This location the parking is okay but if you don't get front row you get side or rear. And it's by a busy entrance, so you dodge cars. Staff is a 50/50 you either have okay service or horrible service. Only had a good server 1 time. Menu and food prices is the problem. They keep cutting things from the menu and jacking up the prices. Which I know isnt this location doing it on their own. But still. To many good options around to mess with that. Restaurant was extremely busy this was at about noon on a Sunday. We were seated right away and we did order drinks (cola) that was served promptly. Our waitress was Michele. We weren't ready to order immediately and did take us a few minutes to decide. Once we did order it seemed like an eternity (was probably 35 or 45 minutes to get our order.) everything was pretty much cold. I had gotten fajitas and the skillet was hot but the meats up top were cold. My wife had tenders and a half quesadilla and while tasty it was also room temp so obviously it sat awhile and they forgot about is. The waitress did give us half off so that's nice. As we walked in I could not help but see the messes left on tables; the floors full of old food, and even the walls plastered with food. This should have been a signal, but no, we sat down to order. After 15 minutes I got my order of Caesar salad?.. tasted good, but field greens are not usual in a Caesar salad. I've been here a couple of times for various reasons - more recently for business luncheons, and the reason for my latest trip in. Larger sit down style place - ordered a Diet Coke and the table got free chips and salsa which I ate entirely too much of. Waitress was nice - refilled the teams drinks and kept up with us as we were the first table in through the door at 11am. I ordered a chicken grilled salad hoping that it would be filling and keep my calorie count low - went 1/2 on that front, with the chicken coming on it being ice cold and the calories low. The salad has a house dressing on it which had little to no flavor. Rest of the table got sandwiches, wings and burgers- meanwhile I was starved to death. Stay away from the salads. read more

Food is always good. Servers were friendly and fast, even during their peak time. I think this location could be a little cleaner, anytime I am there during the day it's just easy to see the dust and dirty windows. The one thing I absolutely cannot stand in this specific location is the chairs. They are so loud and obnoxious anytime you move them, whether it's you or other people, that it is sometimes all you can hear in this place. I've been going to this chilis for years and they have never let me down. Friendly staff that always makes sure we get the best deals, foods always hot and comes out fast, and the consistency in how the meals taste is amazing. We love Chili's, we make it a point to come here every chance we get. One big reason is the service and food. Mike our server is the best and love to have him serve us when we visit. But our last visit we ask for Mike and they did not give us him, which is very upsetting to us. We will continue to come to Chili's but when you request a certain person you should honor that chili's. read more

Hi, welcome to Chili's! As your local resident Burger-Boy, I had to look at their options and Boy was there a lot. This place has a more vast and weird selection of burgers, so if you're feeling adventurous, step in. Of course I kept it simple with the Old Timer with Cheese, just for a base line to compare to other burgers. After 5 minutes or so, the food arrived and the burger was thin and huge. Took a bite of it and my mind immediately went to: "SWEET". There was a lot of mustard on this thing, to the point where all the other toppings were basically flavorless. Only other thing I could taste was the pickles and the patty itself, but I ordered more toppings on this, why couldn't I taste them? Okay so let me just say my fiancé and I have eaten at this place many times and it was always our go to spot. So I figured I'd treat some friends. It was a complete disaster. From my understanding the place has recently had a management change and it shows. First our salsa was brought out and was literally red juice with 3 tomatoes. Three. Not exaggerating. So I called the server over and was told they ran out of the materials needed for the salsa so their manager thought it was a bright idea to serve it anyway. Then we all had bits of food and straw paper in all of glasses. As if they didn't wash the glasses from the last customers and refilled them. YES. Disgusting. So I call thee server over again who was super sweet and obviously should have been the manager himself. So I ask him for new drinks in clean glasses. Then the queso came. It was watered down vomit. And I've had it many many times before so I'm like this is definitely not right. Asked for the manager. Who said he would get me "new" queso and comp it. Well honestly our whole meal should have been comped. This was a few months back so if it's the same manager. Fire him or your profits are going to continue to spiral downward. I used to consider this establishment a 4-star restaurant. Times have changed. Instantly you are greeted with sorrow at the door. The girl is obviously more concerned with Facebook than work. You can see it in her jowls. Bravo for abstaining from the Samsung Galaxy. This is the kind of service that should be expected from a greeter with such a low wage for such a demanding position of required attitude. Compare this to the annoyance of "welcome to Walmart." A+ The waiter gave an above-average performance -- Not bad for a Monday night. $5 tip plus the change for you sir. B+ The employees themselves were exceptional for a quick-food joint. I would've expected, at least a little nose residue or droopy eyes, but no, this is America and a damn fine one at that. I was without a doubt impressed by their performances. A- The place loses its appeal once you are greeted with the sudden realization that their menu has changed. This is not good. (See the Cuban Chicken at Panera -- once a classical favorite, but now missing from all space & time