The WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid at all costs. Went around 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Place is empty. Chose drive-thru. Ordered (1) large black coffee (1) large coffee with two creamers and caramel and (1) senior coffee with two creamers. The girl taking the orders and money charged is for (2) senior coffees then argued for 5min when we corrected our order. Then she says she only charged us for (1) senior coffee. THEN she brought the manager over and charged us additionally for (2) large coffees. Still not the correct order. We pulled up to the pick-up window. That girl gave us the wrong order, different than what we wanted or what we were overcharged for. We get home and try the coffees. Neither of the (3) we received were correct. NEVER going back. Service is a given no matter what product you're selling. These people had none. No acknowledgement of customer service or awareness whatsoever. The workers just seemed annoyed that they had to work in general. They definitely enjoyed their personal conversations between coworkers. I overheard a customer complaining about his fries and when the worker decided to acknowledge he was complaining about the food he ordered she got loud and was arguing at him. Yes, at him! I've eaten here and gotten food via the drive-thru many times, and the food has always been fine. It's standard McDonald's food, so I won't other with a description. I happen to love their fries and like their cheeseburgers and a couple of the breakfast sandwiches. Service has varied from so-so to good---but usually toward the "good" end of the scale---and the speed has been from slow to super-fast. My one problem with this McDonald's location is not getting straws or not getting napkins when the drive-thru is busy and the workers are rushing; so do check your bag(s) after you leave the window. (I actually preemptively carry a spare straw in my glove compartment because of how many times this has happened.) They have free Wi-Fi, if that's useful to know. read more

Rarely will you get a "thank you" - usually you'll get lukewarm subpar food thrown at you as if you're the problem. And if you complain nicely you'll get nowhere. As McDonald's go, this one on West Trenton Avenue in Morrisville, Pa., is in the format of a modern smaller footprint, with a drive through that wraps tightly around the building, forcing pedestrians to cross this lane of traffic. With all the young people who frequent these kid magnets, you would think they could find a safer design. Alas, not. I stopped in the other morning when traffic heading over the Delaware was so bad I decided to find a rest stop to wait for the clogged artery that is the Calhoun Street Bridge to pass its blockage. Mickey's was right there, so I went in. The place was clean and a little busy. Still, my order was taken promptly. I had to wait a while for it to be filled as the staff seemed to lack any real organization for the counter. The six people I saw all had their backs turned to the customers, and when any one of them was free and looked around to see us there, they carried out the next step in the process. Three different people worked on my order. I finally realized that what I was observing was the result of the heavy drive thru business which kept everyone's attention, and left those of us inside as forgotten players in their fast food game. Efficient, perhaps, but not given to warm face to face. My Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit was smallish, and thrown together in such a way the top of the biscuit adhered to the cheese to one side of the sandwich, leaving the rest exposed. It was wrapped and bagged that way, and made the eating a bit awkward. I guess if this product had gone to a drive away customer, by the time it was opened, they would be too far away to do anything but grumble. Another casualty to the dominance of drive thru culture. For me, I was just disappointed with the lack of care in the work product, and knew that I wasn't coming back for another round of being ignored. Oh. The coffee was good. read more

Horrible management. I work at Giant and it is Christmas eve and on my way home I decided to grab dinner from there for my husband, children and myself since my job was now closed and I only had a twenty a dollar and a hundred. My bill came to 23 and change so when I handed her the 100 the girl said I have to ask if I can take this. When she asked her manager she quickly said no with such a bad attitude and did not even look at me while they were directly in front of me. So I just left. Horrible I will never go there again. Decent store but some of the crews do not give a poop about doing their jobs. At times they are more interested in talking with eachother than to deliver the food at the drive thru. To date i have never been inside so my opinion is based solely in drive thru protocols. Can do better. Product quality varies so check bag before pulling away. read more

NEVER GOING AGAIN!!! Very slow and rude service. They didn't honor a coupon correctly and refused to give me the correct deal. Then I made an additional order at the drive thru. I waited 20 minutes for fries and two drinks, one of them being a SWEET tea. I got home to realize the tea WASNT sweet AND the receipt had my correct order on it. This has to be the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. The lines are always so long (not because they are busy, but because they are that slow), and they NEVER get the orders right. I have been there a few times over the past few weeks due to being on the run from the holidays - I received a McChicken sandwich, with my special order "PLAIN" sticker on it, that had mayonnaise and lettuce on it - didn't check until I got home, and my 6 year old son wouldn't eat it, so into the trash it went. On December 26th, I went INTO the restaurant and ordered 2 happy meals, one with a "Cheeseburger - NO pickles, NO onions" (it was rung up correctly), one with a 4 piece nuggets, and then an additional McChicken plain. After 13 minutes, I was given one happy meal, and another bag that had a burger, and a chicken sandwich in it, with a toy. When I tried to tell the gentleman who handed it to me that I was supposed to have two happy meals and an extra sandwich, he literally said to me "um no." Mind you, I had the receipt, which I showed to him, and he huffed and walked back to get the items I was missing. Of course, when I got home after spending almost 20 minutes in the restaurant, the plain cheeseburger I ordered had both onions and pickles on it....my 3 year old wouldn't eat it, so that went into the trash as well. Do yourself a favor and just stay home and throw your money into the trash can there, it will save you time and trouble. read more

They consistantly get the orders wrong! today ordered a Susage mcmuffin and recieved an egg Mc Muffin in a Susage biscuit wrapper. Took it back and ask the manager what was supposed to be on a susage McMuffin and he had to think about it for a good 20 seconds before he could answer - need I say anymore ! I would just like to thank McDonalds for giving me the worst experience I've ever had at one of your restaurants. It was Wednesday 08/02/17 around 10am I entered your restaurant at 321 W Trenton Ave Morrisville, PA 19067. The store was not busy, only 2 guests ahead of me. There were 3 people working the front, a drive thru crew member, a counter crew member and what I assumed was a manager (she was wearing black slacks and a pink top) the restaurant does not have a cue line so I stood at the the register this woman was working. She completed taking the order of the guest in front of me and started getting that order ready which is normal, once completed she started pushing out orders for other guests all while I was standing and waiting. I was never acknowledged, apologized for the wait and to make things worse the crew member working the counter never called the next guest in line he took guests that walked into the restaurant after me because they walked directly into his line. So McDonalds guess what I did? After 10 minutes of standing there being ignored, I left the restaurant went across the street to Burger King where I was acknowledged and served immediately. to start it off i asked for sweet and sour sauce and barbecue and only received barbecue. but not only was i so disrespected by not receiving the proper sauce but it also took over 10 minutes to get my order at the so called "best fast food" restaurant chain. when i asked the manager with a firm respectful voice where my order was she rudely responded that she called the order 6 times but i know for a true fact that she did not. i also discovered soon after that my 6 piece nuggets i ordered was in fact a 4 piece to my surprise. so i believe this mcdonald's should immediately be shut down and or getting a new management and staff. thank you read more
