The customer service was fantastic and food was hot and ready fast! Cashier was very helpful and patient while my son ordered.

Kinda in a hurry so we stopped at McDonalds. 3 burgers on the drive thru order. asked to pull up to Mobile spot. waited 15 minutes. Went inside and they had not started the order yet. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I almost never leave negative reviews because I know people have bad days, and I usually go out of my way to leave positive reviews when they're deserved. Unfortunately, this experience was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared. The food looked like it had been assembled during an earthquake. There was ketchup smeared all over the wrapper, and the chicken nuggets were so overcooked I thought I was about to lace them up and use them in a hockey game. They were dry, hard, and barely edible. I also had to repeatedly ask for my dipping sauces. I only wanted two sauces with my 10-piece nugget meal, but you'd have thought I was asking for the secret recipe. First, I had to tell them what car I was in. Then I had to tell them how many nuggets I ordered. At that point, I felt like I was being interrogated over two dipping sauces. Instead of simply handing them to me, I ended up having to park my car and go inside just to get them. By then, the whole ordeal took longer than eating the meal. Honestly... it's McDonald's. How do you mess up one of the simplest menus in America? The food was disappointing, but what really earned this review was the customer service. The young man with the blond hair that was half tied up acted like I was interrupting the biggest day of his life just by asking for the sauces that should have come with my meal. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just what I had already paid for. A smile would have been nice, but I would've settled for not feeling like I was a burden. I understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for serving food that looks thrown together, getting a basic order wrong, and treating customers like they're an inconvenience. Slowest drive through in Texas. Avoid at all costs or wait 20-30 minutes. if I could give zero stsrs, I would.

Misleading pricing going on- check your receipt if they'll give you one! On occasion I'll drive through and get the same items as a treat- a large unsweetened tea and 3 chocolate chip cookies. It's $3.88. Has been for the past few months. A few minutes ago I did the same. Waited in the drive thru. Placed my order. $3.88 first window. I get to the window and the checker acts like he's never heard my order- even though I just heard his voice and saw the screen and total. Now he says the price is $4.62. When I inform him it was $3.88 he hums and haws. Asks me if I have a code. I tell him that's been the price and I've never needed a code to order cookies and an iced tea. I ask for a receipt and he says he has to wait for his manager for some tape. So the plan was to delete the order, charge more, and take the difference I guess. I wait and wait and wait and do exactly what he wants and eventually drive off with nothing. Yes my card was charged $4.62. But glad I wasted $4 on this place and won't be back versus more. I would like to day that if a person says the word ONLY they would expect ONLY that. I do not normally like to say stuff like this because it could just be a bad day and stuff. But has happend multiple times. They get it right in the receipt but when you get the food it is almost nothing to what you had said. We had also received old chicken nuggets, they were one of the stalest things I have ever eaten. They should've just thrown them away then give them out to customers. read more

How do you get my order wrong 3 times. First time they got it wrong I was missing a Sausage Egg McMuffin, cream and sugar, and 2 apple pies. The second time they got it wrong was when I told her about it and they only gave me the Muffin. And the third time they only gave me 1 apple pie. I do a great deal of traveling and I must say this is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited, and it is all due to attitude of the staff. Not all of the staff is bad, but the two young women that work in the mornings should not be dealing with the public. They never say "please" or "thank you", or address you in a pleasant manner. The food was alright and the space was clean. There was a bunch of foul language but the place was empty, so it wasn't awful. I asked for hot tea - you know, hot water and a tea bag - and they didn't know what that was. Overall it was just an experience. Not bad but not outstanding. Been here many times because this is one of the closest cheep restaurants near me. And this is by far the slowest McDonald's drive thru that I've ever been to. Not to mention the slow service on the inside as well. Not sure of what's going on with management, but most of the time the employees look so stressed out and are very unfriendly. Every once in a while there is a good employee working giving good service, but they're still sooooo slow.
