Fortunately there are good alternatives. I did complain and saw no evidence that remedial measures were taken. He returned after the complaint still the same.

I used to think that Aldi was a place where I would never shop. I went there a few times as a kid…read moreand then never tried it again until this year. After having tried it where I now live, I was curious to see what it was like here in my home town. What I found was that this is a very nice store. Aisles are wide and spacious. It's clean, and it was neater and better organized than the ALDI stores that I have seen in a larger city. It has been recently renovated in line with what Aldi has been doing recently, and, except for the ugly floor tiles, it looks very attractive. It also has a great selection of products that I didn't know would be found in this area like tofu, Greek yogurt, dried mangoes (my wife and kids liked these so well that we came back a second time in one weekend), and even toasted ravioli (that I have never found in Nashville but will now try to find at ALDI there). The only thing that separates this from getting five stars from me is that I didn't see the organic chips that I've seen in other ALDI stores. I wanted some Simply Nature organic blue corn chips and didn't see them. The store near where I live has them, and they are delicious. Otherwise, I really did like this store.
