I asked that the steak was medium rare. Door dash gave yiu the option to get extras at cost. I was good with the description as is si no customizations. I received dry past with steak nuggets. No cheese, no shrimp. I contacted them via FB messenger and got an immediate response that they would look into it and someone would contact me in 48 hours. Next day I was contacted requesting my contact information, which I immediately provided. Reached out again in 3 days, then a week. Nothing from them. I didn't need a refund.
