McDonalds advertises dining room open to 11 pm but at 8:35 pm the doors are locked and employees sitting in dining room on the phone. But good news. I found Glen's Custard right down the road about a 1,000' away and the food is awesome... and less money. Thank you McDonalds for making me find a new place to eat read more

Friday my medium fries. I put in a bag a small Saturday. My big Mac box have a quarter pounder with cheese in it. Service is terrible

They eat doordash orders and tell dashers too bad. They yell at customers. Seriously report this establishment. This is disgustingly not the first time. The lady who answers the phone is horrendously fucking rude to everyone. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania

dont go here. I thought I saw a rat in the kitchen and when I mentioned it they got mad and tried to tell me I was an idiot. and the guy started to eat my fries and by the time I got it they were half gone. as I was ordering ont the tablet it took more than a minute and the guy who ate my fries later told me to hurry up so he can make (should of said eat it) the order. and it tasted like cardboard compared to other ones read more

It's currently 9:42pm and just a few minutes ago I tried to go through the drive through, but was told they were closed. Hours say open till 11, there were other people in the drive through waiting for food, but I was turned away and told they were no longer open. read more

Line of cars waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes. No one ever came on the screen to say anything in that time. Called the main number and the lady on the phone said they had three full screens of online orders. That does not excuse not acknowledging a full drive thru. Cars were pulling away and a girl worker with bright red hair that was walking orders out to cars was yelling at people telling them to get out of her way and calling them derogatory names. Extremely rude and unprofessional. read more

No doubt one of the nicest mcdonald's I have ever been in!! The decor inside .. so modern.

Service pretty fast. Usually quiet and clean. Have never had a problem with the food.

So the food is McDonald's you either like it or you know I personally enjoyed my pineapple mango smoothie. However, I wanted to know that my drive-through service today was very fast and friendly and I appreciated that! read more

Who orders Hotcakes with bacon and or sausage at the drive thru and comes home with COLD hotcakes, no bacon or sausage( neither one was even offered at the initial order) plus no syrup or butter was even included in my bag. My Husband ordered a combo meal with a regular Coke, he received a Large DIET coke instead. Your employees need retrained asap. The manager was very rude and never apologized. I am a former employee at McDonald's myself. I was agast at the way I was treated by this Lower Burrell branch. I or my family will never go there again. Eating hotcakes with no syryp is dry and uncomfortable. I am very disappointed in our local McDonald's. I think we will try Wendy's next time. read more

Second time in 2 or 3 weeks the location wasn't open when they were supposed to be. All the lights on absolutely no indication they weren't open yet. Sat at drive thru menu waiting. Finally went to second window and was informed they can't open yet. At least the first time it happened someone let me know through the speaker they were closed. Always getting wrong size drink as well. read more

the food is usually right, but there is no concern for making the guest feel welcome. someone eventually comes to the counter to check on walk-in customers. I sat at the drive in lane for 8 minutes before someone eventually snidely said "we are closed". I had a mobile order, which he replied "no we don't" then failed to respond to me after further inquiry to my order. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to from the screwup orders to the rude people who work there. What a shame since it used to be good. I'd love to know what happened. read more

I ordered the Mc rib, when I got home it was a big Mac. Second time this week they got the order wrong at the drive-through. read more

McDonald's - I ordered a McRib and when I got home I had a Big Mac. Second time this week these guys got the order wrong at the drive-through. - Fast Food Near Me - Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania

Rude manager. Dirty. Food was below average. Coffee was good. The place was a **it show. Stay far away from this store.

9/10 times this place screws up the order. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not. Sometimes it's little things like forgetting the apples for happy meals, wrong drink but other times you get a completely different meal. One time I ordered 2 happy meals, the 2 burger meal and a chicken sandwich. I received 8 mcribs, a loose burger and a bag of apples. If you have the time go to the McDonald's in New kensington about 10 minutes away. It's usually pretty on the ball. read more

I wish i could give this establishment negative stars because my sister and me were sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone even said a word to us, then when we proceeded to ask if they had shamrock shakes, she didn't answer us and we sat there for another 10 minutes as the other lanes' orders were taken several times. very disappointed and will not be receiving service from me or anyone i know. read more

