I put them in the pocket of the car and didn't think it would be an issue, I'd just run in after work. They said it happened because I left them in the car. They were burned and hard as a rock, unfit to eat, it was so obvious it was their issue. Further more they said they couldn't do anything about it come back in the morning. I Live the next city over. I don't work tomorrow, I'm not making a special trip to rehash this issue with a manager. The person behind the counter said "well it is 2025" What's even mean?? Issues: Lack of having someone in charge to make even little decisions right. 2 hash browns, really? The cost is one thing, BUT mainly it's the principal! NO respect or value for YOUR customers. Finally made it there the other day in the merry merry month of May. I had a cup of black coffee and my son had strawberry soft-serve. The seating is cozy with checkers on each table and a fire pit to keep everyone warm on chilly days. There is also a drive-through, but the space is somewhat small and there were already a few cars ahead of me, so we thought it would be easier just to get out and walk up to the window. It is a small space and only has outside seating, but it is well worth a stop for a cup of coffee or some ice cream. It is on a very busy road, so I hope they get a lot of traffic there this summer. My only concern was that my small son has a hard time sitting still, so I didn't want him getting up and running into the road. (He listened, though, when I told him to stay put.) Bravo, you guys! I should've asked but engaging with the staff didn't seem like an option. The person who tossed the sandwich down onto the table said "mmhmm" after I thanked them. The latte was hot but didn't have much espresso flavor. The sandwich was mmhmm. This store has 3 diesel lanes over on one side for big rigs and such, gasoline lanes are out front. I took the opportunity to visit their restroom and found it to be clean as a whistle. The night time employees were younger and didn't provide much help in guiding me to available truck parking in the area, but the day shift folks were on the ball the next morning. All in all, not a bad fueling station.
