The bread is also baked fresh daily. You can add any toppings to your sandwich. I'll admit, I was disappointed in the cheese curds. The "basket" was really just a bowl with about a dozen little nuggets. They were fine, but nothing to write home about. Many diners were eating the hot open face roast beef sandwich.
