Fix there shake machine hottest day of the year it's down!!!! Everytime I come in it's down

This McDonald's never fails to piss me off. Just today, I went there and went through the Drive-through. I kid you not, I waited there for 5-6 minutes and no response or anything from the employee. But there was no sign or anything that showed that the drive-through was closed. The other drive-through was working perfectly fine and we're getting their orders. This McDonald's almost always fails to include all of the items in your order. It could be the simplest thing and they still mess it up. Another time after I paid in cash for my order, the employee gave me more money than they actually owed me. There are also always kids just roaming around screaming and running around this McDonald's. The employees are nice but the are always messing something up, whether it's the food or service it's always terrible. The ambiance in here it also fit fine.Been going here for about two years and has gotten worse overtime. This is my first review and I just had to make one because of how bad this McDonald's is. Terrible service and grumpy employees. Had to wait over half an hour for my kiosk order and food was barely warm.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. When I asked about getting my money back, the older woman working was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me with my concern, she mocked what I said and gave me attitude the entire time. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and it definitely made me not want to come back. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they're just asking reasonable questions. read more

While in Milan several weeks ago, I stopped off at this McDonalds and ordered a large Big Mac meal, and I told them no onions on the Mac. I got my order and proceeded to drive away, and then I realized I should check the order, and it's a good thing I did. Instead of a Big Mac meal, I received a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, medium fries, which is not what I wanted. So I drove around to the drive-thru again, and explained to the lady taking orders what happened. Finally, I pulled up to the main window, gave them the wrong order and the manager had me pull-up further while they re-did my order. This time they did it correctly, except the Big Mac was loaded with onions. There are some days you just can't win. I realized they are short-staffed, but at-least pay attention to what the customer wants. read more

I went through the drive thru, and they let three or four people in front of me. When I brought it to their attention, the woman yelled at me, instead of simply apologizing. We went to Arby's. Stay classy Milan McDonalds. read more

Waited almost an hour for food and so many people came and left. Finally a manager showed up and started getting control of the situation. She was very apologetic and offered a refund. Just an overall bad day for the store.​ read more

You wait forever every single time no matter if busy or not also every single time I go after waiting forever my fries are always cold. Good just plain sucks save your money and go somewhere else. I live in Milan and now drive to dundee if I want any fast food that should tell you how terrible it is. read more

This place is seriously legit. I visit the Milan McDonalds to and from work for emergency wifi and comfort breaks. If this place didn't smell like McDonalds, I would swear I was in an Applebees or a cozy cabin style family restaurant. There is a large flat screen TV over a fireplace, next to a library full of books. The (fake) leather couches and fun prints on the wall really give this place an upscale feel. I've noticed the mirrors in the bathroom reflect a skinnier me. The only downside is the one sided staring contests I seem to enter every time I'm here. On my latest visit, an employee on break at the table next to me sat and stared for a solid 10 minutes. If you are in the area, possibly visiting a relative or friend at the local federal correctional facility, stop on in to this fine establishment! read more

This place never cooks food well, any food I get sent to my house via DoorDash usually has something wrong with it like replacing 2 large cokes with 2 water bottles. I would rather go to the Taco Bell across the street because I know the food I am gonna get from this McDonald's is below sub par relative to other franchises. read more

Visited here Saturday 2/11/2023. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before my order was even asked for. Then I was the lucky one to get the Manager (Kat/Cat however she spells it). She was very rude. I asked why 3 other cars that came after me in the other lane were serviced first & what the hell is going on. Her reply, "I'm not taking orders in that lane I'm taking orders is this one. I'm short handed. If you want to curse at me I can make you wait another 10 minutes." My temper got the best of me and I responded you try that! She ended up taking my order. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I get to the second window to get my order and there was a young lady handing me my order. I asked her who the person was that took my order, that poor girl leaned out the window to quietly say the managers name. She kept looking over her shoulder to make sure she wasn't seen telling me. If how I was talked to is any indication of how she treats her staff, no wonder she's short handed. McDonalds is a lot of the teenagers first job. Poor kids what a crappy experience. read more

