Another update. I just went through and ordered a filet of fish. I drove over to the lake to eat it. It was as hard as a rock! It mudt have been under heat lamps for hours!! Plus the place is always trashy as hell. They have 2 drive up lanes. The speaker in one lane got smashed ( it happens) so they closed it off with caution tape, and has remained that way for many, many months. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered two Big Macs and after taking a few bites noticed that both had spots of blue mold on the buns. We called the store to get a refund and let them know they're giving out moldy buns to people, but their phone was disconnected... Ended up calling corporate for a refund. Will never eat McDonald's again. UPDATE 8/31 : Still haven't received a refund or the follow up call we were told we would get. So glad that they're taking their moldy food seriously. this mcdonald's is possibly the worst mcdonald s i have ever been to. it consistently forgets items in the order. i had stopped going here due to constant errors. i have always loved mcdonald's but would prefer to pay money to culver's who gives me what i pay for. after the last two orders i made at this mcdonald s were missing items, i will never return. in addition to not receiving what i pay for, the items i do receive are prepared very sloppily. most of the times the sandwiches actually need to be assembled due to the fact that ingredients are simply thrown in the box. if i could, i would give this store zero stars or even negative stars. read more

Tried very hard to cut them some slack. Today had to order 4 times at the drive up because they kept putting in the wrong items and when correcting deleted the entire order. I didn't have any issues with the food, but the level of unprofessionalism from one of the staff drove me up the wall! This girl in a pink sweater out uniform was just sitting in the middle of the kitchen doing nothing but playing with her phone and being loud and obnoxious the entire time. She was swearing and even got into an argument with another coworker about her phone. Eventually, when my order came, I decided to eat outside and wait for my Lyft because of how irritating she was. This is the absolute WORST McDonald's in Wisconsin, maybe in the nation. Go to the NextDoor App and read the reviews and blogs. Extremely poor service, poor food, managers who openly verbally abuse employees, employees who verbally abuse customers, a manager who kept and used a customers business debit card for personal gain (felony), gang issues...on and on and on. I ordered uber eats and the order was cancelled when the driver arrived at the restaurant. I was confused but still hungry, so I drove there myself. I was honking my horn at this 24/7 mcdonalds. AND GET THIS. The worker's cars were in the parking lot. They STAND in the kitchen with the doors locked, and act like they aren't even open. They've kept the drive through line moving, order accuracy has been there, and best of all my last two trips the staff has been pleasant. I don't write reviews but this deserved to be adressed. After a long day and needing a quick bite I was served as you can clearly see a raw beef patty. Took it back and asked the manager for a refund which after about 5 mintues of going back and forth he agreed to give it to me. Even when presented with the raw burger/reciept he still tried to argue the point that it was not their fault and they would gladly give me another meal. I sure did want to keep eating their raw burgers after the first one, he must be delusional. I will be contacting the Wisconsin health department and I encourage others to as well. Literally 75% of the time the food in the bag isn't the food I ordered. It's become a running joke. No clue why I continue to go back except for the fact it's about 4 minutes away from my house. Not a fan of this type of food usually, but a roommate asked me to pick up some spicy bbq chicken tenders on my way home and sometimes you're just hungry. I went to the drive thru and waited at the order speaker for several minutes. Finally I went inside, and had to wait even longer because they decided it was time to prioritize the drive thru over the customers inside the reataurant. When I finally got someone to take my order they were spacey. I don't mean distracted, but as if they'd smoked their entire supply of weed and downed several doses of LSD before coming to work. I barely got my order through and recieved my number. Sat down for a while waiting to be called. Eventually the manager realized I'd been forgotten about and she pushed to get my order ready. As for the food, in addition to my roommate's chicken tenders I ordered myself a bbq chicken sandwich. The tenders looked like they'd been shat out by a dog -- but it's fast food, it doesnt have to look pretty. The sandwich, however, might as well been a build-your-own box. Toppings were everywherr except on the sandwich, the bottom of the bun was smothered with barbeque sauce instead of having any on the meat, the chicken breast was half off the bread (pretty sure it only made it that far on because the box wasn't big enough for it to be anywhere else), and the top of the bun was smooshed to the top of the box. I've heard this was the worst McDonald's in the city, but holy hell. I was not expecting this. If this level of competence is standard, then I understand why corporate is switching over to kiosks for orders. Those were broken as well, by the way. 0/5, do not recommend. read more

Worst service of any McDonalds we have ever been to. Were handed our order without a word then we checked our order as always before pulling away from drive thru to find a wrong meal. When I asked about it the response was "that's what was rung up." Looking at the register receipt the correct order was "rung up" and I showed it to the employee, she glared at me and grabbed the happy meal without discussion came back and brusquely handed me another happy meal without a word. I made eye contact and thanked her with a smile. Her response was a glare and "yeah, sure." I had asked for extra ketchup. Got home to find exactly one ketchup in the bag. Slow service all the time. They could never get my Latte right. I don't know if the staffs are even being trained how to handle drink machines. They let group of little kids unsupervised inside, being so loud, one of the girl who may look younger than 12 had baby holding. Smh. I wouldn't have bother if they weren't so loud and screaming. Whatever happened to good customer service? No hello, no thank you, no pleasantries whatsoever. The time from order to receiving the food was about eight minutes enough for us to go and order the same thing and be back to the car with time to spare. Granted, I understand Dining at a fast food establishment can be hit and miss but this McDonald's leaves a lot to be desired. Zero stars would be more appropriate. I have had many a terrible experience at this McDonald's but last night was by far the worst. I by no means expect 5 star service from a fast food restaurant but this particular location sets the bar lower and lower each time I go. This is a 24 hour McDonald's so coming at 10PM should be no issue. After waiting for the two cars in front of me (about 20 min) I ordered a McNuggets meal and a happy meal. I received a small bag (one that would typically be used for a breakfast sandwich) which had fries, and a bunch of sauces (props to them for not forgetting sauce). The happy meal box was not closed and had my nuggets stuffed on top, and there was no burger. I went back around to tell them they forgot the burger and was faced with even more unprofessional and rude behavior from all the employees there. Point is, this is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to and I will never be going again. If you have the time to drive to any other McDonald's (East wash is ~10min away) the extra driving time is nothing compared to the waiting you would do at Dryden dr. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald I have ever been to. When you go to McDs you know what to expect. You aren't going to get a gourmet meal. What you do get is OK food quicky at an OK price, quickly. This McDs just can't seem to hit any aspect of the service side. We sat in the drive thru waiting our turn for nearly 10 minutes. It's a double lane, so there were 4 cars in front of us when you count both lanes. Then it's our turn. Except the lane next to us keeps having their orders taken. Two more cars get in front of us. Worst service ever. Order food, waited 15 minutes finally got food but the 2 sandwiches not in bag. I mentioned it they said I never ordered 2 sandwiches and if I wanted to i would have to go back around and wait in line. i stated when I placed the order the taker repeated the order back and everything was right, when I asked for my receipt they refused to give me my receipt, then told me they would call the police on me if I don't leave and said my kind is not wanted there. I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. Went inside to talk to a manager who also refused to give me her name, told me to call. Before leaving I asked a cashier what their names were they said if they tell me they would get fired. I called and they hung up on me when I asked what the managers name was. Called back they she said her name was Jane Doe then hung up again. Very unprofessional managers (both white females, blonde/light brown hair, one heavy set with glasses other short in height).
