the loiterers. Way to many of them. read more

I don't think this place has a Manager present. The noise level is over the top and it's all coming from the employees.

Really not even worth a star, poor customer service and to be honest the food at this McDonald's is worse than the one in Japan. Ever heard of REAL meat people, and a smile will really not kill you. read more

The food is good about the same as all the other McDonalds I've been to however the new remodel they did last month is in no way Kid friendly, they have a table that lights up but its not something that keeps attention for very long. As a parent of 6 small children atmosphere matters a lot the staff has always been friendly so we still go here on a regular basis. read more
