Shi used to be a 1 star but lowkey had a chill talk with a chiller girl and took her here on our first date. Got some play in the parking lot after so that's always good. Service was also a tiny bit fast. A guy came in with her shirt off so that was kinda cool. Never seen that. Anyway the food was meh it's just McDonald's anyway yeah fire spot! read more

9/15/26 630pm no running water in bathroom!!! how are employees washing their hands this is so disgusting!!!

The service was honestly horrible. My friend didn't receive the sauce she asked for, and when I tried to get a soda, I was told the soda machine wasn't working even though it clearly was. Instead, I was basically forced to get a milkshake that I didn't want. The staff wasn't very helpful, and the whole experience was frustrating. Lastly there was water everywhere which the staff decided to completely ignore. I hope the service improves because this was definitely disappointing. read more

Nice younger guy @ 1100pm helped me remedy what i thought was an incorrect order, he maybe was even post-shift, it was an amazing job by him to help me remedy the situation, and the staff that he was working with. Kudos to him, and the staff, always have had great relationship with this spot! Thank you again, service is not dead, everyone please make sure you point out great service when it happens. read more

Nice atmosphere, convenient location, fast and friendly service! Open on 4th of July too!

This location could use some improvement. I have been here several times, and as a former Mc Donald's employee have some empathy. However, the service is often slow. More significantly, some employees hurt the experience for the customers and their fellow employees. When one hears a joking but loud, "I am going to beat the s___ out of you !" You see heads turn, and parents with children concerned. Additionally, staff should not assume customers do not speak Spanish. The responses of a number of customers indicated they understood the staff banter that I also understood. That said, other employees were trying hard. A member of staff sweeping & mopping was very polite when I informed him that the only toilet in the Men's Restroom was clogged. Another employee was very polite and responsive when the person before me asked for a straw, and I asked for ketchup. There is room for improvement, and I look forward to posting a more positive review in the future. read more

I am a door dasher.yesterday they had issues with the orders coming through. However. They were able to punch in the orders manually. Today they said the same thing.. they were having problems with the orders coming through. Except the manager all of a sudden says they can't manually do it. Wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting in line and 10$ of my pay to be told I can't deliver to my customer. Door dashers do not get paid by the hour. We get paid per delivery. What I'm not understanding is why she said they wouldn't punch it in manually. Oh yeah. Cuz she was lazy. read more

Every time I go to this McDonalds, the ice cream machine is "broken". It is absolutely ridiculous. After leaving there disappointed, I head to Wendy's to get a frosty... Not once has Wendy's told me their machine was "broken". Also the drive thru after 8PM takes FOREVER. They don't talk to you when you drive up to the menu for at least 5 minutes. There were 9 cars in the drive thru (in one lane because the other was closed). read more

I don't normally give readings for fast foods but when it's outrageous it's something that I have to do. My biggest gripe about what just took place with my order was that I got handed a large drink with about an inch of soda missing from the top. When I asked the The drive-thru worker if he can fill up my cup he went on to give me an explanation about the machine "acting up" and it was because i asked for "less ice". The employee said, "you want me to put more Ice in it?" I said, "no, I want more soda. That's why I said less ice"... He continued to rant how it was the soda machines fault and its acting crazy. :/ read more

My and my co workers needing a well deserved lunch during the Coronavirus Crisis all being Doctors went to this fine establishment for the advertised free lunch for thanking healthcare workers . We went to the drive thru all three of us in one car wanting to save energy and being green . As we pulled up to the drive thru we informed the woman at the window that we were all Hartford Healthcare workers and all had our company identification. She promptly told us that we were not eligible for the free promotion because it was one free meal per car . Thank you for nothing and Thank You for wasting our lunchtime . My dad told the manager there about what been happening and she got mad and flip him off. My dad also told her that the ketchup packets were dirty and the ketchup dispenser was not filled. Sadly, McDonald's has tried to improve their ordering process but it sucks. The new touch screen ordering is great in theory but has horrible execution. To eat in you order your food on this touch screen menu and take a number. They are supposed to bring you your food right to your table. Well my wife and I ordered and waited and waited. Probably over 10 mins, then I finally went up and they forgot to bring us our food. Horrible, thanks Ronald. read more

From the second I walked in I felt completely judged. I was very pleased to buy my double quarter pounder cheeseburger and a 4 piece Mc nugget happy meal. Kicking it with the boys was all fun and games until they called me up and realized I was not a child but a 16 year old young man, I felt completely criticized as my dignity was compromised when I heard a slight snicker from one of the employees. Later on when I received my happy meal I opened it up to realize something important, something that was far more of a priority than food... there was no toy in the happy meal. This immediately bumped my review down from a 3 star to a one star, but luckily when I confronted them even with more discrimination against me they still gave me my toy so I respectively added back one star. Overall this was a 2 star experience read more

In my opinion at this time one star is being very generous. I am a healthcare worker and this afternoon two coworkers and myself decided that we would go to McDonald's for lunch as they were being very generous with their offer for a free meal. The advertisement clearly stated one meal per person per day. We all went in one car to prevent burning more gas and time than we needed. We all were in uniform and had appropriate badges required for the free lunch. We only have 30 min for lunch so one car seemed appropriate. There was a long line but it moved rather quickly. We made sure that when we got to the window we had our order ready to save more time as again we only had 30 min. When we arrived at the window we told the woman there were three of us and we were all healthcare workers. The woman proceeded to tell us that were were not eligible for this free lunch that it was one meal per car. That is definitely not what the advertisement stated and by the time we got us there and her speech on how we could not have the free lunch, well only one of us could have it 20 min had gone by and we needed to head back to work. Needless to say McDonald's not only advertised something falsely but managed to send three healthcare workers back to work with no lunch at all. If that is the kind of thank you that this corporation is giving us healthcare workers then I think they deserve a bad review and do not deserve to be open. Everyone especially healthcare workers need to know how shady and dishonest McDonald's really is even though they falsely advertised a generous offer. Advertise what you really are doing for the healthcare workers and first responders rather than what you really mean. read more

