This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The floor was so sticky my sandal stuck to it and my foot came out of the shoe. The entrance and play area smells like urine and sewage. The food is hardly tolerable, my child's nuggets were obviously pass the expiration time and when I asked for my cup from the manager he seemed like he doesn't even want to be doing this job. read more

Went in there last night 30 mins to close and was given my food 2 mins to close and was told I needed to leave immediately I said ok have a goodnight and the manager Ozzie told us not to come into the establishment 30 mins to close ever again, manager Ozzie was rude and should be fired. read more

Everything was going great. There was one person in front of me. They asked them to pull forward. They said it would be a moment. I said I don't mind waiting at the window.(don't like getting stuck between the first person who is waiting and the drive up window. There is no room to get out then). Young man said fine and suddenly I heard this short, redheaded gentleman with a beard and mustache going off on me waiting there!! he almost shot my bag at me and almost broke the window, slamming it in my face.. true quality, employees who care NOTTT I understand when they're busy occasionally tempers Flair, but no nobody was in the restaurant and one person was in front of me!! read more

Like I try to avoid this place on my way to MN but there are those times when u have to stop and get gas. I grab something small. Like a sausage McMuffin. I pay for my gas. I go to the bathroom. Then I Stand and wait. And I wait. And I wait. Don't get me wrong, food is always hot. They do an ok job. Just a slow joint when u are in a hurry. And they have ALWAYS been slow. Like order and wait a good 15. When I have my English Bulldog Ethel Mae with me... she don't like sitting in the car alone that long. When she ain't happy. I ain't happy. She just wants her vanilla ice cream cone! Been stopping at this place since I move to Green Bay WI in 200: and it is slow. If u Are good with slow- have at it. If u are in a hurry there is other is other options. Until the next Yelp, Yelp-Steve-O, out! read more

McDonald's - Ethel Mae... the queen of all English Bulldogs. Loyal to one human: Yelp-Steve-O - Burgers Near Me - Medford, Wisconsin

The First Lady was really sweet and nice to us. When we go to the second window the teenager handing us our shake didn't have the top on all the way and it spilt all over the car. read more

I am not going to rate this McDonalds on the health of their food, because I'm sure most of us know it's just not that good for you. However, as far as service goes, I have been going to this particular McDonald's for many, many years, and I have never had an issue. My order is always correct, and it is made quickly. I'd say my only beef would be some of the younger kids aren't the friendliest at the counter and drive-thru, but it seems that many teens just aren't that good with customer service these days. read more

The last 3 times I have come here, I've had to pull ahead. Then 5 to 6 cars go past me. I don't order anything off the wall or special. The drive through staff isn't friendly at all. read more

They people working were doing nothing. There was no one at the front register to take orders and out basketball team went in to eat. After waiting 15 minutes. We left. Complete garbage. read more

The drive thru is getting worse. Ever since the remodel, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Past couple of times they didn't get my order right. Very frustrated with this store now. read more

The McDonalds in Medford, WI is the worst I ever been to. Walk in the afternoon of July 6th. All the tables are dirty. One worker, I believe her name is Deb. Makes comment " I am trying to clean them". I observed her cleaning with one towel, no cleaning solution applied to the table and goes to table to table with the same towel. Gross..Can you imagine the transfer of germs. Next she is emptying the garbage, make a big bang sound and make another stupid comment" Why is everyone looking at me? Ha, Ha. I could have walked up to her and slapped her. While this is going on I am standing in line waiting to order a hot fudge sundae. One girl working the front counter. I just walked out. Manager can easily check out the McD worker getting down with her shift to pay for her bag of food but could not help the girl in the front take orders. This is not the first time I had experience rotten customer service. The McDonalds in Abbottsford, WI top notch customer service. Minimal wait time, tables clean, etc. Morning drive thru terrible. There is a Ann that works drive thru. Very rude. Watch out for her. read more

Unfortunately I have to leave some stardom on there when I'd only like to leave none. They don't deserve it. The mgrs are dire senseless idiots. Went there to get the free wrap they owed my husband for making him the wrong one and they refused to honor it because I called in on his behalf and their line workers naturally said they made the food properly so they assumed we were lying just to get free food. In the meantime we have to wait ten minutes for the mgr to get off the personal phone call she Watson before the girl could finish taking out order. On t of everything when our food came out, the mgr expected us to open everything up in front of her and make sure their employees made our food right. And then to add insult to injury she to.d us we would then have to sign the receipt stating our food was prepared the way we ordered it so we couldn't go home and call in to get free food by saying it was incorrect. I should have just told her to shove the food and give us our money back instead of getting food there. Never in my life have I ever been treated like a second a class citizen in a business where they are supposed to take care of the customer. The main office will be receiving a phone call from me regarding the way we were treated, we will boycott this particular location and make sure everyone knows exactly how they treat customers. read more
