I like this McDonald's location. It's one I go to all the time. The drive-thru is always fast and efficient, they get my order right, and they're not stingy with sauces when I ask. From my experience, the food is consistently hot. I usually get a sausage egg McMuffin with a hash brown for breakfast, and both are always fresh when I get them. For lunch or dinner, I tend to go for either McNuggets or a double cheeseburger with fries. The double cheeseburger is the perfect size when you're craving a classic burger, and the McNuggets and fries always come out hot and freshly made. I've been to other locations where the food feels like it's been sitting out, but not here. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to when I'm in the area and want McDonald's read more

By far the worst experience at McDonald's drive-thru. They have two drive-thru lines but they only take order at the first one and no signage that warns you and you have to find out for yourself after waiting. Then whoever that was taking order can't speak clearly and talked so fast. I had her repeat three times and still could not understand her. I finally just unloaded my orders to her and not worried about whatever she was asking. Then you have to go through 3 windows to pay, pick up your drinks, and then your food. The store might think it's smart but i honestly think it's not efficient at all. In-n-Out has much longer lines and they worked much faster than McDonald's even though they cooked everything fresh and they were able to give you all your food and drinks at once - one window. And finally, whoever packed our food need a retraining - he put the fries at the bottom and piled everything that's heavier on top of it so it's all smashed up and greasy at the bottom of my bag. And my fillet-o-fish was a bit messed up too and I can't move the fish back in the bun because it stuck to the cheese like that. Lol They did all of these without a single hello from any of the staff, no smile, minimal eye contact. I know it's just a fast food restaurant but those things are BASIC. Based on my experience and all the 1-star reviews, I think the store manager needs to ask him/herself what's wrong and take a hard look at how things can be improved. PAPER THIN "MEAT" PATTIES! AVOID THIS LOCATION I know McDonalds isn't a healthy place to eat but it's convenient. But this location has the worst quality and service. Service was bad! There's a few things to name that was done wrong but most important Food was made incorrectly 3 times... I've tried calling since this happened yesterday I've been calling all afternoon and this morning I called and just stopped by and they weren't helpful they made it seem like they couldn't do anything when clearly they gave me 3 rounded eggs in my platter instead of a sausage EGG McGriddle I ordered. Then had the audacity to say I paid for extra egg in my platter when I asked for a sausage egg McGriddle... as I'm speaking to the manager about it today (the next morning) stopping by she didn't want to take accountability that they messed up... that's no way to service a customer especially being that I work in the food industry we know how to do our jobs... this isn't right they took a simple $2 extra for there mess up 3 times and still come home to a messed up breakfast before I have to work... this isn't okay hopefully somebody can contact me in response cause I'm very unsatisfied. read more

12/7/22 Mighty hunger & French fries cravings brought us here at the drive thru. This is the first Mickey D''s that has a really artistic & colorful mural on the exterior walls. The French fries were decent, piping hot & seasoned well but on the somewhat soggy side. Hubby's usual filet o' fish sandwich was standard, pretty good he says. I never disliked a McDonald's before but I have to say this is my all time least favorite location and their service is terrible. I ordered through the drive thru and they don't accept the app code to get points when they taped a notice saying that we can just tell them the code before paying. They also only accept cash. When I went to pay, the person was reading my order back to me in a paper that was handwritten in a highlighter. The order took long and I hated coming here even a second time. I'm vegetarian and told them a egg and cheese bagel and made sure to double check with them and let them know that I didn't want any meat in there since I've vegetarian, not only did they lag on my order a lot I waited 10 minutes on the side for my food just for them to give meat my food !! I'm usually very lenient with my reviews but I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a McDonald's before. This location opens at 7am and I arrived at 6:58am and was one of the first customers. I noticed right away that that their prices were more expensive than any other McDonalds I have been to. And I know this because I always order the same thing for breakfast so I know how much it "should" be. I decided while waiting for my food to go use the bathroom and I noticed they did not clean them whatsoever from the evening before. The toilets were disgusting and trash was piling all over the place (see pictures in my review). Thankfully this is not my local McDonalds. I was visiting the area. AVOID! BEWARE! FOOD POISONING! This McDonald's has changed for the worst since they did the renovation. It is a beautiful location but very obvious that it is only teenagers working there, that don't seem to care about doing a good job. No customer service. I have let that slide and also the fact that prices are higher than other locations. But today my husband wanted a burger after work, so I got him a double cheeseburger and instantly his stomach was bugging out. The manager that worked the morning shift around 8am on August 3, 2025 was completely rude. I was charged 3 different times because they messed up on my order. The receipts are always ineligible to read. I have yet to come across a decent worker with the bare minimum of customer service. They don't place anyone at the register inside the restaurant because they want customers to use the self ordering machines but they never casually go and check if anyone needs help. This restaurant is not welcoming at all. I don't expect a grand gesture but they do make it a point to ignore customers inside the restaurant. Please do better. read more

It is right off the freeway and is one of those places that you would be attached to stop off. I am not sure if the lobby is open. Everyone was doing drive through. This drive through is a bit confusing if you don't have someone to follow. It's broken into 2 separate areas. All the way in the back for ordering and one window to pay, another to pickup. The building has 2 levels so somehow some food is brought down by hand from the top. Food wise, I mean, it's McDonald's - the burgers taste airy. McRib is back.