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato. The same guy messed up 2 times. Then the manager came to the window and proceeded to make me another one. It was brought out to my car and it was still wrong and they tried telling me "no this is the macchiato". After I tried the drink, I realized it was a vanilla iced coffee. I drove away because they're idiotic and the manger doesn't know how to train her employees. Every time I go there.. something is made wrong. read more

This is the second time I got a single fish filet in the drive through after asking for a double fillet and being charged for a double filet. The box is marked double fillet. I called and got every smart alec excuse why this happened. Not an apology. Didn't listen. Not a happy customer. read more

fastest and most polite service at a McDonald's. Never had a 'misfire' burger - the meat sliding off the bun and ketchup all over. Maybe this location cares a little more. Did have a situation where I was cut off mid-order, but they were in a rush and the window cashier was able to add to my order. read more

This McDonald's is the worst! Every time I go to the drive-thru, it's at LEAST 15 minutes. If you do mobile order/pay, it takes even longer. And then they often get the order wrong!! read more

I don't think I've ever given 5 stars to a fast food place but this Mickey D's is a great place to stop just off the freeway in Milan. Friendly, fast, and hot food was had here on a recent stop. A manager even came out to ask me if everything was to my satisfaction which surprised me. Everything to like about this place!! It was clean and had a nice TV to look at while I ate. read more

Horrible! The cashier didn't greet me - just stood there awkwardly and waited until I spoke. There were only two other short orders on their screens, but my food (one adult meal and one kids meal) still took 15 minutes to come out. Get it together! There were at least 7 people working but nobody had the courtesy to update me on when my food would be out. I don't expect much out of McDonald's, but this location was infested with flies and filthy. Save yourself from disappointment and stop at any of the other fast food locations at this exit. I would have been a little more understanding if my food was hot, but I ended up with cold fries. read more

Today I went inside and ordered one order of hot cakes and a hash brown to go. There were 2 people ahead of me waiting. We waited and waited... Nothing was coming to anyone that ordered from inside. They filled countless drive through orders. All the manager cared about was the drive through orders and we were left waiting... The two ahead of me eventually got their orders and still I waited. When I finally got my order it had been 15 minutes that I had waited. The time on my receipt was 10:12 and it was 10:27 when my order was handed to me. It was absolutely ridiculous! A manager should make sure food is going out to the drive through AND out into the dining room... She completely ignored us. read more

I go to McDonald's often and always had great service though the drive though but last night was the most worst service I've had. It took a hour before I got my food. The poor guy that was in line five cars ahead on me was ask to pull to the side and time I got to the window he turn is car off and had to go in and get his food. I know he wasn't happy either. It's poor service when the guy at the window taking your order doesn't know what his doing and no one there to help him and you have two employee's outside smoking and another one talking to customers in line to get there order. I spent several minutes describing my special order to a woman who made it sound possible then personally handed me the mistake. I was given the attitude that I was not supposed to mention their mistake based on very rude body language from both ladies. They may think it's no big deal that they put fudge on top of my ice cream but they aren't the ones who have to tell my my toy poodle she doesn't get her special treat...my husbands sandwich was made with a Patty crusty all the way around and too cold to melt the cheese. They completely forgot my three cookies after I almost ordered a big pack and then changed it to just three cuz I felt bad for them then they stole my money and didn't give me my cookies. If all of that isn't upsetting enough my soda lid is cracked so after craving coca cola all day long I wore a large soda instead. I should have known this would.be my experience. I had to correct my order at the speaker repeatedly because it wasn't getting good typed in close to right. I wanted to call about my cookies but after sassy mcrollhereyes got visibly disgruntled that I would look for my sauces while at her window. Sorry I don't trust that you will remember the sauces this location always forgets; perhaps when you start respecting my order I will respect your window time. read more
