Unfortunately this is the closest McDonalds to me and I hate going there. The few times I do, I anticipate there will be some type of problem or dissatisfaction (going through the drive-thru) . Ex: broken milkshake machine, manager yelling at her employees, looooong wait times, unhappy associates. The food at all locations has gone down hill in my opinion, and the only thing I can count on is the oatmeal, parfait, or sausage egg scrambler. McDonalds could do so much better. They just messed my order up for the third consecutive time in a row! All I order when I come here is two snack wraps, everytime. Very basic order. The first time they gave me three, the second time they only gave me one, after that I told myself I am no longer driving away without checking the bag first. This time they gave me only one at the third window and the chick wouldn't come back to the window so I got back in line and said you forgot my ranch snack warp and only gave me a spicy. After apologizing and giving me my other snack wrap it was a second spicy! So not only on 3 different occasions have they managed to fuck my order up but on this last one they fucked it up twice! This has to be the most incompetent McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Train your people and learn how to do your damn jobs. They make you pull up every single time and wait for 10 to 20 mins for food that they never get correct. So then you gotta walk inside to have it corrected and the manager and staff think it's funny that they did their job wrong. The food during the morning is usually okay but towards the evening gets messed up all the time. Service from the younger employees is usually pretty awful but it's McDonald's what do you expect lmao. Don't DoorDash from there you won't get what you order. This place needs to be condemned. It is horrible! Paid $26.00 to get food for my family. The fish sandwich had mayonnaise on it instead of tarter sauce.. another sandwich had hair on it.. and ordered sandwiches with no pickle and SURPRISE! They all had pickle on them. Called for 2 days to report to a manger as not to drive back and no one would answer the phone. Went back on Sunday morning and the lady who claimed she was the manager did nothing but tell me to call corporate! Save your money and go somewhere else! This place is pathetic! My family and I just went through the drive thru for breakfast and we were shorted two hashbrowns and my husband asked for a large coffee we were given a small full of coffee grinds! Worst McDonald's in the area. Absolutely horrible. It took 3 people to get our order taken overall. The girl on the drivethru speaker somehow deleted half of our items, the guy at the window was SO confused for absolutely no reason. We asked him to read our order to us, he couldn't get the words out. The manager had to come over, take our order, and correct pretty much the entire thing. We got our food, counted our items, and headed home. Got home and started to look at our sandwiches. Mine were supposed to be the two with no egg, extra bacon. For some reason, they had no egg, no extra bacon, and sausage? No where on this reciept does it say "Sausage". I took the sausage off and began eating, only to be met with bagels that were stale and as hard as a rock. I could barely bite into them, so I needed up throwing them out. Ridiculous, incompetent people. I will not be coming back to this location for any reason. The food is not fresh and it is hardly ever right. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I get there at 10:20 AM and ask the gentleman on the register what time lunch is and he says 13:30. At 10:30 the manager tells him she will switch when they are ready. Not one person in drive thru and the manager refused to run to talk to me or acknowledge when I asked the fella at the register to confirm is I can order lunch at 10:35. They were out of the sandwich my son ordered. Wtf? Then we ordered a happy meal and the girl says "I don't know if we have toys. I'm NOT lovin' it! This is the worst McDonald's ever! The food you order is never what you get! The food is usually not right and cold by the time that you get it. It doesn't matter if you walk into the lobby to order food or go thru the drive thru, you are going to sit and wait and wait for your order. Today I ordered 2 McDoubles cheese and ketchup only, 1 fish filet and 1 large order of fries. The McDoubles had cheese, ketchup, pickles, mustard and onions on them! The fish was a mess, the tartar sauce was all over the inside of the box and the outside of the bun and the Large fries was half empty, cold, all stuck together clumped and limp because they were old and not fresh! They managed to get the order right on my receipt and took my $8.46 that I paid them and then I sat in the drive thru line for 31 minutes before I received this order that was all wrong. Its just what you should expect when you go to THAT McDonald's. I did speak to the manager and she proceeded to complain that they only had 3 crew members scheduled so because they were so under staffed she was having to work on the line and help get food out to customers. The thing is the McDoubles and fries was for my 7 year old son who is Autistic and because of that will only eat certain foods and I ended up having to work over today 4 hours so I needed to get my son some food and get him ready for bed because he was really off of his schedule today. Otherwise, I would have went somewhere else! ANY McDonald's is better than THIS McDonald's and I really do not know how this one stays open. I sure wish the powers that be would get us a Wendy's or any other burger place in this town because if they did, it would put that McDonald's out of business.
