They NEVER get an order ahead correct. Every single time I've ordered they ALWAYS get it wrong.

ordered a ranch snack wrap, fries, and Diet Coke. wrap was buffalo ranch instead of ranch and cold; fries were cold and many were uncooked; and diet coke tasted as if it was mixed with several flavours. went through drive thru on our way out of Mineral Wells and we do not live close. should we go back into Mineral Wells and want a snack, we will have to consider other place. read more

We order a bunch of food and the service was good and we got our food so fast, they even got a TV we watched on.

If you're not open 24/7 then you need to change your hours online to reflect that. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order even though there were employees inside/lights were on. Looked like employees were hiding and trying to avoid helping us even after we pulled up to the window to try and ask if they were closed already. read more

This McDonald's already has horrible reviews but I'm honestly surprised it doesn't have a LOWER rating. The people working here are obviously not happy to be working here and do the absolute little work they can get away with. We waited in the curbside spot for an online order for 20 minutes then they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about when we went through the drive through. After that, they told me I should have parked in the curbside pick up which I did but they didn't notice. Horrible experience. Like the other review says, there are too many other places to eat in Mineral Wells to get such horrible service here. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Did a mobile order. Parked in our spot. Waited. Waited. Waited. 25 minutes in, a guy brings food out to someone in the drive through overflow spot. We flag him down and ask about our food. Gave us a lot of attitude and said he didn't know; he would ask his manager about it. 10 minutes later, still no food. Tried calling, no answer. Husband tried going into lobby, doors locked. We get in the drive through line. My son says he thought he saw someone come out with food then go back in. We called back. By some miracle, some girl with lots of attitude answered the phone. She said he tried to bring it out, but we weren't there. I told her we were in the drive through because we had been waiting over 40 minutes and couldn't get in contact with anyone. I told her we were in the drive through coming back around to spot one where we were. Complained about waiting 40 minutes, full of attitude she said, "ma'am we are short staffed." And she hung up on us. We get to spot one. Wait a few more minutes, still no food. Call back. She said he went out and we weren't there, and I repeated, again, that it was because we had to drive around from the drive through. The guy we spoke to earlier brought our food out. We asked for the name of the franchise owner. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. We asked for the name of the manager on duty. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Then he walked off. So, I would like to speak to the store manager of this location. And if they're staff was truly so short staffed they couldn't fulfill orders in 40 MINUTES, the manager needs to answer for this. The manager needs to get his store in shape. This is a failure on the manager's part not only to his customers but also to his employees, trying to run a restaurant short staffed. My husband's drink had NO ice. They messed up the drink order on my kids' happy meals. And all the food was cold, which tells me, our order was made promptly, but it sat on the counter for a long period of time. Which I'm sure violated health codes as long as it sat out before someone could take 60 seconds to walk it out to us. I have NEVER been to a McDonald's that's has consistently terrible service like this one. This one is TRASH. read more

Ordered McDonald's through the drive-through had ordered three fries they only put two in woman at drive-through argued when asking for another fry saying there was nothing she could do about it even though we had offered to pay for an additional fry just to get a third most pathetic excuse imaginable provided. I love going to McDonald's with my girls! They love the food, and they love the toys, as well as the ice cream! It's so affordable and the food is always great! The ice cream is great, too! This is my kids absolute favorite restaurant out of any others! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a former employee I can certainly tell you how management doesn't know what they are doing. Spending a long time in the managers office while the employees struggle to get food out in a timely manner. You can hear a certain night time manager yelling at her employees throughout the store and none of the other managers do or say anything about it. They have favorites and cater to them. They change the rules on a whim that employees have to follow to fit their needs at that time. They sometimes do not allow their employees to take their full 30 minute breaks that they are supposed to be guaranteed. Having people work 8 plus hours with only a 15 or 20 minute break if they get one at all is not ok. They hire people as managers who have no management experience at all. They tell you they will cross train you to learn everything then never do it. The store manager never keeps her word and they love to talk about you when they are in the office. Everytime someone quits they say it's because that person couldn't handle it. It's not the job the couldn't handle it's the lack of training and the way people are treated in this store. Only the managers and the floor managers have paid vacations while the others who work the 40 plus hours a week don't get anything. The store managers make up whatever hours they want because they are paid salary and it doesn't even matter if they are there or not because they are still being paid. They are more worried about getting food out the window in under a minute that they overwhelm their workers and often have the teens crying. They don't care if you are sick with a fever if you call in they like to yell at you. And that's for any reason. read more

Been to this location to go inside one. This week and was successful getting "fast" food onece bit threw away my fries because they tasted like I have never tasted in 44 years of life. It was like they dumped gasoline in the fry oil. Prior to this week I have been there 2-3 other times this month and they are not staffed sufficiently to support a drive through and "for-here" orders so I left...which is what happened tonight. There were people walking through the drive through because the dine-in was closed for people that don't have cars. In short I have gone to this location 4 times this month and was able to give them my hard earned money once. There is a Brahm's, Whataburger, sonic, and Jack-in-the-box all within 30 seconds of this McDonalds. If you want "fast" food I advise you go to one of the alternatives!!!' read more

Growing up in Mineral Wells, I got to see many of the "cool stuff" come to town. I remember when McDonalds first opened - it was the most amazing thing ever! I was in 3rd grade, and anyone who was anyone was bragging about their trip to McDonalds, talking about the fun they had playing on the play ground at McDonalds, they were showing off their happy meal toy, and after the Grand Opening - they were bringing their beloved photo with Ronald McDonald to school for show and tell. My family wasn't much into fast food, but I loved the Saturday mornings when Mom would go get us sausage and biscuits and every now and then we'd score a burger! read more

This is probably my favorite fast good restaurant in town. The play place is always clean and smells good. The Manager named Starlette knows us by name and almost always checks up on us after receiving our order. Employees over all are friendly always. :) read more

Seriously the worst service we have ever had!!! Had to go to window to ask for food then, then didn't even know how to count change let alone give us out drink. Then this makes the second time this week Charles has ordered a double cheese burger and they gave him single both times when we paid for a double and when called to tell them they said oh just come back up here . I tried to go there yesterday after school to get my kiddos some after school snacks of fries since there was a bogo coupon on their app. Well the manager on duty wouldn't accept the coupon. I have had other issues with this one specific manager being rude and unhelpful and telling me I was in the wrong. The girls that were running the registers were way more professional than the manager. I will NOT eat here again until something is done about this manager. read more

Food decent, managers horrible. A 92 year old veteran's car was towed from the parking lot over the Thanksgiving weekend. The cost to recover his car was $250.00. This McDonald's has always given permission to park in the past. Jeers to the manager that made this decision. You will not get my business or anyone that I share this story with. read more
