Line of cars waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes. No one ever came on the screen to say anything in that time. Called the main number and the lady on the phone said they had three full screens of online orders. That does not excuse not acknowledging a full drive thru. Cars were pulling away and a girl worker with bright red hair that was walking orders out to cars was yelling at people telling them to get out of her way and calling them derogatory names. Second time in 2 or 3 weeks the location wasn't open when they were supposed to be. All the lights on absolutely no indication they weren't open yet. Sat at drive thru menu waiting. Finally went to second window and was informed they can't open yet. At least the first time it happened someone let me know through the speaker they were closed. Who orders Hotcakes with bacon and or sausage at the drive thru and comes home with COLD hotcakes, no bacon or sausage( neither one was even offered at the initial order) plus no syrup or butter was even included in my bag. 9/10 times this place screws up the order. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not. Sometimes it's little things like forgetting the apples for happy meals, wrong drink but other times you get a completely different meal. One time I ordered 2 happy meals, the 2 burger meal and a chicken sandwich. I received 8 mcribs, a loose burger and a bag of apples. Long line to the road, messed up my whole order and the owner of the place came out with the wrong order AGAIN and hands me it and I handed it back and told him it's still wrong and he looked me dead in the eye and said "why are you taking other people's food?" Came here and went through the drive through, soon realizing after we pulled out that they messed up our order. Okay, no big deal, this always happens. We go back through the line and the lady on the speaker tells us to pull up to the second window. When we get there NONE of the five employees standing there know what's going on, so the one girl says to pull up and they'll bring it out for me. We pulled up and sat for about 25 minutes waiting. I visited this fine establishment around 8:30pm on a Monday night. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato and a large fry. What I got was a half full cold chewy fry and a macchiato that the guy clearly had no clue how to make. He left out the caramel and shook it like crazy. This McDonald's is convenient for me to/from work: but I don't think they could get something right if the world depended on it. This location is absolutely terrible. On MULTIPLE occasions this restaurant acted like they were closed, either by shutting the parking lot lights off or putting a message on drive thru saying they were closed. This just happened tonight at 9PM when really they close at 11PM . Drive thru had message stating they were closed, drove around and went inside and got food and asked why drive thru was closed and they were just full of excuses and bad customer service. All of the people that work here could not be more than 16 save maybe a few noticeable adults. The kids were nice, but the food is gross. Half of the time, the kitchen screws up an order and has to remake it. It also looks like the night is understaffed regularly. I don't typically come here during the day, but I stop by some afternoons/nights after work for a quick bite and I sometimes regret that choice. The management seems to be yelling at these kids for things out of their control? I also noticed that the place is disgusting and the people behind the counter are always super loud. There have been a lot of faces that have come and gone. I never cared to learn any of the kids' names, but I did notice that I don't see some of the kids' faces ever again. If you want to get ripped off then go to this mcdonalds. Everything is an upcharge. Even when things are supposed to be included in the meal. If you order sweet tea with your meal, prepare to pay more because they will upcharge you 0.80. When you order a happy meal, they upcharge you .82 for a milk or juice. I tried to get around that once by getting my kid a sweet tea instead and they upcharged me 1.60!! I questioned it the last time and the guy argued with me and tried telling me that was tax!! I live a block away and I'm done with these jokers. It takes 10 minutes to get through the drive through. The food is rubbery and tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. When you get your order, if it's right, don't expect to find napkins at the bottom of your bag, so you better check before you drive away.