This is the worst McDonalds in history. It has a huge reputation around here as being horrible. The meat on my double quarter pounder was under cooked (pink inside) McDouble was cold and fries were cold as usual. I rarely eat fast food but every time I got food here something was wrong. Ive never gotten hot fries here. Im not one for complaining but this place is a joke. Ill never get food at this location again. read more

McDonald's - a hamburger with cheese and pickles - Fast Food Near Me - Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania

I am not thrilled with this place. It needs a cleaning. The bathrooms need a scrub down and I think its the worst Mcdonalds Ever i been at. Customer service is horrible. My coffee was cold. and food was not that taste either. Il try it again. They want paid 15hr wow read more

Third time they got the order wrong since I moved here 6 mos. ago. 50% of time. I just spent $22 for a McRib qtr pounder and a shake. They forgot both fries. Double confirm when you make your order, when you get your order or just don't go. read more

Long line to the road, messed up my whole order and the owner of the place came out with the wrong order AGAIN and hands me it and I handed it back and told him it's still wrong and he looked me dead in the eye and said "why are you taking other people's food?" " thats stealing". I'm highly disappointed in this place and what it's come to. First I get the wrong order then I get accused of stealing!? I will be taking my business to a different McDonald's for now on. read more

They refused to sell me a happy meal because I didn't have a child with me. Sold me a hamburger without the burger. Worst McDonald's around

I am not thrilled with the customer service at this establishment. The staff need to learn work ethic skills. No offence to millenials or post millenials, but maybe if you got off your phones once in awhile and greeted your customers with a smile, you would get a much better review. read more

It's McDonald's, it's what you expect....not everything is god awful bad from McDonald's, but the kids who work at this McDonald's are in serious need of either finding jobs they actually give a damn about or they need fired. I go thru the drive thru alot for coffees a good portion of the week and the last thing I need is some snot nosed, disinterested, unpleasant kid handing taking my money and serving my coffee. They need workers who know how to be pleasant and do their jobs right. This McDonald's is the one that's infamous for this therefore it gets a 2. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every single time I go there they mess my order up. I'm not asking them to split the atom, just for a McChicken. And don't even try to get something that's different from the menu. If you ask for no pickles you'll usually get extra pickles. Don't waste your time or money at this McDonald's. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Holding the bun was like holding a wet sponge there was so much grease in it it was ridiculous, and the fries were well over cooked!! I would not recommend this place if it was the last restaurant in the area. read more

I visited this fine establishment around 8:30pm on a Monday night. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato and a large fry. What I got was a half full cold chewy fry and a macchiato that the guy clearly had no clue how to make. He left out the caramel and shook it like crazy. This McDonald's has never been the best and it surely hasn't gotten much better. read more

Terrible. Some staff members may need training. When they first remodeled a long time ago it was good. But over the last few years the employees don't want to be there. They don't want to take your order. They also Constantly mess up orders and I've had hair in my food multiple times. Messing up an order is one thing. But they messed up 8 orders in 20 minutes the last time I was there. Wouldn't recommend read more

Worst McDonald's ever.... I don't typically review places but I'm leaving this with the hopes maybe something can actually be fixed there. This McDonald's is convenient for me to/from work: but I don't think they could get something right if the world depended on it. I've made the mistake of thinking too many times that there wasn't a possible way they could mess up again...surely they do. Sausage McMuffin- didn't put the sausage on. Forget to put items in my bag numerous times...Coffee drinks taste like crap. Always out of dipping sauces. I think I am giving up once and for all and strongly advising they change something at a management level. read more

Came here and went through the drive through, soon realizing after we pulled out that they messed up our order. Okay, no big deal, this always happens. We go back through the line and the lady on the speaker tells us to pull up to the second window. When we get there NONE of the five employees standing there know what's going on, so the one girl says to pull up and they'll bring it out for me. We pulled up and sat for about 25 minutes waiting. Nothing. Went inside the restaurant and had to say "excuse me" twice to the workers to get them to pay attention. I told them that I've been waiting forever for just a McChicken. The response I received was "Oh sorry we're really busy right now". You'd think that their top priority should be fixing the order they messed up?? It was if they had told me to wait in hopes that I would just leave. After she told me that they were able to whip up another one in about 30 seconds. But Oh! It was wrong again!! I asked for a McChicken, only to receive a plain chicken patty twice. Finally they made it the right way and I was out of there. My expectations going into a drive through is to drive through, not be there for a total of 40min!!! It was so bad, I want to give it a 0, but that's not possible so I give it a 1. Do better. read more

