They took the order back and gave it to someone in the drive through which is disgusting they don't know if we did something to that food . We went yesterday at around 1pm. Decided to eat in dining room. So the place was spotless. We ordered at a cashier that was young but professional. Food came out hot and fresh. They actually deliver it to the table. The young lady that brought us was Shaquita. She asked if we would like anything such as ketchup or salt and pepper. She was also very nice. She even came back to check on us a little while later. I was a witness to them cleaning tables and doors, manager included. My food was delivered to my window quickly (this time.. last time I waited 20 minutes and found out they gave my food to someone else), and that was great. I don't like judging a place by one or two visits, but it's been off and on visits for three years so... Consistently the service is slow and poor, sometimes nonexistent. Incorrect orders with improperly calibrated drinks (to much carbonation with basically no syrup, tea tastes stale or with a off, uncleaned aftertaste) are part the course. The wait is what will get you though. It's not abnormal to be the only car there and be told to pull up only to have to head in five or ten minutes later to find that your order has either been sitting there or not even prepped. That's not complicated or longer prep orders either, we're talking a basic cheeseburger with fries. Our last visit took the cake. Go through the drive-thru. Make a simple order with three hamburgers, nuggets, fries, and drinks. Pay and are told to pull up to get our order. That's fine. Then we wait, and wait... and continue waiting. Another car pulls up. Five minutes go by. Another car parks. Someone comes up and it's food for another car. Ten minutes and counting. Finally 13 minutes from parking I head in. Our order isn't in the system apparently, but nothing can be done without the recipet. Go out and get the recipet. Come back in and am ignored for a few minutes till the manager takes the recipet and starts making our order. Nope, I want a refund. I'm not waiting twenty minutes for a basic order then have multiple people brush me off and cop an attitude like I'm just there to make their lives extra hard for no reason. Went through drive through about 8:30 tonight and ordered fish filet with extra tarter. As you can see in the picture, someone thought it cute to SOAK the sandwich in tarter. The pics don't even show the first couple of napkins used to wipe the "EXTRA" tarter away that were already in trash before I thought about taking a picture to show management.
