Went to McDonalds today and ordered two Big Macs. Checked the order and they were both cheeseburgers with double meat and Big Mac sauce. They repeatedly told me they were Big Macs. In informed two that I knew what a Big Mac was and this was not it, finally one of the employees told me that they didn't have enough bread for middle piece. Asked for money back, they refused. Asked why they couldn't have just been honest when ordering and I would have ordered something else or left. They walked away.Got home, meat just did not taste right, mine ended up in garbage, as did daughters. This restaurant is deteriorating rapidly and they just do not care. Ordered two cheeseburger meal at kiosk. No modifications. It's 8:50PM. Took 14 minutes for the order. The staff is not too friendly. As I ordered at the kiosk, I only have a table tent number to reference. There is no order number. I don't see my order number on the screen and I notice the kiosk is blinking. Thinking that perhaps the order didn't get processed, I try to flag down someone behind the counter. Despite making eye contact, the manager (and everyone really) sees me but keep turning around. Finally I see my table number on a bag and have the opportunity to get my food when she places it in the counter. The dining room isn't filthy, but it isn't clean either. This McDonald's is very conveniently located at the end of Vets near the interstate. The parking lot is easy in and out. I usually use the drive thru so I'll speak to that mode. Today at lunch the line was relatively short and moved very quickly. No issues at the payment window and just a short wait and confirmation of my order at the second window. There was a little traffic jam as I was leaving because someone had pulled up to wait for their order and was blocking the exit. For the most part I was happy with my visit. I find this McDonald's to be one of the better locations. The staff is polite and friendly, and that means a lot when you're talking about most fast food chains. read more

This McDonald's seems to always have litter all over the parking lot, trash cans overfilled and the drive up window is really dirty and disgusting looking. Don't waste your money or 20 minutes (minimum) going here. The food is always cold after waiting 20 minutes and they never know what your order is and have to paw around through all your food to see if the bag they have is what you ordered. They give one napkin, no ketchup, and almost always forget to give straws. The burgers are almost always missing toppings. The phone number doesn't work, or they just know better than to answer. Second time I've ordered a Oreo McFlurry and they just plop Oreos on time. It's never mixed and it's always melted. I don't pay to have Oreo soup, I pay for ice cream that's not melted by the time I get to the pickup window. Lady at the window never gives me napkins either. Have you ever heard of a soup sandwich? Well, if you haven't just picture it in your mind. This McDonald's is directly in my route from home to work in the morning. It is a huge tossup if I go to this one, which is in my route, and I do not have to deviate, or to another location, which may be the same level. I rarely go inside this location. That being said, there is usually only the person who is running the drive thru to do the front counter at 6am most mornings. Its usually the same person for weeks on end, then they will change the schedule, and it will be someone else for weeks on end. The drive thru is a gamble. Sometimes you will be nicely greeted with "Welcome to McDonald's, can I take your order please" while other times, they will yell out "Next window please" barely understandable, and you will either pull forward, or sit at the order box asking them to repeat themselves. Sometimes, while you are placing your order, someone near the order-taker will be moaning in the background (uhhhh-uhhhhhh-uhhhh-uhh-uhhhhhhhh). Your order will be correct 95% of the time. The tea will not be sour about 75% of the time. read more
