This location could use some improvement. I have been here several times, and as a former Mc Donald's employee have some empathy. However, the service is often slow. More significantly, some employees hurt the experience for the customers and their fellow employees. When one hears a joking but loud, "I am going to beat the s___ out of you !" You see heads turn, and parents with children concerned. Additionally, staff should not assume customers do not speak Spanish. The responses of a number of customers indicated they understood the staff banter that I also understood. That said, other employees were trying hard. A member of staff sweeping & mopping was very polite when I informed him that the only toilet in the Men's Restroom was clogged. Another employee was very polite and responsive when the person before me asked for a straw, and I asked for ketchup. There is room for improvement, and I look forward to posting a more positive review in the future. read more

I am a door dasher.yesterday they had issues with the orders coming through. However. They were able to punch in the orders manually. Today they said the same thing.. they were having problems with the orders coming through. Except the manager all of a sudden says they can't manually do it. Wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting in line and 10$ of my pay to be told I can't deliver to my customer. Door dashers do not get paid by the hour. We get paid per delivery. My biggest gripe about what just took place with my order was that I got handed a large drink with about an inch of soda missing from the top. When I asked the The drive-thru worker if he can fill up my cup he went on to give me an explanation about the machine "acting up" and it was because i asked for "less ice". My and my co workers needing a well deserved lunch during the Coronavirus Crisis all being Doctors went to this fine establishment for the advertised free lunch for thanking healthcare workers . We went to the drive thru all three of us in one car wanting to save energy and being green . As we pulled up to the drive thru we informed the woman at the window that we were all Hartford Healthcare workers and all had our company identification. She promptly told us that we were not eligible for the free promotion because it was one free meal per car . Thank you for nothing and Thank You for wasting our lunchtime . Every time I go to this McDonalds, the ice cream machine is "broken". It is absolutely ridiculous. After leaving there disappointed, I head to Wendy's to get a frosty... I just went to McDonald's with my father and we had a very bad experience there. First they forgot my m&m mcflurry. Second they forgot my dad's French fries The person that gave my dad his fries gave him the wrong size. I got my McFlurry too. My dad told the manager there about what been happening and she got mad and flip him off. My dad also told her that the ketchup packets were dirty and the ketchup dispenser was not filled. Sadly, McDonald's has tried to improve their ordering process but it sucks. The new touch screen ordering is great in theory but has horrible execution. From the second I walked in I felt completely judged. I was very pleased to buy my double quarter pounder cheeseburger and a 4 piece Mc nugget happy meal. Kicking it with the boys was all fun and games until they called me up and realized I was not a child but a 16 year old young man, I felt completely criticized as my dignity was compromised when I heard a slight snicker from one of the employees. Later on when I received my happy meal I opened it up to realize something important, something that was far more of a priority than food... there was no toy in the happy meal. In my opinion at this time one star is being very generous. I am a healthcare worker and this afternoon two coworkers and myself decided that we would go to McDonald's for lunch as they were being very generous with their offer for a free meal. The advertisement clearly stated one meal per person per day. We all went in one car to prevent burning more gas and time than we needed. We all were in uniform and had appropriate badges required for the free lunch. We only have 30 min for lunch so one car seemed appropriate. There was a long line but it moved rather quickly. We made sure that when we got to the window we had our order ready to save more time as again we only had 30 min. When we arrived at the window we told the woman there were three of us and we were all healthcare workers. The woman proceeded to tell us that were were not eligible for this free lunch that it was one meal per car. That is definitely not what the advertisement stated and by the time we got us there and her speech on how we could not have the free lunch, well only one of us could have it 20 min had gone by and we needed to head back to work. Needless to say McDonald's not only advertised something falsely but managed to send three healthcare workers back to work with no lunch at all. If that is the kind of thank you that this corporation is giving us healthcare workers then I think they deserve a bad review and do not deserve to be open. Everyone especially healthcare workers need to know how shady and dishonest McDonald's really is even though they falsely advertised a generous offer. Advertise what you really are doing for the healthcare workers and first responders rather than what you really mean. read more

Horrible service here and I'm only giving it one star because I have to! First off let me just say I don't really care for McDonald's as it is but my little meat eating one wanted something so I went. We Went through the drive through of the "FAST FOOD RESTAURANT" and literally ordered 3 things 1.) Sausage egg McMuffin, 2.) One hash brown, 3.) A small coke. Simple enough right? WRONG! So we pay at the first window, roll up to the second window and the lady handed us a coke and then proceeded to tell us to pull up because it will be a second to make the food I guess. {Jeopardy Music Playing} I kid you not we were there parked for over 10 minutes and then what I'm assuming was the manager, came out to give us our food. "Here you go" he says. Not, "I apologize for the wait or here's a little something extra for your wait." Just, "Here you go." Like I was supposed to be excited about that and thank him. So I couldn't wait to get out of there but before I did, I gave the bag to my little one and told her to check it. She checked it and low and behold, it was the wrong order. There was a burger and a chicken sandwich in it. Now I'm pissed, because I can't stand incompetence especially when the manager actually walked it out without comparing receipts, checking it himself or anything.....(maybe he was a new manager) Screw That!!!!! They had one job and one job only, that job was to get us the correct fast food at a fast food restaurant! So now I gotta choke someone (not literally of course). I go around so I'm out of the way of the other customers and park my car to go inside. I was pleasant but annoyed when I went in. I explained to that same manager that the order he gave us was wrong, I showed him the receipt and he acted like I was scamming him or something. So he talks to one of the other incompetent employees and tells them and then comes back to me and says it'll be just a few minutes. Okay so you all know what this means right??? This means that they never even prepared what we ordered in the first place, so they gave us whatever in that first bag hoping we wouldn't check it and just leave and then hoping we didn't have a receipt to prove it and therefore wouldn't come back and just eat what they gave us. Because that's what lazy people do. That is sooooo rude on so many levels and that manager either needs retraining or shouldn't be a manager. So now we've waited another 7 minutes for them to prepare the food we ordered 15 minutes prior. Once it was done, the manager gives it to me sloppily in a bag. At that point Instead of telling him where to stick all the food he just gave me, I said in these exact words, "Jesus, well can we at least get a free apple pie or something for the wait? "We've been waiting for 20 minutes now." He grabbed an apple pie and handed it to me like he had an attitude that I asked him that, when he should've offered a peace offering in the first place himself!!! Why did I even have to ask you that??? Who trained this guy? Ronald McDonald or Grimace? Whoever did, you didn't do a good job at all! What you did do though is remind me why I don't like McDonald's and especially this one location, you also reminded me to never come back to this McDonald's again and then you gave me the opportunity to write this review. Absolutely horrendous and unacceptable experience. Get it together people, I mean look at your ratings so far. Customers will make or break your business so keep treating people the way you are. Food is the same as any other McDonald's. Service is just as Terrible. What makes this McDonald's worse than any other is the double drive-thru. It's a smart concept in theory but it just offers people another opportunity to act like selfish jerks. There is one lane for people entering the drive-thru which breaks into 2 lanes with 2 speakers to order at. What does this mean? While responsible people are waiting in the single lane for their turn to choose which speaker to split off into, the people who feel they are much more important than anyone else go around the initial lane and cut into the second speaker lane. It makes the drive-thru experience shorter for the jerks and longer for the good people who have common courtesy. read more

Then the employee taking our order had to have me repeat it twice and it was still wrong on the receipt.