Ohh come on! Worst customer service. Doesn't matter day or night, dine in or drive thru. Food takes a very long time and its not good. Usually cold even though it just took forever to get. Tables are always filthy. Bathrooms need cleaned more often. I would suggest if you want Mcdonald's, drive to another one. read more

The worst! I will make a 15 minute drive to a different McDonald's rather than go here. The food is always old every time single time I have went here, I asked for my food fresh it is always hard and old. The owner and management treat their employees like crap.. they can't keep anyone if you go there, they always have new people. Multiple times I've asked for made fresh and on the screen they put "well done" They can never get the order right. They will lie right to your face about making stuff fresh This place is absolutely horrible. read more

Staff was rude and not only was my food was cold there was also a thing of hair or dirty yarn wrapped around my chicken tenders.

This location is absolutely terrible. On MULTIPLE occasions this restaurant acted like they were closed, either by shutting the parking lot lights off or putting a message on drive thru saying they were closed. This just happened tonight at 9PM when really they close at 11PM . Drive thru had message stating they were closed, drove around and went inside and got food and asked why drive thru was closed and they were just full of excuses and bad customer service. Too busy outside smoking. Not too many good experiences here. read more

I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to. Stay away from this place. Takes forever to get your food and once you do it's not right anyway. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The fries are the best. They fill them half way every time. So you might as well order two fries . I will never return to this Establishment read more

They messed up our order twice, then wouldn't refund the difference of their mistake. Condiment station was basically empty except for trash and they were out of tea. The girl at the register was annoyed she had to get it herself. Literally every table was dirty. I never expect much from MCD but this place is disgusting. I will never be back. read more

If you want to get ripped off then go to this mcdonalds. Everything is an upcharge. Even when things are supposed to be included in the meal. If you order sweet tea with your meal, prepare to pay more because they will upcharge you 0.80. When you order a happy meal, they upcharge you .82 for a milk or juice. I tried to get around that once by getting my kid a sweet tea instead and they upcharged me 1.60!! I questioned it the last time and the guy argued with me and tried telling me that was tax!! Not to mention their prices are already higher than other mcdonalds. Save yourself about $5 and take the drive out to the hyde park mcdonalds. Your wallet will thank you! read more

I don't want to be another person giving a bad review here but, while the staff is nice most of the time, they have a serious problem with getting orders correct. I love quite close by so when deciding on mcdonalds I obviously pick this one instead of driving out of my way to go to new Kensington. That's a mistake I have made too many times. Again, staff is usually great but just don't know how to make the food / drinks correctly. Esp the drinks. Iced coffee, hot chocolate or anything mcdonalds would consider fancy is just too much for them to handle. It's mostly in the drive thru. When they do mess up and I go in, they always seem like they are too busy to fix the issue. While being semi nice they still make it seem like it's somehow my fault. Not cool. Set up your game mcdonalds. read more

All of the people that work here could not be more than 16 save maybe a few noticeable adults. The kids were nice, but the food is gross. Half of the time, the kitchen screws up an order and has to remake it. It also looks like the night is understaffed regularly. I don't typically come here during the day, but I stop by some afternoons/nights after work for a quick bite and I sometimes regret that choice. The management seems to be yelling at these kids for things out of their control? I also noticed that the place is disgusting and the people behind the counter are always super loud. There have been a lot of faces that have come and gone. I never cared to learn any of the kids' names, but I did notice that I don't see some of the kids' faces ever again. I might have to find another place to eat quick after work. read more

This is the worst Mc'D around. I drive to Natrona Heights to avoid it and I only live 2 blocks away. Every order gets messed up. But what really gets me is they close down the shake and Ice cream machines over 2 hours before closing. Then they lie and say they are broken or they are out of ice cream. Every Sunday. Screw them I will do my business else where. read more
