My husband prefers their coffee too over other coffee shops in town. He usually orders an americano. Would return next time we're in town!

The fresh pastries looked great, and Alex patiently informed me about local Conecuh sausage, which I proceeded to order the Conecuh croissant. It was delicious! The Honey Coffee with Macadamia Nut Milk had good, strong coffee with a little sweetness, which is my preference. The fruit cups were good too, but seemed to attract the fruit flies. The ambience is so great! You can sit quietly in a corner to work or read, or have joy and laughter close by. The employees are friendly and the customers are considerate too. I suppose it's just the South. My only qualm is that it would be great if they open earlier than 7am. There were a few customers waiting, including me, that were at door before opening time.

The location was extremely fascinating with its downstairs cafe, and more seating upstairs, where the bathrooms were located. We didn't have to wait too long for our chai and coffee order. I also ordered a Fig and Brie Melt, and my husband and I forgot what he ordered to eat. The food and drinks were forgettable, but pricey. Extremely Unprofessional Behavior in Drive-Thru…read more I had a very disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience at your drive-thru today from 11:33-11:44am. Store #: 09809. After waiting in line for about ten minutes, the employee at the window--whose name began with "Mari"--told me "Have a good day" as she starts to close the window, before giving me all of my order. I politely let her know I was still waiting on one of the drinks, and instead of apologizing or calmly resolving the issue, she rolled her eyes, got visibly annoyed, and snapped at me with: "Well you need to give me a second to go get them." Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional--especially considering I had been patient up to that point. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or the disrespect. It felt like I was being scolded for expecting to receive what I paid for. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope this behavior is addressed. No customer should be made to feel like they're a nuisance simply for asking for their complete order.
