I give them two stars as sometimes this is a great location. Think Monday right before noon, fast friendly always spot on. Today as is the norm recently, I pull up, two cars in line and wait...and wait...and wait. More cars pull in, luckily not blocking me, and I leave to see what the hold up on any ordering is. There I see one car! No orders are being taken and I see one car at the window, which I understand staffing issues don't get me wrong, but not even taking an order with ten cars piled up and just one being served is just disgusting. In closing this is either a great location or one of the worst depending on the time of day, day of week, or if the stars have aligned right. My suggestion would be go across the street and get a better burger without the thirty minute wait if you are even patient enough to wait. read more

Lady in front me was in a hurry and jumped in front of me in the drive thru. Of course this messed everything up. She not paying attention and pays for my order cause I was suppose to be next. I see them hand her my food and then she realizes it's the wrong order. Don't waste your time. They're too busy sitting in the trunks of their cars in the parking lot to take your order. No idea what they were doing but working was the last thing on their minds. Drive- through BEWARE ! If the window clerk asks you to pull ahead & park in one of their "reserved" spaces.. DON'T !! Yesterday at 1pm made this mistake after ordering : 2 McRibs, 1 Large Fry & 1 Large Coke.. Waited, waited, waited & watched through my rearview mirror (SIX) vehicles behind me in line pick up their orders and drive off. Got Fed Up waiting & had to go inside to get a refund.... It's McDonald's. The food has never been bad at this location, but the service is never great. Decided to go inside today... wish I had not. Staff was arguing with each other. One cashier for a long line. Manager in a corner yelling at an employee. No ice. No ketchup. Weird plastic table covers. Try this: go through the drive thru and order a burger with no bun. A gluten free friend of mine does this. Every time they either act like the bun is the best part (you don't want the bun?!), or they act like he placed his order in German. What? Can you repeat that? No what? I'm sorry?? WHAAATTTT???? They rarely get it right. So rare that it is actually funny. But...it IS McDonald's. What can you expect. read more

It should not take me 30+ minutes to get a Happy Meal for my toddler when the place is visibly well staffed, but everyone chooses to stand around and chit chat instead. This McDonalds had very nice employees, but i had a special sandwich and they took so long to give it to me that I had eaten my fries and half of my drink before they even remembered that I had a sandwich. The food was......McDonalds(kids love um). The food was good. I learned that If you ask for something on or off of the sandwich that usually comes on it, they have the make it fresh. I got in the drive thru line at 3:47 pm. I was the 3rd car back from the speaker to place my order. At 3:57, only one vehicle had gone up to the window. There were cars behind me now and I could not get out of line. I finally placed my order at 4:04. Then it got really bad! I finally called them and asked for a manager. Mind you, I'm still in line waiting. The girl said she was "a" manager. I asked for her name, she wouldn't give it to me. I let her know I was in line and had been for over 20 minutes. Her response: "we're short staffed". I finally call corporate and I'm talking to the customer service representative when the girl comes to the window. She hands me my bag and said I'll need to wait on my drink. I open the bag and the fries are cold. I asked for hot fries. Long story short, she said I was effing rude. I was on speaker with corporate at the time! I finally got my food at 4:27. 40 minutes later! She opened the window, tossed my fries to me without saying anything. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. I started recording everything after 10 minutes because it was getting rediculous. So to the owner/store manager: I'm sure the news outlets would love to do a story on lack of customer service, with video to prove it. read more
