Expensive, overpriced McDonald's establishment but when you're hungry and the food at the gas station is too expensive, you just give and just cough up a little bit more money.... The staff here is way too open about their personal here, I heard the employee telling the customer on how her sister used to be stripper. The establishment also isn't well kept, neither is the kitchen in my peripheral vision. Wouldn't want to come back here read more

Me and my parents went there and we had a horrible experience so I looked at the reviews and it adds up, we stopped here for lunch and my dad ordered a bacon McDouble and they didnt put bacon on it, simple fix right? WRONG, my dad took it up and was nice and the workers in the back swore they put bacon on it and the manager instead of saying it didn't matter she said, nuh uh and then maybe they took the bacon off and ate it so they would get a new sandwich, which is probably the dumbest fucking thing I've heard all day just remake the damn sandwich? So my dad complained , and the only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because I can't give them a zero also the inside was clean and had good music but the ambiance means nothing when your service is horseshit, oh and by the way we were done eating by the time he got his 2nd sandwich and people go they're food before he got his again and the manager made him check for bacon read more

Worst McDonalds ever. Every time we go, we have to go back because they didn't get the right things. The staff always look like they don't want to be there. Terrible. read more

How is it possible to order 2 items, neither food, 1 shake and 1 toy, and they STILL MESS IT UP?! 1...2... it WAS 2 THINGS!

Waited 15 mins for a Mc Chicken then got the wrong food n waited 10 more.. they have like 8 ppl working today ....

It was one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. My food tasted old, they got my order wrong, and it was an unprofessional, chaotic environment. Save your money. read more

The chicken nuggets tasted like 9 year dog ashes in a old vase, the fries tasted like ocean salt water please shut this business down, I now have the chicken pox from drinking the Pepsi, I am hospitalized in the Memphis hospital care. read more

Atrocious service, my order was not correct, and the bigger lady working the register had an AirPod in so I had to repeat myself multiple times. Probably the worst service and food I have ever received. read more

Service is bad, ordered by mobile app, paid in store, 25 minutes later no food, no one knows what happen, while waiting on food saw 2 more orders that got messed up. Finally got food, thought hey I might as well get a McFlurry. Ordered and 20 minutes still no McFlurry. Again no one knows who was suppose to may it. Restaurant was also very dirty tables and floor was being inspected by heath department, if they passed than something is going on. read more

The food was great, fries were hot and salty, service was great, my order came quickly and accurately.

Had a rather large order. Was 100% correct. And it was fresh and hot! And the staff working tonight were pleasant and had manners (yes ma'am, no ma'am) read more

Food cold and French Fries are soaks gyyy. Needs to fire management for not proper cook food and customerz.

The lowest star is only one, wish I could go lower. This location, let me just say it, sucks! I live close, they are close and I have limited chooses. After many, many times of missing food orders wrong. Now this is drive thru. This was my latest experience. See photo's. How does this happen? Will never visit this location again! No one should ever visit this location! read more

Wow. This place is a mess on every level. We were the only ones in there at 2:00 PM, and it took 25 minutes to get mushy, half-cooked fries and cold hamburgers. No lids for medium or large drinks. Dirty tables and seating. We threw our entire meal in the garbage. Avoid this location! read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They had a line wrapped around the building so I went inside. The line was even longer inside. I was thinking oh it's a Sunday that's why they're busy. The closer I got I noticed everyone was working at snail speed. The manager was telling everyone not to take more than 3 orders. The guy flipping bacon was 100 years old. The manager was also extremely rude and wouldn't even let the hash brown girl use the bathroom. They were out of bagels, burritos and hot cakes. Not only did it get worse. I ordered hot cakes and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit easy right? The hot cakes came out ice cold and the biscuit didn't have egg! Who thought sending a cheese bacon biscuit out was ok. STAY SO FAR AWAY read more

Staffing is a struggle and they have had to close the drive thru on multiple times over the last year and a half. While most locations would generally close inside business in that case, I assume being in a truck stop forces them to close drive thru instead (it's not like truckers can just pull around). If this is your only choice, go for it. It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. But if you're in a hurry, I'd consider other options. read more

I'd give 0 stars but it doesn't allow it. They never have any sauces especially bbq sauce and their machines are always down. No ice cream no frap. It's just annoying read more

