The handicap stall was out of order, there was no toilet paper, the water wouldn't work in either sink, they at least had paper towels sitting out on the sink to wipe the soap off our hands with. Husband went through the drive thru and 3 cars went through the first lane, still no one took his order so he went over to that other lane and finally got someone. He just got a coke and it's wrong. Just wrong all around - tastes like nothing. Terrible experience. I know it's "just" McDonald's, I've grown to expect the poor quality and service, but I'll never accept it. This is quite possibly the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The place runs extremely slow, and it takes quite a while to get your order. Some of the staff are very pleasant, but there are others that are very unhappy and you can tell. I've been here exactly 3 times and every time I have had to repeat my order at least twice, even if it just 2 drinks. The last time I was there, 1 week ago, I ordered a Dr. Pepper, water and a yogurt parfait. I had to repeat my order twice. Once I got to the window they handed it to me and said "here is your coke". I immediately said this should be Dr. Pepper as I don't really like coke. The lady said, oh yeah, that's Dr. Pepper. It was not....it was coke. 3rd time is a charm, I will never go back to this one again. read more

I should have known I was in for a treat when I pulled to the drive thru menu board, and after the generic, pre-recorded "Welcome to McDonald's would you like to try..." the girl quickly butted in with a less than enthusiastic "were only accepting cash right now, is that ok?" And we're off to a great start. As it turned out, I did have cash, so that wouldn't be a problem. However, I was curious as to why the credit card machine was down, and she said they always are on Sundays at midnight. Not realizing it was that late, I glanced at my watch and it was exactly 12:01am. (This will matter in a moment). I'd have to imagine that if they really need to reconcile their credit card machine, it could be done at a less busy time, maybe 3:30am? Just a suggestion since there was me, and an additional five cars behind me, and two that drove off because i assume they probably didn't have cash. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Anyways, I pull up to the window. The girl is standing back a few feet, writing on a clipboard and also entering something into the POS. After about two minutes she finally comes to the window and asks "did you order blah blah blah?" I answer that I had. I also asked for an extra sauce, to which she answered it would be another 50¢. Another minute and a half passes and she comes back and gives me a total. It's about $2 more than it should be, but at this point, i don't care. I just want to end this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately for me, that wasn't going to be the case. At 12:12am, she finally comes back to the window and hands me the bag. So I've now been sitting here for 11 minutes. By this point, there are at least four cars behind me. She just hands it off and goes to close the window. I remind her that I didn't get my drink. She looks less than pleased. I can see her enter the drink into the machine. At McDonalds they have the auto machine that fills the cup with ice and soda. She walks away and goes back to her paperwork. After about a minute, I kind of do the "what the hell" gesture with my hands, which catches the eye of another gentleman inside. He looks disgusted with the woman, and grabs my drink and quickly hands it off to me. "I'm sorry, she's not communicating with us at all". Yeah. No kidding. As I pull around the building, i see a line of five cars has formed in the drive thru behind me. I can only imagine how long it's gonna be for that last person in line. Then, there's the food. If nothing else, at least I'm excited that since it took over ten minutes, that means they must have made my food to order. Wrong. I pull a fry out of the top of the bag. It was lukewarm at best. When I bit into it, immediately i got taken to a place where I remember when some dude once kept some McD's fries and a burger out for like two years, and they never spoiled. Yeah, it was like that. Dry. Cold. Chewy. Ok, so it wasn't the fries we were waiting on, that's for sure. Good, that means my chicken McNuggets were gonna be piping hot! Wrong again. These were apparently sitting in the same place as those god awful fries. Equally as cold, dry and chewy. I tried covering them with the honey i asked and paid extra for. Of course I get to the bottom of the bag, and it's honey MUSTARD. Clearly, I'm not shocked. Look, I know this is McDonalds. A Michelin starred restaurant they are not. However, this was about as shitty an overall experience as I've had at a drive thru in a very, very long time. I can only assume this is God's way of politely telling me I shouldn't be at McDonald's after midnight. Message received, loud and clear. read more

My food wasn't bad, it was made incorrectly . My issue is that my order was incorrect . I brought it to the attention to the people at the front window when I received my receipt and the boy taking orders came over and nicely apologized and said it was only his second day ( so sweet of him) the manager or whoever was is charge began yelling " that's a fu*k up, I am writing you up" joking or not give the kid a break . Morning headed out for vacation stopped to get some coffees and breakfast. Not only did the workers not have masks in (one was pulled down and the one that was helping us had no mask on at all). Workers weren't wearing gloves and making our coffee. Something was going on with the machine and he had to move the cups from up under the dispenser. He picked up our cups by using his fingers on the rim of the cups. I asked him to get new cups and told him that he can't be doing that and he wanted to disagree that it had happened. Why does the owner let these things keep happening? The ice cream machine has mold. The sausage mcmuffins are on untoasted muffins for months (Gross). When you ask for a hot, and fresh filet, they put an old one back into the fryer and recook if. Now it's almost burnt, dark outside, greasy. I'm a DoorDash driver; had an order for this place. Pulled up before 1130pm; checked and made sure store was open. All hours posted anywhere; online or at the store anywhere I could find state close was 12 midnight. So then why did I have to call the store from the drive through line just to be told that they've been closing at 11? And told that their hours showing 11pm closure are posted. Well, I didn't find that anywhere. 12 midnight listed. Not 11pm. So then when DoorDash has me take a picture of the listed hours so they can update for their customers and avoid having to cancel an order in the future like I had to tonight, the manager came to the window and asked me what I needed. I explained since they were closed before the hours state, I'm required to take a picture of the listed hours for DoorDash. He repeated "what do you need" and I said, "well, my order would be nice." To which he laughed. If your hours posted EVERYWHERE state midnight, and you claim 11 is the norm now and has been, but nowhere lists 11? hope you guys find new employment. read more

This is the worst place to go the workers are rude the manager is just rude they do not pay attention to the lobby were you have to place orders. They spent all that money to remodel the store. Not a huge fan of McD's anymore, but every once in awhile I'm craving a Big Mac or breakfast sandwich. When I'm heading inside, I've had customers and even employees come and open the door for me since I'm in a wheelchair and employees will even offer to bring me my tray and get my drink. I go to this Mcdonalds Rarely because i always get terrible service and my food is always messed up... well finally i decided to call and tell them they messed my order up not just 1 order but the entire order.. forgot to add lettuce and mac sauce to my sandwich and also gave 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6 didnt give the gogurt either in the meal.. usually i just deal with it and move on but this has happened more than a handful of times.. so when i called the manager told me that she would put my name in the book and credit me for my food. Well today I go back try to get the credit giving this Mcdonalds one last chance! And they tell me they have no recollection of this incident (i know i spoke to the same manager on the phone as i did today) and she has no idea so they tell me they are unable to give me the credit. So i then ask for corporates number and the manager Jessica gives me an invalid phone number. This is beyond ridiculous and its not about the 15 measley dollars i spent at there restaurant its about the way the treat people and the blatant lies they tell their customers.