Horrible service here and I'm only giving it one star because I have to! First off let me just say I don't really care for McDonald's as it is but my little meat eating one wanted something so I went. We Went through the drive through of the "FAST FOOD RESTAURANT" and literally ordered 3 things 1.) Sausage egg McMuffin, 2.) One hash brown, 3.) A small coke. Simple enough right? WRONG! So we pay at the first window, roll up to the second window and the lady handed us a coke and then proceeded to tell us to pull up because it will be a second to make the food I guess. {Jeopardy Music Playing} I kid you not we were there parked for over 10 minutes and then what I'm assuming was the manager, came out to give us our food. "Here you go" he says. Not, "I apologize for the wait or here's a little something extra for your wait." Just, "Here you go." Like I was supposed to be excited about that and thank him. So I couldn't wait to get out of there but before I did, I gave the bag to my little one and told her to check it. She checked it and low and behold, it was the wrong order. There was a burger and a chicken sandwich in it. Now I'm pissed, because I can't stand incompetence especially when the manager actually walked it out without comparing receipts, checking it himself or anything.....(maybe he was a new manager) Screw That!!!!! They had one job and one job only, that job was to get us the correct fast food at a fast food restaurant! So now I gotta choke someone (not literally of course). I go around so I'm out of the way of the other customers and park my car to go inside. I was pleasant but annoyed when I went in. I explained to that same manager that the order he gave us was wrong, I showed him the receipt and he acted like I was scamming him or something. So he talks to one of the other incompetent employees and tells them and then comes back to me and says it'll be just a few minutes. Okay so you all know what this means right??? This means that they never even prepared what we ordered in the first place, so they gave us whatever in that first bag hoping we wouldn't check it and just leave and then hoping we didn't have a receipt to prove it and therefore wouldn't come back and just eat what they gave us. Because that's what lazy people do. That is sooooo rude on so many levels and that manager either needs retraining or shouldn't be a manager. So now we've waited another 7 minutes for them to prepare the food we ordered 15 minutes prior. Once it was done, the manager gives it to me sloppily in a bag. At that point Instead of telling him where to stick all the food he just gave me, I said in these exact words, "Jesus, well can we at least get a free apple pie or something for the wait? "We've been waiting for 20 minutes now." He grabbed an apple pie and handed it to me like he had an attitude that I asked him that, when he should've offered a peace offering in the first place himself!!! Why did I even have to ask you that??? Who trained this guy? Ronald McDonald or Grimace? Whoever did, you didn't do a good job at all! What you did do though is remind me why I don't like McDonald's and especially this one location, you also reminded me to never come back to this McDonald's again and then you gave me the opportunity to write this review. Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable experience. Get it together people, I mean look at your ratings so far. Customers will make or break your business so keep treating people the way you are. I've already told 6 people not to go to that McDonald's, in fact I'm trying to convince them to go vegan. Lmao! read more

Food is the same as any other McDonald's. Service is just as Terrible. What makes this McDonald's worse than any other is the double drive-thru. It's a smart concept in theory but it just offers people another opportunity to act like selfish jerks. There is one lane for people entering the drive-thru which breaks into 2 lanes with 2 speakers to order at. What does this mean? While responsible people are waiting in the single lane for their turn to choose which speaker to split off into, the people who feel they are much more important than anyone else go around the initial lane and cut into the second speaker lane. It makes the drive-thru experience shorter for the jerks and longer for the good people who have common courtesy. read more

Friendly service fast service at least today however why does one cream of large iced hazelnut coffee look like they poured the whole bottle of creamer in my coffee. when I asked last week for two cranes I thought they had at the bottle so then today I asked for one cream and I think they added maybe two bottles some people do actually like the taste of coffee they don't need all that much cream 1 cream is just one cream it shouldn't make your coffee look like a bottle of creamer. read more

Wow the guy at the drive thru just wasn't paying attention or something. Had three cars go through the other drive thru before we were helped. Then the employee taking our order had to have me repeat it twice and it was still wrong on the receipt. Would only go back because of the location. read more

For starters the number listed and the number on your receipt 860-346-8751 is to a FAX MACHINE you call and it a long BEEEEEP . McDonald's is up and down over the yrs based on the staff they hire or i should say how the parents of the teenagers they hire raised them . One this is for sure they always manage to leave something out of your order. Esp the Happy Meals and theres nothing worse than getting your kid home and the happy has missing stuff. This happened 8/29/19 and its fresh off them Screwing up the breakfast order I was getting my kids for first day of school . Hence Im writing as I can't call and get thru to complain. Hopefully someone high up looks into it the current staff stinks . I gave the order at the drive thru when i got yo the window the girl asks me "what did i order" so i handed her the actual receipt , guess what she forgot the fries and the drinks . So i tell her what to get and we get that together only to get home and theres no apple slices in my happy meal im sorry two visits in a row of bad service your getting a nasty complaint ..someone needs to do something about it. read more
