10 minutes later n drive thru line. Cars leaving that can get out of line. Worst service ever. I wish I didn't stop.

This McDonalds used to be pretty decent. Sometimes it would be great and other times mediocre. I don't know what's changed recently but the last month or so this McDonald's has been absolutely terrible. Chicken in all formats has become completely inedible EVERY SINGLE TIME we get it now. Nuggets are hard as a rock and taste so stale. McChickens are dry and lukewarm. We will at this point not be returning anymore despite eating here usually once a week. I hope management figures out why the food has suddenly become terrible and fixes it ASAP. read more

I wanted to give this McDonald's no stars but it wouldn't let me. This is got to be the worst McDonald's in the entire world and that is not an understatement. The employees are rude. They are slow. They never, and I do mean never get an order right. Now I understand that these McDonald's are run by kids. Who couldn't even start a lawnmower if their lives depended on it. I pulled into the parking lot today to meet up with my mom. Just moments before arriving, I received a call from my 9 year old son's school stating he isn't feeling well. (A little back story - we were involved in an accident a few days ago & my son & I were told we have concussions.) Needless to say, I was one worried Momma. I immediately started crying when I got to my mom & I was letting her know I had to go get him from school. One of the employees at McDonald's overheard me crying & asked my mom if everything was okay. He came back moments later with a shake & said he hopes things get better & offered to pray with us, if that is something that we would like. His kind words & compassion literally blew me away. He definitely put a smile on my face & I will never forget his thoughtfulness. I know this is just a review, but I hope his kind gesture gets recognized in some way & I hope he sees this one day. Placed an order on the app at 7:20. Got there in Slot 2 at 7:26. Waited & waited until 7:54 when I called McDonald's. She said they had my order in the Drive-thru. Anyway, she told me someone will have my order right out. Finally got my order at 8:05. I started using the app because the drive-thru has been a slow process. I do realize McDonald's like everyone else seems to have problems with keeping workers but 45 minutes is way too long. read more

The food was trash and they took forever and there was not a single clean table, WiFi is nice tho, but the speed sucks. We had to sit at a blocked off table because it was the cleanest. The ketchup despensers are broken The napkin holders are empty The only good thing about it is that the fries were desent, but they only filled it up about half way. If you're just passing through and haven't got time to go in and sit down, McDonald's is always a WIN WIN! I know exactly what I'm getting. Big Mac, large fries and usually a vanilla shake. The service is always good. Only giving 4 stars, because the shake machine was down and I had to drink a weak soda. Nice location. Decent prices. That's it. read more

I travel a lot for my job and stop at a lot of McDonald's. I always get a sweet tea. The lady went to hand me my tea and I could see completely through it, like it had no tea in it, just sugar water. I wouldn't take it and asked for a cup of tea with actual tea in it. The lady went to get another container of tea for her station and get me a new one. The man in charge came over and got onto the young lady for doing so and then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't giving me a new one, this one was sweet enough. I didn't even accept the tea, so I didn't know if it was sweet or not, the point was, there was no tea in the water. He then tried to tell me the ice melted in it. Seriously?!? I never got my tea and I found it horrible management to reprimand an employee for trying to do the right thing. read more

Kids "happy meal" was so sad. The apples were expired and turning brown, the burger had no pickles (even though I ordered it that way and asked at both windows), and there was a comical amount of cold tiny fries. Oh and they forgot the ketchup for the chicken nuggets as usual. Why is it so darn hard to get ketchup? We will not eat at this location again. read more

I ordered the new chicken sandwich . It was dry and tough like it had been made hours ago and sat all day. I also had a apple pie and it was dried up too. I was there at 5;30 pm . Thought I would get a meal better than that. I won't be going back to Mc Donald's anytime soon. read more

Stopped in this morning. The counter help was a young black girl. And that's fine. But there was no smile. No "Good morning." Just a look. I asked for a coffee. She said "86" so I gave her my dollar. She thrusts some change back at me. "14" she says. She pours a cup and slides it across the counter, turns away, crosses her arms and says nothing, not a thank you not a "good day" but a solid but nonverbal "now get the hell out of here." My wife and I travel quite a bit, and the Mabank McDonald's location is a regular stop for us, especially en-route Dallas. Unlike many other McDonald's franchises, Mabank always exceeds our expectations with food preparation, speed, customer service, and getting our order right the first time on a consistent basis. Thank you! Bravo!Our only shared criticism is bathroom cleanliness. In particular, the black toilets in the restrooms. Please, please, please keep them free of bodily fluid (crust) build up. Because you are off a major highway, people will use your bathrooms quite frequently. You should make this a priority in our opinion. Do this and you will be a top McDonald's franchise in Texas. Great for being on the run and need to get fast food on the cheap. Got good French fries.

I'm done, with this location and the one in Gun Barrel City. This time, handed cold "hot" coffee, and waiting 10 minutes for two sausage muffins. Neither of these locations can seem to get anything right, or in a timely manor. Add: gave them another chance, got handed a regular coffee instead of Caramel Macchiato. After 10 minutes in the drive through line you would think they could get it right. read more

This place is ok but the issue is the employees! Natane, I believe is her name, is not a friendly person. The way she spoke and her less-than desire to assist a customer needs to be addressed. She never greeted us when we came up to the counter. She just rudely asked what could she get for us, as if we were inconveniencing her. Her overall demeanor was just terrible. read more

The McChiken burgers are so good except for the vegan burgers there gross and the drink they have are so good

Do not come to this McDonalds if you're in a rush. I came 5 times and each time took forever. Maybe if the teens were better trained and stop watching the pretty butterflies. I understand that they may not like their jobs but go somewhere else. My food each time was wrong. One time I received someone else's order. Drive thru still has problems. Been there 3 times now. 1st time they let us sit out there until we gave up and drove thru the window. They said that the intercom was broken. 2nd time tried the drive thru still no response. End up walking inside and look like they were having a party behind the counter. Hardly any customers in or out. 3rd times a charm. Qtr pound hamburger was raw. I don't believe the is typical for Lilly enterprises. At least I hope not. I probably will not return.