for no reason -- replaced by the BLT, for the love of Crice. Change is unwarranted. Bring back the jalapeño burger and pizza! C- The worst of all obscenities comes when an order is placed. "I'm sorry, we are out of guacamole." "Also out of cornbread." "We don't have peppers either." "Oh sorry about that, we are even out of Pico de Gallo." Excuse me, but how exactly do you run out of Pico de Gallo!?? That's the equivalent of Home Depot running out of hammers. D- Speaking of the devil, Chillies is an excellent place when the Roadhouse parking lot has filled up with decoy cars & customers. Go in once: they're never that busy. Imagine how much better the place would be without all that birthday singing on every visit, but that's for another review. Chillies itself is in fact a quality plot of enjoyment. We eat here frequently, especially when we want a guarantee of good food and good service. It's never a crapshoot; this location is a guarantee of a drama-free experience. Food is standard fare for the chain, presented well and it comes out of the kitchen at a good pace. I've never been here that they've foisted your entree on you before you've finished your starters. Mixed drinks are very good (not watered down) and the wait staff are knowledgeable about the food menu and bar menu. The staff here is particularly friendly to kids, which is a real plus for our family. Good parking but a busy front strip where people speed so park on the sides. I went in and was told there would be a 30-45 min wait, so I left and came back in the time frame only to be told it changed to another hour wait. If you're going to do that, tell the customers ahead of time it'll be an HOUR and 45 min wait. I received some of the Best Service today for lunch. Chili's has always been my go to spot for a quick lunch- luncheon with co-workers. The food came quickly, our server was more than attentive, and overall I am quite happy with this being the first sit down restruant we've chosen since opening back up. I had ordered the lunch chicken fajitas, they came out sizzling and I actually ended up boxing a small portion of it to take back to work for later. Plus the free chips and salsa for the rewards thing, and a cup of baked potato soup which was way too much, obviously. Went a few weeks ago with friends. Service was prompt. We got an appetizer of salsa and chips. The chips were so yummy! I ordered the Bufflo Vhciken Sandwich and it came with fries. Well I can't say this is the worst experience I've had at a chain, but it ranks up there. Came here on a Saturday late afternoon, a little before 4PM. I figured that would be the best bet on a Saturday, and the parking lot was pretty empty. However, when we walked in, we were told there was going to be a ten minute wait anyway, with only one group of three ahead of us. There was quite a few empty tables, but they were dirty and it appeared as if no one was concerned with cleaning them. When we finally were seated, the waiter barely paid us any mind besides to take our food and drink orders. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the food still came out in a timely manner and tasted good. Chili's always has great food! Although, it can be a little pricy, especially their alcohol beverages. Always look for deals if you want to save money and have a very delicious meal! I had their ribs, and they were outstanding! Best I've ever had! They have great service too, even when they are busy! The only downfalls I know of so far, is if it's too busy, the restaurant might have a long wait to sit down and dine (one day we went somewhere else because their wait was 45 minutes just to sit). Also if it's busy, the wait time of the food is a little too long sometimes. But other than that, I would say it has some great, flavorful dishes here! The drinks are fantastic too with great presentation! Atmosphere is crowded at times, but the decor and lighting etc makes it comfortable. :) Also keep in mind, if it's your birthday, or anyone's birthday in your party, they offer you a FREE hot fudge brownie topped with ice cream (it is to die for!). My recent visit was by far the worst visit I have ever had at any Chili's location. Upon arrival we were told that since we did not call ahead to reserve a table we would have to wait. Once we were seated they attempted to sit 8 fully grown adults and a baby into a corner booth. Even though there were tables available to move like they did for the call ahead people, which they conveniently were able to provide another table so that their party of 12 could grow. The bathrooms were like walking into a swamp. the urinal was freely overflowing to the point that over half the bathroom floor was wet. Very unsanitary, quite an infection control issue. The only good parts of my meal were the water I drank and the salad that didn't take them long to prepare. The only thing hot, which I am using loosely here, it was more like lukewarm, was the broccoli that was probably just pulled out of a warming plate. My Monterrey chicken was cold, the bacon wasn't crisp, the mashed potatoes were dry with a nice coating of cold gravy that kind of reminded me of being served gravy flavored ice cream, that's how NOT warm it was. Then to be charged the 18% tip because it was suggested for our party was more of an insult to me than a tip to them. Takes at least 10 minutes just to get our drinks, rarely offers us refills, our food takes forever and we get unlimited nachos and they never get refilled! We waited an hour and a half for our food. When it came, it wasnt like normal. The waiter stated they forgot about us. I'm not usually one to complain but we got our cheese fry appetizer with our dinner an hour and a half later. Had a salad within 10 minutes of ordering and it settled by the time dinner came we were full from a tiny salad. At least our daughter got her food and didn't get upset from waiting. Pictures look good flavor on mex side isnt there. Meats are okay. But cadillac style adds no flavor. Flavor has soaked out. And they arent real fond when you tell them about it. Get chipotle for flavor or don patron for relax good food. read more
