For several days now, my sister goes through and gets the $10 bundle a basket of fries and 20 nuggets but yet every day it's $15 they claim it's the taxes but when you look at the receipt, they're clearly not giving the deal offered and they are also not giving the basket of fries. This is ridiculous. We went through the drive thoughto pick up our online order, and a car that had just ordered jumped in front of us. We go and see the car in front of us had our food in their car and then gave it back to and the worker gave that food to us even though if you get food sent back you. You have to throw it away but no he gave it to us and we waited in the line for like an hour. This is the worst trip to McDonalds ever. read more

So I was going through the drive-through nothing unusual so I ordered a number one with no onions and a large fry and I got my burger and had onions so I went inside to complain. So then got super mad at the guy, so we started yelling at each other and he reaches his hand behind it and hand motion so then JOHN FREAKING CENA comes out from behind the counter and starts fighting me he's beating the crap out of me then somebody opens the door and I look at the door to try and find someone to save me and there I saw him Mr. Miyagi himself so then he's over here fighting John Cena. A fight of the ages is happening right in front of my eyes.( that I can't see out of because they are both black and swollen shut ) but luckily David Attenborough was sipping on a coffee so he narrated it all for me so their Mr. Miyagi was the freaking wax on wax off. beating the crap out of John Cena again a fight of the ages so then he finally takes John Cena down and then I finally thought it was over then Darth Vader walks in and shortly after Luke Skywalker and mr. Miyagi PULLS OUT A FREAKING LIGHT SABER. AND THEN THEY FIGHT TO THE DEATH Mr. Miyagi roundhouse kick Darth Vader to the face. Darth Vader goes to slash Adam with his light saber. And he dodges then Luke comes from behind, stabs him directly in the back through his heart he falls to the ground then Miyagi starts, fighting Luke to finalize the real winner then hit Luke Skywalker in the face with the Crane kick he's knocked out. He finishes him slices his jugular with the light saber Then he trains me for 10 years and I go onto to win the sekai taikai. So overall five stars. read more

Some staff are really sweet but the last time I went I had a rainbow flag on my bike because I thought it was cool and some guy yelled at me callling me a faggot (he was a worker) and left I tried to tell someone but his shift ended and they didn't know who it was and sometimes this one worker gives me dirty looks and makes me feel sad The food is okay but seriously what do you expect it's a McDonald's lol read more

Straight ass, my food was terrible. The workers were awful and I overall just gross. and none of the food looked edible.

The drive-thru was pretty busy the evening when I came. But I had to come inside, so I could use the restroom. Also, it is difficult to turn left to go east when getting out of the parking lot to get onto Highway 175. The parking area has plenty of space, and there were 2 stalls in the restrooms, which were well-maintained. The stalls could've used some hooks on either the door or the walls for hanging jackets &/or purses. The eating area had a nice ambience to it. I like that they have an all-day breakfast menu. I got 2 Egg McMuffins, since I forgot how big they were (one would be enough in the future). Also, I had to specify for them to make my Egg McMuffins meatless (aka--vegetarian-friendly), since they will add Canadian bacon if not asked specifically to hold it. It doesn't make sense to me that on the menu, it just lists the egg & cheese, but doesn't list the Canadian bacon, even though it gets put on there. Some "truth in labeling" would be needed there. But I would definitely visit this location again in the future! read more

O. K. It's fast food, and you should not expect too much. I am a fan of Mickie D's breakfast, they really have this right. Now, today I go and order a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad. Lets see Romain Lettuce Parmensan Cheese Croutons Ceasar Dressing Grilled Chicken This is all I am expecting and I pay 4.89. I'm good What I get. Iceburg Lettuce, some romaine and a few sprigs of spring mix (and wilted and old at that) Tomatoes (Cherry) Carrots (turns out to be the best part) Parmensan Cheese ( you can never beat fresh grated, but I was really to accept that) Croutons Ceasar Dressing, after being asked what Dressing I wanted. "C E A S A R" I respond slowly. Grilled Chicken, that looked breaded, if I wanted breaded I would of asked for Crispy. I will say the dressing was Newman's and it was good, even though they might wish to look at Ken's Light Ceasar, pretty good. I ate the Chicken and won't order again. read more

It's dirty, the crew is rude, and the fountain drinks are warm (they need attention, like servicing or calibration). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! This place was crazy at 12:30 am. Drive thru was packed and wait times were long inside. Employees were yelling at each other and there was some profanity. Orders were wrong and customers were handling it ok for the most part. It was actually quite comical but probably not what you want to experience in a McDonald's. read more

This is the go-to place if you want to leave angry and disappointed. Always a very underwhelming experience. My friends and I always come here just to laugh at how bad each visit is. This time the experience was so awful it was hardly laughable. The workers were very rude and disrespectful, including Justin, the shift manager. My friend asked for a burger with special requests, one of which was "no pickles". They had to make this burger four times. The third time after we had specified "no pickles", they added a mountain of pickles on the top patty. Feeling disrespected, we took it back and asked them to remake it (a 3rd time) and they just took off the pickles and one of the patties and handed the same burger back to us. My friend only got halfway through the burger before being done with it because they could still taste the pickles. They were nearly in tears due to how frustrating the situation was. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and visit the Mabank McDonald's instead. read more

Some of the worst customer service imaginable, you don't get what you ordered, you never get hot food, and you'll be lucky if it doesn't take you 15 minutes to even get to the pay window, they are slow, they don't care and I'll tell everyone I know not to go here. Place is average as far as McDonalds go but the downfall is there lack of a baby changing station in the bathrooms they offer.

Went downhill fast. Was nice first couple visits. Today the tables were dirty, bathroom trashed and no one even in the place to justify it. Ordered 5 large sandwiches and had to return 3. Received a Gift Certificate to McDonald's and so I went today. The drive through went very quickly which was nice as I have 30 min for lunch. When I am in GBC, I often go to this McDonald's. The staff is friendly and the food is as expected. BUT, when I was in there yesterday I paid for my order and asked for the cup so I could proceed to get my drink at the self-serve soda machine. The girl told me a new policy prevented her from giving the cup until the entire order was complete. I asked her to tell management that I would not be back. Not an earth-shaking consequence for them, but it's all I can do to register my displeasure with this silly policy. The owner needs to understand customer service.
