Service is bad, ordered by mobile app, paid in store, 25 minutes later no food, no one knows what happen, while waiting on food saw 2 more orders that got messed up. Finally got food, thought hey I might as well get a McFlurry. Ordered and 20 minutes still no McFlurry. Again no one knows who was suppose to may it. Wow. This place is a mess on every level. We were the only ones in there at 2:00 PM, and it took 25 minutes to get mushy, half-cooked fries and cold hamburgers. No lids for medium or large drinks. Dirty tables and seating. We threw our entire meal in the garbage. Avoid this location! read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They had a line wrapped around the building so I went inside. The line was even longer inside. I was thinking oh it's a Sunday that's why they're busy. The closer I got I noticed everyone was working at snail speed. The manager was telling everyone not to take more than 3 orders. The guy flipping bacon was 100 years old. The manager was also extremely rude and wouldn't even let the hash brown girl use the bathroom. They were out of bagels, burritos and hot cakes. Not only did it get worse. Staffing is a struggle and they have had to close the drive thru on multiple times over the last year and a half. While most locations would generally close inside business in that case, I assume being in a truck stop forces them to close drive thru instead (it's not like truckers can just pull around). If this is your only choice, go for it. It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. But if you're in a hurry, I'd consider other options. read more

There is always a wait. The staff often walk out or don't show up. The food takes forever to get and usually the order is wrong on simple off the menu. Mega buses usually stop here and the waiting just gets worse. I keep going thinking it will be better. Nope. I hate being negative on the beginning but the only positive of this place was that my food was warm. My frappe was sitting on the counter and I thought it was someone else's, because they made it 15 minutes before my food was ready. I asked for a new one to be made, the lady started making it and a customer started asking for her money back. She went to the customer and began taking care of her, while asking the young worker "James, why is their McFlurry just sitting here." She forgot all about my drink. I used a free coupon so I just left without the drink. This store needs better management and staffing. The service is very poor. read more

One of the worst McDonald's ever. We stopped here on a road trip to get gas and a "quick" lunch and ended up spending an hour and we got our food to go. The gas pump at the loves gas station wasn't taking credit cards and the line at the McDonald's was ridiculous. Their website says that they are 24 seven, but that is not the case. I pull up to the window after waiting for a few minutes at the screen, the workers look at me and walk off. I figured maybe that worker was just in the middle of something so I waited there a couple more minutes. Then she walks back by looks at me and keeps going. I honk my horn and they open the window and say that they are not open I relay to them that their website says that they are 24 seven, and she rudely says we haven't been 24 seven since Covid. My problem is is that the other worker made me wait five minutes and ignored me instead of coming to the window and politely telling me that they were not open. read more

The worst one I've been to in awhile. Ordered a double cheeseburger and an apple pie. How could they mess that up? They gave me a double cheeseburger that looked like it had been sitting there for hours an didn't have any let hip, mustard, or onions. I had them make me another and the guy making it in the back gave me a dirty look and shook his head. After eating the remade cheeseburger I look at the apple pie box and it said enjoy by 2:53pm. Heading to Indy this morning (6:30am) from Louisville and I needed some breakfast. I stopped at the Love's truck stop off the Memphis exit on I 65. The truck stop has a McDonalds and a Subway. When I pulled up to the McDonalds drive through there was a sign noting "out of coffee". Then it dawned on me, last time I stopped here for lunch I went to Subway and they were out of bread... Odd, disappointing and I reco u pass by Loves and go to the next exit (Scottsburg). BTW - the Arby's on the other side of the interstate does a good job and you don't have to dodge the semi's. read more

Gross food,weird smelling and dirty dinning room. My sausage burrito and my husbands double cheeseburger had this really odd sweet flavor. His mcchicken literally had 2 Lil pieces of shredded lettuce placed on it. The fries were dark brown and hard. I didn't expect much because it is after all McDonald's but this was horrible food. Then as we are sitting there eating a worker was going around spraying and wiping the table tops. When he got to the table right beside ours (we were in the bench/table seating) we asked him not to spray that table in our direction. He did it anyways and said he had no choice. Unfortunately there are very limited options in this area so when we have to take the kids out there with family we end up stopping here. The food is consistently wrong, cold and takes forever to arrive. This becomes more of a dine-in experience when it comes to the amount of time you need to get food.
