Instead of them saying to us that they're having problems and then they could not provide our order they let us sit at the drive-thru window for 35 minutes. We also watched someone order food walk out and then walk back in. Their order was wrong. The manager acted like she could not troubleshoot anything with the machine. The manager was also not telling anyone as far as customers what was going on she just had her back to everyone and not explaining what was going on. They need to give her more management training. We finally found a cop in downtown and asked him. He said everyone usually went to Donna's and it was good. I've driven by Donna's many times but never had occasion to stop for a meal. Our server was friendly and our tableware was clean. Place was pretty empty but two tables seated after us still got their food long before we got ours. The wait for our meals seemed excessive and our food was ho-hum. The omelets weren't very large and the hashbrowns were very dry. Toast was dark and dry as requested. The coffee, was, as my partner said, more "brown water" than coffee. I left hungry and we ended up at McDonald's where I had two cheeseburgers and a large coffee. Our meals came to just over $26 for two omelets with toast; one order of hashbrowns; and two coffees.