There is always a wait. The staff often walk out or don't show up. The food takes forever to get and usually the order is wrong on simple off the menu. Mega buses usually stop here and the waiting just gets worse. I keep going thinking it will be better. Nope. But good news they have a redbox inside that is usually stocked with good movies but you can't return a movie with out renting one. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! I can't believe they Can ruin a Fish sandwich!! OMG..cold fries.. The bun was stale..Do not eat here..go to Subway nxt door...I'm not a fan of fast food, But I was exhausted after driving 7hrs... So I broke down and forced myself to eat At this McDonald's..Oh God awful... read more

I hate being negative on the beginning but the only positive of this place was that my food was warm. My frappe was sitting on the counter and I thought it was someone else's, because they made it 15 minutes before my food was ready. I asked for a new one to be made, the lady started making it and a customer started asking for her money back. She went to the customer and began taking care of her, while asking the young worker "James, why is their McFlurry just sitting here." She forgot all about my drink. I used a free coupon so I just left without the drink. This store needs better management and staffing. The service is very poor. read more

One of the worst McDonald's ever. We stopped here on a road trip to get gas and a "quick" lunch and ended up spending an hour and we got our food to go. The gas pump at the loves gas station wasn't taking credit cards and the line at the McDonald's was ridiculous. Not only that but the fries were cold and not tasty and the whole place just felt dirty. read more

Their website says that they are 24 seven, but that is not the case. I pull up to the window after waiting for a few minutes at the screen, the workers look at me and walk off. I figured maybe that worker was just in the middle of something so I waited there a couple more minutes. Then she walks back by looks at me and keeps going. I honk my horn and they open the window and say that they are not open I relay to them that their website says that they are 24 seven, and she rudely says we haven't been 24 seven since Covid. My problem is is that the other worker made me wait five minutes and ignored me instead of coming to the window and politely telling me that they were not open. read more

Very bad restaurant!! Does not allow anything but drive through and will not service semi drivers. Will not accept codes off of their apps. Food is cold and poor tasting. Please please do not go to this location. They should not be in business!! read more

Heading to Indy this morning (6:30am) from Louisville and I needed some breakfast. I stopped at the Love's truck stop off the Memphis exit on I 65. The truck stop has a McDonalds and a Subway. When I pulled up to the McDonalds drive through there was a sign noting "out of coffee". Then it dawned on me, last time I stopped here for lunch I went to Subway and they were out of bread... Odd, disappointing and I reco u pass by Loves and go to the next exit (Scottsburg). BTW - the Arby's on the other side of the interstate does a good job and you don't have to dodge the semi's. read more

I am really surprised by the bad reviews of this location. Maybe I just came on a perfect day, but my order was ready before I was even finished filling up my drink. Everything was hot and fresh. As we were eating, I noticed a HUGE line forming where a bunch of bus passengers were stopping to eat. They managed to get them all through within about 10 minutes. read more

The worst one I've been to in awhile. Ordered a double cheeseburger and an apple pie. How could they mess that up? They gave me a double cheeseburger that looked like it had been sitting there for hours an didn't have any let hip, mustard, or onions. I had them make me another and the guy making it in the back gave me a dirty look and shook his head. After eating the remade cheeseburger I look at the apple pie box and it said enjoy by 2:53pm. It was currently 8:20pm. And this is why McDonald's is usually a last resort for me. read more

Gross food, weird smelling and dirty dinning room. My sausage burrito and my husbands double cheeseburger had this really odd sweet flavor. His mcchicken literally had 2 Lil pieces of shredded lettuce placed on it. The fries were dark brown and hard. I didn't expect much because it is after all McDonald's but this was horrible food. Then as we are sitting there eating a worker was going around spraying and wiping the table tops. When he got to the table right beside ours (we were in the bench/table seating) we asked him not to spray that table in our direction. He did it anyways and said he had no choice. Will never come back to this truck stop again. read more

every time we have stopped here, the food has been absolutely disgusting. i know it's mcdonald's, and really how picky can you be... but it's just that bad. our order is always messed up & the workers are clueless and rude. read more

This may be by far the worst ran McDonalds I have ever been too. Unfortunately there are very limited options in this area so when we have to take the kids out there with family we end up stopping here. The food is consistently wrong, cold and takes forever to arrive. This becomes more of a dine-in experience when it comes to the amount of time you need to get food. Never had any luck with the staff either. I cannot find the appropriate adjectives in the English language to truly tell you why you should avoid this specific McDonalds. read more
