No matter at what time I come to this McDonalds, they always messed up the food and the fries are cold. The service is terrible.

Imagine a whole burger with one pickle (that's all you'll get if you ask for extra) now imagine saying you want extra of anything (doesn't matter what it is) you won't. This location hardly cares about what you don't want let alone anything else when it comes to ordering food. Another thing is their excuse every time, all the time, is "we are making fresh French fries pull forward". I used the mobile app this time and put on there. No pickles, no onions, no mustard, no ketchup, no nothing. And then I checked the box that said plain and still got mayonnaise and pickles on a cheeseburger. Maybe I should have checked my order before I left this location and drove 30 minutes home. I went for lunch on febuary 8th. went through the drive through had to go back to work and when I got there and saw my food it was awful . The chicken tasted warmed over and the fries the same way. Do not know if I will ever go back there. So sad my money is wasted like this!! read more

I usually come through McDonald's in the morning for breakfast. I order about the same thing when to do come. The girls in the drive thru have pretty much got me down pat. They go a great job getting people through the drive. Just like any fast food, you want to try to remember to ask for your drinks with light ice or else you'll get a cup of ice with some drink in it. Total disarray no organization, took about 5 minutes to get one coffee and some napkins. The bathroom is dirty. The floors are slippery like they cleaned them with soap and don't mop up the soap. If you look at my reviews, I give lots of good ones but this is an awful McDonald's. Oh- no napkins anywhere in the store. You have to ask for them and then after I waited in line to ask, they still didn't give them to me until 5 minutes later when I asked again. read more

Another beautifully designed McDonald's. Got a 10pc chicken nugget for $2 with the McDonald's app. 4 stars and not 5 because there seemed to be some type of crime being investigated...? Didn't see the Mocha Frappe on the order board after ordering so when I pulled up to the first window asked the lady if I had one on my order and she said "no would you like me to add one for you" and I said yes so she added the frappe and gave me my new total, after receiving my change and pulling forward I looked at my receipt waiting for the car in front of me to get their food and noticed I had actually been up charged for a frappe for a happy meal so I now have an extra frappe on my order that I have paid for and when I explain the situation to the woman and the second window her response was "well you've already paid for it so you might as well just take it" I told her that it was just my 17 month old and I and that i really didn't need a second frappe just my money back and her response was "i don't have a register at this window so I can't give you a refund you can come inside if you want one" after looking back at my sleeping toddler in the backseat i decided to pull into a spot and go inside for a refund. The boy at the counter took the people order in front of me and then when i stepped up to tell him i needed a refund he stepped away to start bagging orders (other people were also bagging orders) After waiting literally 8 minutes for him to come back he asked what he could get for me and I told him a refund for the frappe I hadn't received and I'd bring the food back inside for a refund for all of it because by the time I got home to eat all the food would be cold. couldnt give me a refund but could remake the food. he hands me the remade food and i still had to remind him about the refund for the original frappe. it took 45 minutes to get 2 happy meals and a frappe. read more

I usually stop by here before work. Most days they're fairly accurate. Their drive thru moves pretty quick and the staff is friendly most of the time. Always be sure to check the menu board sometimes I believe their mic screws up and they don't hear you properly. read more

I went to the drive through. i noticed my drinks were wrong as the girl handed them to me. I told her what size I ordered and she told me "well you payed for small so here." I said I'm sorry I'll pay for what I ordered. She made me feel really bad. She yelled "you need to start repeating the orders, pull up." I shouldn't have been the one to apologize and I had to wait 8 minutes for 2 drinks. I will go out of my way to another McDonald's before I go back to this one. read more

I have been to MANY McDonald's in my time. This is simply ehh. Their drive thru actually stinks. I have had so many episodes with them, it's insane. One time, they forgot to put burgers on my Big Mac. They usually cannot get a custom order made perfectly. And today, I ordered 4 Hot Fudge Sundaes. They were half full, if that. You get what you pay for I guess, but I would recommend going into this McDonald's. It is the only time you will actually get decent service and food! read more

Normal McDonald's although customer service is amazing. Megan Chavis, a server, is very thoughtful and hospitable.

Not much to say, McDonald's is a franchise food is decent (For a fast food joint) most customers in there wildin very loud wouldn't recommend eating inside just go to the drive thru. read more

We rarely ever eat fast food but we were coming from the lake, hungry, and they had enough room to park the boat. The food was decent and it was nicely remodeled. Although there were more than enough employees there, they weren't doing much to wait on customers. My son also heard some colorful language from one of the employees while refilling his drink. Why is Lexington NC the only place in N C you can't get tea for a dollar as advertised. I was told that was just the Charlotte area.
