Absolutely hands down the worst McDonalds ever. We waited 25 minutes for 1 Egg McMuffin and 2 coffees. Food was just so-so. Employee performance and attitude was even worse. The drive through employee was yelling at other employees and even made a rude comment to us. Save yourself the aggravation and keep driving. read more

Entire parking lot was empty. No one in the drive thru. We have a 28' trailer and pulled up to go in and grab something to go. Door says they close at 11:00pm. It was before 10pm. I knocked on the door MULTIPLE times and was no further that 15 ft from a worker and no one would look up. Called and asked if they were open because we had a trailer and couldn't use the drive thru. Was told the dining room was closed due to being short staffed, but no offer for any other sort of service. Worst drive thru experience ever at a McDonald's. After sitting in drive thru 15 minutes from the time I placed my order for 15. They took my money and I was finally expecting my order. NOT......Drive thru to second window they gave me my drink and asked me to pull off to the side and wait some more. Already 5 cars pulled off and waiting. Can I give this less than one star? No? Ok, I did like the ordering kiosk, kinda a shame it goes to waste when they cant actually complete an order. Ordered 2 iced coffees, nothing else, after 11 minutes asked how long it might be. Employee then took 10 minutes to realize he didnt know how to make iced coffee. Manager didnt look too shocked when we very politely asked for our money back. It is iced coffee, not brain surgery. I'm fairly sure my 9 yo could've faked it. By far the worst experience I have ever had. This location is a disgrace to the franchise. To elaborate on just how terrible... we pull into the drive thru and are immediately told we have to come inside, so disregarding the fact that we have a far drive ahead of us me and my family drive past the other 4 cars in line ahead of us and park. We go in and there is nobody dining inside, I head to the bathroom. The men's is out of order so again another inconvenience. We ask for a shake with our order and are told they can't make them (not surprised) So we place our order, pay and watch the obviously chaotic kitchen scramble and struggle to put orders together. Many of them talking about and refusing to clean the bathroom. Pretty slow turnaround time for our food as well. We go to get ketchup and wouldn't you know it both of the dispensers are out! We asked about it and were told "they do not have those".... well you do they are just empty. I'd like to mention that not a single sorry was given. Trash can outside was overflowing so we couldn't use that like we needed to either. JUST PATHETIC and undeserving of our money. read more

Seriously one of the worse McDonald's I've ever stopped at. In the middle of ordering the person taking my order told me to 'hold on' then completely forgot they were taking my order. Three more cars went into the other drivethru and ordered in front of me. They finally got back on and the girl said 'oh I forgot to ask you for the rest of your order, continue'. We pulled up to the window to pay and no words were said from the man taking my card. Pulled up to the window and the girl just hands me a bag and closed the window abruptly.
