This was the SECOND McDonald's me & my friends went to today because the FIRST one screwed up our order TWICE, and then that manager threw our food away in front of us and took FIFTEEN MINUTES giving us our money back! So we called corporate and went to THIS location. They ignored us at the drive-through for quite a while and then FINALLY got to us but couldn't get the order right, so we pulled into a parking spot so my friends could go inside to order. We SPECIFICALLY told the cashier that my two Egg McMuffins were to be ONLY egg and cheese with the folded egg instead of the round egg, but she rang it up incorrectly. The manager was standing right there, corrected the order, and, according to one of my friends, bitched out the cashier about it and the apple pies that they didn't have that we wanted. Then he ordered his Quarter Pounder, paid, and left. We got ALL the way home, and I opened my Egg McMuffins and saw that not only did they have the ROUND eggs instead of the folded eggs, as my friend requested, one of them was actually BURNED! I told one of my friends about it, called the store, and was told to bring the food back with the receipt. I told the manager, Angelica that I'd have to wait for my friend to eat his food so it didn't get cold. A few minutes later, he walked in the room and said, "This is the LAST straw!!! LOOK AT THIS!!!" I looked and saw he'd eaten about a fourth of it, and the meat was RAW!!!!!!! He went to go BACK up there, saying he is NEVER eating McDonald's EVER again because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. he goes there, they screw up the order!!! These people want $15 an HOUR?!?! Learn to do simple freaking tasks!!! It's NOT difficult to work in a fast food restaurant. I did it for a couple of years after high school, after having worked in restaurants DURING. I'm FOR having kiosks in fast foods establishments instead of ding-a-ling employees who can't get orders correct! Ridiculously slow. Rude customer service. Literally a dumpster fire that covers as a fast food restaurant. They won't even come defend themselves on their bad reviews because THEY KNOW they're all terrible. What is the hiring staff doing?? What is the criteria?? I only ordered two pies and they were not fresh. This looks like animal hair in my pie. I've worked at McDonald's before and knew the pies was old when I didn't see no cream filing and the expiration sticker was not attached. The lady at the window very old and very rude. read more

Chronically slow, will choose to send multiple cars through one line while 5-6 cars wait in the other. I don't expect 2 minute waits but 15 minutes during a 30 minute lunch just to try and grab a quick bite is excessive. read more

If you want to wait in line 45 minutes each car come here. The drive thru is treated like a sit down restaurant. I waited 15 minutes before they even took my order. It is averaging 15 to 20 minutes a car. 12 people have driven off. This is the 3rd time i have been here this week. First time to be able to place an order. It is faster to drive to the next exit o7 minutes away,order, get my food and drive back, the same people are still in line. This place should be shut down. #neednewmanagement Skip it. This McDonald's is terrible. The restroom is always gross with pee all over the floor. The self service kiosks never work properly. The soda fountain is always out of choices or hasnt been changed. The drive through always gets the order wrong. They renovated the building but instead should have renovated the staff. read more
